A bit old fashion, but large rooms. Very friendly employees.

Nice hotel, friendly service only unfortunately the house and furnishings have been very much in the years. Also, the cleaning is a bit poor. Therefore only 3 stars.

I absolutely love this hotel and checked in here whenever my work sent me to DD. The breakfast is beyond words. It's their hobby to collect breakfast items from all over the world. Even guests contribute once in a while. They have a lovely garden where you can sit for breakfast. I usually get up an hour early just for this experience. Think 10 kinds of chocolate spread and several honeys, 20 jams, all kinds of fruits even dragon fruit, bottomless cakes and fresh waffles, a huge cereal and musli and dried fruit buffet. I could go on. And the rooms are all suites in size and come with balconies towards the garden or roof top out front.

Nice hotel, looks like a mansion from the outside, but is a bit old on the inside. Green floor carpets all over. Really nice staff, great breakfast.

I do not know what is going on with you…? But the hotel with these beautiful rooms is easy to the feel.

Artificial boxwood that don't are a absolute no. Go, I would there never stay. The hotel is almost impossible!

The hotel was absolutely excellent in nearly every way. Particularly the breakfast buffet and furniture stood out to me. My one only dislike was the bedding. I sweated heavily during the night not because I was hot, I felt, but more because of its texture. Nevertheless, I'd still recommend the hotel overall.

We can not understand here absolutely many of the negative criticisms (some reviewers seem to have been Yes in fact still not been there, but have one to have seen television report, we don't know).
1. Service: absolutely nothing to expose. Very friendly staff in all locations. Man has a desire, it is served here immediately fine and Nice.
2. Cleanliness: Also here, absolutely everything is perfect. On the contrary, we found an exaggeration to get fresh towels, even though we had in the usual way signaliesert not have to wish every day.
3. Room size: I can only speak for us, our room was gigantic, an estimated 50 sqm, alone the sleeping area was big, as in some hotels the whole room. There is a huge living room with huge beautiful seating area.
4. Atmosphere: Worthwhile. The garden is an OASIS (many species of trees, a small pond), there is a beautiful covered pavilion, where you can sit very relaxed. We could see nothing from artificial boxwood.
The only point of criticism: details of sanitary facilities (bathroom sink drains) in the years to come, but still acceptable. But also there is to put absolutely nothing on the hygiene. All the rest is perfect. Therefore we forgive not 5 star, would be 5 awarded but 4, if this would be possible.
Overall, it was a nice pleasant stay there. A HRS deal, we stayed there at a very very reasonable price. We have read the normal prices they find but for this room sizes for absolutely appropriate.

I was still not on site, to the same vorweck to take. In the Vox program: "A bespoke Hotel" come these two ladies, unfortunately, very bad and unappealing over, especially the Older lady of the two. I would not trust a complaint in this Hotel, because this lady but very energetic and criticism unable to come across. Clearly, your Baby is the Hotel, but you must also admit when something is crap.

The whole Hotel can be with a proverb reviewing: Outside hui, inside yuck! Really beautiful building with chic (moderately) well-kept green area. The generous cut of the suites is filled with stale interior. In Parts dilapidated sanitary facilities round off the impression wonderful. Service was good German — under all Pig. Unfriendly, curt, a lady even cheeky in asking for clean sheets (! ). Similar to the bedding is also more cleanliness than superficial to call it — as house dust Allergy was to a night already borderline. Justification of the personnel: It was already an older building. Oh man! If you compromise on the size take into account can save you in each second Three-star hotel in Düsseldorf with the same quality of half of the daily rate.

Had a great time here. Stayed 3 nights, room was huge. Nice area, plenty of good & affordable restaurants. Walkable to the city (30 mins) Excellent value for money. Would definitely go here again if I'd go to Düsseldorf.

Price / performance is catastrophic.

The beautiful rooms and stylish decor, the very friendly Umsorgung the staff — the Villa Viktoria is a gem, we have us felt very comfortable and did not go away. Of course we had to, unfortunately. But we are always in Düsseldorf stay there.
