Booked Spontaneously and still get a large Room. I was only there once four Years ago and I was recognised again, through friendly Staff as well as in the Computer System. This made the Stay, like Billing, very pleasant. The Hotel is not for Smokers, and if you are on the Street side then it would be very noisy. Parking spaces are scarce here. Breakfast is good, the Hotel is modern and well attended. I would book again, not my Favorite Hotel in Dusseldorf but I am satisfied.

The room is very hot indeed. One small fan does not help. Asked for a second fan but it wasn't available. The noise from the busy road is very disturbing but cannot close the windows because of the heat. The location isn't great and the well advertised and pushed breakfast is probably good but should be at 18eur a person. Odd and disappointing hotel which I would recommend avoiding.

Good price — a good performance ratio, as you can book even without the sumptuous breakfast. If you would like to have breakfast extensively, you should not shy away from the €18 per person, because it is also offered in a nice ambience. In fine weather, you can also sit outside and enjoy. The rooms, depending on the location and booked comfort, absolutely keep the promise and you can feel really very comfortable. The snack bar was open from 7pm — 11pm — the Old Town until 3am. Easy to reach by public transport and parking spaces available. Free on the side street. Friendly staff and coffee and tea preparation available in the room and also the minibar is well sorted.

As always, a nice stay. The room is large enough, bathroom large, rooms tidy and tidy. Reception as always very friendly and check in and out very quickly. I always like to go to this hotel. Highly recommended.

A small but comfortable hotel, nearby local train station and only few stations arrive to Dusseldorf HBF.

This hotel lives up to its name. Just TOP! I've been here before and I always like to come here. Unfortunately, the evening, the night and the whole stay is usually too short.

Very nice hotel for, you hear and marvel, a timeout. The breakfast is sensational and the fairly high price is definitely worth it! The choice is fantastic, the drinks (from coffee to tea from fresh mint and hot cocoa to Bionade) incl and you are cordially invited to linger. We knew the breakfast even before we were guests at the hotel, it's worth it to get there.
Our room was very nice, maybe a little small — especially when it comes to accommodation for luggage — and (we were there over the new year) too heated. But that could be regulated by air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious, clean and modern. We liked the small but nice wellness corner in the basement. Luckily, we had them alone for us. You only have to give advance notice because you may have to pre-heat the sauna, but then you can go. Towels are available enough and the grounds are appealing.
What I didn't like was the evening cocktail (well, we could have gone to the city, but we were too tired on the day of arrival). The selection is low and what is then sold as a caipirinha is just not good. With Sprite, weak, simple mediocrity. Should be improved or deleted urgently. But 3 simple cocktails would be nice. Anyway, we will come back and recommend the hotel without reservation. Super Shop!

Very nice hotel in Düsseldorf. With an excellent breakfast buffet, better than promised. Very dedicated staff and excellent value for money. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Class hotel, very good price — for money, excellent breakfast, the buffet is hard to come by. I was now (March 2018) again guest here and can say that quality and service have proven to be excellent. Once again I have to praise the great value for money. Also the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Once again full five stars.

We absolutely enjoyed the breakfast on Sunday. There is an insanely large selection of everything your heart desires. The service was very attentive and friendly. Very good price performance ratio. We're happy to come back. The only criticism is the very tight space in the restaurant. When all the tables are occupied, it is difficult to get to its place.

Nice team. We were given a good restaurant recommendation, although the House also offers its own smaller selection of dishes. Very clean, good value for money.

Nice, warm-hearted hotel. Nicely furnished rooms with kettle for coffee, tea and 5-minute (! ) ; Disposable cups to take the coffee with you. Unfortunately, I was given a room to the street side — sleeping with an open window is not possible. The windows themselves are at least well sound-insulated.
In the morning there is a breakfast buffet that looks its same! I like to come back at any time (if I get a room back).

Best breakfast of ever! Not only for a hotel, sondenr better than anywhere unlike where I ever gefrüstückt have to früstlichen Sunday brunch. There are dozens spreads, determines 50 choices for the cereal and then eggs, bacon, smoothies, cakes, … and you even waffles can bake fresh himself if necessary. There, various types of tea and fruit and Tomato mozzarella in abundance. I believe there was even Nürnberger and Wantan balls.
The staff are very friendly and always helpful.
The hotel and the rooms are lovingly furnished. Here, one decorated with art and sometimes unusual things (the mirror in the dining room! ).

The hotel is a 4 * m. E. Something overvalued but otherwise there can spend a night. Better room after back. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Service was very friendly and fast.
