We liked the location and architecture of the house very much. Unfortunately, it smelled very unpleasant in our room from the drain of the shower. Although we immediately reported it to the reception, no one took care of it until the end of our stay. The receptionist was very rude and arrogant. A very bad service! Even the breakfast buffet is an absolute naughty one for a self-proclaimed 5 star house! Cheap baking rolls, hardly any choice, no labeling of the food and not even a normal piece of bread. All in all, we were more annoyed than recovered during our stay.

Great building, very nice but… from the street to reception and lots of stairs and no one helps. Garage — always a traffic jam, and entrance only with room card, if it goes. Great Suite — all there — cups, plates, pots and pans … but Minibar empty! Back in the Lobby in a Mini-supermarket where there is almost nothing. Breakfast — great location but, there is almost no place — scrambled eggs made of Bacon — just wrinkled sausages. Shower — rain shower because the switch went. Pieces of Luggage pick-up in the room was forgotten, so self-hauled! I am in many 5 star Hotels Worldwide, but the — except for the architecture and Design — not 5-star worthy — Sorry at this price!

Nice rooms and great design. Average breakfast (sometimes tin can fruits), AC not working, small details are strange like only black/green tea which you dont wanna drink at night time. Or: there are two TVs with one remote control which only works at one of the TVs :D. Bar closes at 10pm etc. Also are the receptionists very junior and not helpful/supportive. Overall did I not really feel home there eventually.

Great location close to tons of restaurants and nightlife. Impeccably clean. Huge suites with full kitchen and tools, even clothes washer and dryer. USB ports by the bed great for travelers without adapters. Super friendly staff, all speak English well. Breakfast buffet was very good. Highly recommended location.

Spacious and fully equipped rooms for a fair price. We were pleasantly surprised to have a washer & dryer in our room in addition to the full kitchen. Front desk staff are very helpful with local recommendations and advice.

This hotel is located at the centre of the city, which means that most of the tourist spots are within walking distance. The rooms are very stylish. Most importantly, there’s a washer-dryer, and an open kitchen, which makes our stay very convenient.

Old world charm outside mixed with Modern amenities inside. This place is very very nice and attractive. Very professional and helpful staff and they just don't say no for anything you ask for. Excellent location and you will njoy your walk in all directions. Can't ask for more. Thank you.

Former Düsseldorf country — and district Court, in the Düsseldorf old Town. After the conversion to become a hotel of the extra class. Just great!

For those who want to be in the city center I recommend it absolutely. It was a very nice room. Hotel lobby absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast could be improved.

We are staying at the Hyatt House for the PSI. The hotel building is amazing. It used to be the old justice Hall built in 1913. You are 2mn walk to the Altstadt with the longest street Bar without the noise. The suite has a kitchen, living room as it was your own apartment. Special thanks to the front desk who made our stay very comfortable and especially Paul who gave us a lot of tips on Düsseldorf. Thanks again.

Outstanding hotel. Great staff and very friendly. Paul at reception is very helpful and welcoming. Speaks English fluently. Hotel is brand new. Great atmosphere and ambiance. Piano player in the lobby. Pictures don’t do this place any justice. Rooms have a fridge, washing machine, cooker for extended stay. All top of the line. Perfect location for the Christmas markets and old town of Dusseldorf.
