ibis budget Koeln Porz Hotel

Simple small but clean room. Noise from the highway at the open window. Sleep still went well there mattresses great. Personal top. Price/performance for Cologne great. S-Bahn 400m away 3 stations to HBF and 1 station to the airport.

It's cheap but this does not make it acceptable to sleep on a bad mattress! You basically roll to one side as it has a pit in it. Aside from that there's another (children's? ) bed stacked on top of your bed. Be prepared to hit your head. Location was good for the price. Public transport isn't cheap so might be better to find something closer. Check-in and out is all done online. Shower is hot and nice. You don't notice any noise from e. G. Airplanes. It's located right next to a non budget Ibis.

We slept two nights at the Ibis budget. The first night, we arrived after 10pm. Checking in with code worked well.
The first downside was the far too small duvet from which only one was available for 2 people. Since the reception is not manned at night, we squeeze underneath. The pillows are a disaster, but we still got 2 pieces, then it went.
In the room there is a toilet in a separate room. The washbasin is located right next to the bed, the shower is separated only by a glass door — it is convenient enough for a short time.
The room could have a new coat of paint. Overall it was clean except for a few details which did not convey any unease.
At breakfast you can find different kinds of bread and rolls as well as coffee, juices, 3 jams and a couple of sausages and cheeses.
The staff appeared friendly and cared directly about the duvet problem.
All in all, it's a good place to sleep, but you can adjust to back pain.

Service very friendly, for one night was the room O. K. But I would not book with a friend again, as the shower was in the room. Cleanliness is so-so, have spoken to the maid, but since you can only clean with your mild cleanser, you can't expect much. And at €68 for two people not quite.

Rooms a bit small, but it delivers on what it promises. The breakfast is normal. They close the reception at 10 in the night, but you can enter and leave without issue. There is free Wi-Fi.

I would definitely recommend this hotel! Value for what you paid. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They can speak fluent German and can also speak English. Very clean hotel and have parking space too. It is 1 stop away from the airport by train and 3 stops away from the central station/Dom. The train station is literally 3-5 min walk from the hotel. There is a petrol station behind the hotel and kfc so u can grab any groceries from the petrol station. There is a little cafe too inside the petrol station. KFC is open till late night!

What you can expect from an ibis budget hotel. Nothing less, nothing more. Clean, quiet. (Can't hear the traffic) parking lot a bit small.

Price-good but the hygienic circumstances are not so nice. Shower right next to the bed with divisive glaze door. Location is good though!

Well apart from the blood on the floor in my room it was fine. Definitely the budget end of budget hotels though.

Price Performance perfectly You can not expect Luxury Hostels at the Price either. Room functional with Wet Cell.

Good location for easy travel into the centre, basic but clean rooms for a good price.

The rooms are Clean. You hot an wir conditioner TV shower and a toilet. Ist like a normal Hotel. Cheap and the Trains are 5 minutes walk away.

Good and cheap hotel for one night, but very little rooms and plane noises from the airport.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. It was a bit noisy at night and they are short of parking spaces.

Good place to sleep but very noisy due to the gas station that has the side and has the guns pressure to wash cars and it is all day in operation. Walls of paper.

Good space for parking. The hotel hasn't many luxuries but its ok.
