Unfortunate!
We come 2 couples to spend 3 days at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. In the morning at 9:15 we knock on the door to clean the room and tell them we're still inside, we leave at 9:45 I put the sign in the position of cleaning room. We arrived x the night about 23:00 and the sign is still in clean room, x course when we open no one has gone to clean anything, we do not give solution, at least I ask for some dry towels and I get them given by the reception girl. So far a mistake, the worst thing is that the other couple that same morning left the towels on the floor for them to change, they had to leave a thing again finding inside the cleaning one, who was leaving the floor towels in the towel racks without changing them. In such a nice and well maintained hotel the mistake of not making room I accept it, the floor towels not!

The hotel itself is ok, but Wi-Fi coverage is awful I had to go to the lobby to do emails etc. Also there is no swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was very good for a 3 star hotel, on a level of 4 stars.

We were there in June with two people for the seminar.

The meeting rooms were bright and there was everything you needed. Also always fresh drinks.

The bathroom was clean, the room absolutely fine — friendly and comfortable.

The food was the hammer. Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner plentiful equipped, so you could always choose well from many different delicious dishes.
It was especially great that you could prepare a coffee of your choice at any time at the coffee machine.

The staff was very friendly, competent and accommodating.

Criticisms:
— the Wi-Fi often didn't work very well
— in my room the air conditioning was quite noisy. Every few minutes she started buzzing loudly.
— on my floor were construction work, so that it was sometimes noisy during the day and my midday sleep fell into the water :-)

All in all, we were nevertheless very satisfied and for me a full five stars are completely justified. I would stay here at any time.

Good city hotel. Great breakfast everything very centrally located. Metro nearby and Cologne city centre within walking distance. Room attractive and pleasantly spacious. Bathroom accessible for the disabled. All in all a good address to spend a few days in Cologne.

Good hotel in a central location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room modern and clean. I didn't miss anything at breakfast and I was able to start the day well.

Clean hotel in the centre, close to the cathedral and the station. Friendly staff. Food also good for Italian tastes. The Wi-Fi available in the rooms although the band not very wide. It's good to see the mail and see some site, but not for anything else.

Lovely location, nice personal, clean rooms, nearby train station.

We were invited to a training course and felt around Wohund Very nice, courteous staff. Good food at the buffet, small delicacies during the breaks. Very well furnished seminar rooms and the parking lot directly in the yard. We look forward to seeing you again. Unfortunately, there was no time left for sightseeing, so there was only a glimpse of the cathedral.

Easy to reach from Central station. Of course it's also by subway. With the 16 + 18 It is only a stop. The rooms are clean but rather small. You don't hear anything in the night. The breakfast is OK and tasty. Our lunch was great. Tasty potato soup as a starter and before a greeting from the kitchen.

Expensive, room very comfortable, decoration to review, breakfast Basic. I will never go again.

The hotel is actually not bad. The rooms clean and quite good. We stayed with 11 people here and wanted to dine in the restaurant in the evening. The staff is nice and polite but would have presented us with a "stripped down" card. One comment was when order all ala carte you don't know if so many dishes are in the crowd. It's actually underground.

Very tidy and classy furnishings. Very good and nice service. Full of feeling. Good location right next to Cologne Cathedral. The room was very good and the view.

We were on the 15th. In the hotel restaurant while eating and were more than thrilled. Very friendly service in the restaurant. Our special requests for food were very generous. The main one was a poem. Seldom eaten such a good salmon. Then also the chef Erik came out of the kitchen and has personally informed himself whether it tasted us. He then prepared for us a dessert (chocolate mouse), which was not even on the card. So overall thumbs up and 5 stars. We like to come back.

Centrally located hotel with potential due to a private event, I have been a guest there.
Positive — — — — — — — — — extremely friendly staff — parking directly at the hotel (however chargeable) — modern furnished rooms — very pleasant temperature in the room — selection of teas well (black tea, peppermint, red etc) — Windows could all open — room was in the quiet area (registration parking) negative — — — — — — — — the bathroom was not very clean for the price of the room (dirt or mould on joints and border) — no minibar — the kettle in the room was calcification and had SCHMU Tzablagerungen in the lid — cigarette ash in the window frame conclusion — — — — despite the negative, it is a beautiful and well located hotel with potential. Due to the shortcomings, the price is M. E. But too high — have slept for less in better hotels.

Hotel is nice and clean and in probably the most beautiful street in Cologne. Rooms are nice but small and feels like being in one labyrinth inside the room, very few free space for walk etc. Only one elevator for such a big hotel!

We've been here for a concert in the Gloria theatre. Just a 3 minute walk. The hotel is located in the city centre. Rooms are spotless and quiet, staff was friendly and the breakfast complete. The bedsheets are a bit small for my taste. Normal size though but I'm used to the bigger sheets I have at home. I definitely would stay here again.

We spent a nice weekend in Cologne and were very lucky to have stayed in Stadthotel am Römerturm. The hotel is located in a quiet street, yet in the very centre and at walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars etc. Nice and clean rooms, very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast was very very good. Plenty of choice! Maybe the bathrooms could do with some refurbishing, but this is only when you want to be picky, because they are clean and have everything you need. The only thing that bothered me was the noise of the ventilation in the bedroom. At first I thought it was the airco system, but when switched off, the noise remained. If you are a "light" sleeper, this can be pretty annoying. Summarised: top hotel, I would definitely go back.

I'm thrilled and grateful! At first, I experienced service and absolutely friendly and helpful staff. Telephone booking of two rooms and subsequent cancellation of worked it smoothly and quickly. Check in we could immediately on arrival to 10:00 h (not in any hotel that is possible). The rooms were large, bright, comfortable, everything we needed was there. Free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Because we have a whole day stayed in Cologne, we could make much service even after check-out. We were allowed to recharge our mobile phones, free of charge, our luggage, stop us in the lobby, and drink water. Cologne should I visit again, I'll check in again anyway in this super great hotel! :) CATHEDRAL, main railway station, City Centre + shopping street in a few steps or minutes to reach.

Excellent accommodation with a truly excellent Breakfast. The position is for a Kölnbesuch ideal.

Excellent location and very good service, the room is very comfortable with everything you need.

Quiet and nice neighborhood and pretty close to downtown. The room looks modern and new. Breakfast is good. Easy parking in hotel's own parking lot.

The rooms are small but functional. The vegetarian food was on 1. Day super, on 2. Day, unfortunately, quite easy. 1, 5 hours drive from soup to Dessert is for seminars with a 1 hour lunch break is too long. The times between the gears should the occasion be, that could be optimized. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was already the 2. Time in this Exquistiten Hotel. Establishment of new, the room is new, everything is clean. Breakfast buffet is world class. Short and sweet at any time gladly again.
