Nice hotel on lively street, the breakfast was really delicious, the location it has in itself almost everything is within walking distance.

Room was okay, disturbing I found that the rooms were connected via the balcony. Breakfast a little frugal. The houseplants were totally dried up, only 1 floor in the pot u on the tables were withered roses. Beds were good and rooms to the back were quite quiet.
No smoke detectors in the rooms.

Dirty floor, some lights don't work, shared balcony.

No 4 star level in any range from service to breakfast, cleanliness to technical and furnishing deficiencies.
Very disappointing.

Good for bachelor groups, bathroom has no lock on the door.

A Super Schnuckliges hotel. Very clean and the breakfast is also top. Very central. Highly recommended.

I don't understand how you got to the 4 stars. I will certainly not stay here again. Very poorly run hotel found in very dirty condition.

The location is perfect.
Parking garage very cheap 24 hours parking 6 euro.
The rooms are outdated.
The cable from the hair dryer was defective on our room. (Wobbly contact)
The casing was missing from a lamp directly in the bed.

Our room had a balkony, all necessary furniture and a little fridge. But at the same time it was not cleaned well during our stay. Staff was very friendly. I think I would stay there again.

From the outside at first glance, naja … But inside then really pretty and nice … Reception/staff as well as breakfast are really class … Come back!

Unfortunately the hotel does not have its own parking lot, but there are several parking garages in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes walk).
The staff is very friendly, the reception is manned by 10pm.
The rooms are a little small but still OK. The décor is partly modernized, but the bed area was very classic (or old) kept. Cleanliness could be a little better, but is still acceptable. The hair dryer in our bathroom was defective, but the shower was nice and big.
Overall no highlight, but an acceptable hotel.

Not a four star hotel, the reception looks messy, is also the breakfast and internet room with old furniture and run down decor. The room smells of air freshener and has old decorative items which fall apart. Everything is really old and broken and messy and needs a clean. Positive — staff was friendly.

Great and central location. Very helpful staff. Would stay there again at any time.
For smokers there are small balconies, so you can avoid the eternal Rumgerenne down if you want to smoke.

Small rooms, but enough room for two. Above a partylocation/Restaurant (no Silence before 4-5am)

The staff was extremely pleasant I even gave them an apple pie! Rooms are nice and spacious, heater in the bathroom excellent for a warm shower after a winter day walk to the Christmas markets.

Claim to be 4 stars, but far from. Dirty walls, missing paint, and a broken mirror. Good location, but too expensive for what they claim.

Nice small hotel, but very small rooms, too. Small breakfast buffet. Directly at a very loud street, but you dont hear it in the room.

A good hotel! Excellent location for shopping. Great for nightlife. The Cologne Exhibition Centre is directly accessible from the underground just a few metres away. The staff are polite and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I wouldn't call it a four star hotel, bit the price is fair for the location and the standard.

Very pleasant atmosphere in the Hotel. Super Breakfast buffet, really first class. Very obliging staff. Good connection with public. Transport. Easy check in and check out. All in all, it was a beautiful stay.

I may be my previous speakers, just plug it in. Rooms are chic. Breakfast was ok. But the Karaoke Bar is very loud or the window is too bad. Was in the room, despite the closed window of the traffic and the Karaoke Bar, and still be heard. Plus for smokers there are small balconies.

If you really want to sleep in the night you should at this Hotel on the weekends to avoid! The Karaoke Bar in 1. Floor of the hotel is nocturnal and also in 5. Stick so much to hear that Sleep even with ear plugs it is hardly possible. Incredibly, this to night at half past three! The first night of Do on Fr was good, rooms ok, nice Breakfast, really friendly staff, but the Karaoke Bar is a brutal imposition! A pity, because in particular the simple but really good Breakfast, really nice staff and functional rooms, I would total with at least 4 stars — in the week anyway. And at least Internet access is actually free of charge, even if it sometimes takes half an hour, until the access to real data is transported.

I have a fantastic and inexpensive in the Restaurant eaten. The Hotel was also very nice and clean. The location is very good. Was very satisfied :).
