Quiet and quaint hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet a quick trolley gets you downtown quickly. Service was very good, and the breakfast is great. Will go back next time I am in Bonn.

It is very clean and neat place. You will always find gumi-bears Haribo on your pillow :-) which is noce because the fsctory od near the hotel. Breakfast room has an unique climate, a lot od wooden parts. All information are sent on email — code to get into the hotel if you came very early or very late. Really enjoy the staying!

The Breakfast buffet is very good: Rich and a very large selection. Service is also nice and courteous. Wi-Fi is included and goes well. Is rather poor, however the hotel room, I felt like in a Granny flat. Although my room is very large, but a hotel character wanted to be and not pay them, because the decor leaves something to be desired: Small CRT TVs (50 Hz), no box-spring bed, old fashioned furniture, instead of carpet there were tiled floors with rugs in the room. In addition, you have in the Morning, unfortunately in the main building for Breakfast to go. The path is not covered, so it can sometimes be damp and/or cold.

Modern and large rooms in the new building, family atmosphere at the plenty of great Breakfast buffet. The Breakfast room in the main building is reminiscent of old barn with dozens of stuffed birds, but rather a pleasant change from other Hotels. Free Wi-Fi.

The first and last visit. Underground Service. Only confirmation that you account can send, but then not. In the morning at 6 o'clock call from the front Desk I want to pay with a credit card. Then not possible to use credit card, but then send invoices. ABSOLUTELY unsuitable for business customers.

Great service, very comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, very friendly people, all in all an amazing hotel I'm always staying in when I'm in the area.
