Super friendly staff. Food very good. Rooms impeccable. And the highlight: dog-friendly. We 2 females and 2 Boston Terriers felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist denkbar einfach. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich der Service vorbildlich die Preise moderat. Erwähnenswert ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Eine große Auswahl und schön angerichtet.

Very good service. Rooms very clean. Food was delicious. A bit noisy by the location on the road, but okay. The conference room was very good. The presentation of the dishes succeeded. The waiters very courteous and very guest oriented. I would also stay there privately.

The hotel is no longer the latest thing to feel from the architecture. Access from the car park/car park is not directly at the hotel, so you can't pack the car in peace in case of rain. Employees are very friendly and at an endeavour. The breakfast buffet was rich.

Hotel clean and tidy. Staff polite and efficient. Mobile phone signal non existent and hotel Wi-Fi does not work. Room clean although why Mercure insist on giving you a single duvet and single pillow on a double bed defies logic. It makes for an uncomfortable nights sleep and feels mean.

The hotel was an absolute delight. We stayed Bed and Breakfast, and our downstairs room was roomy, comfortable and much better equipped than I even expected. The bathroom especially was stylish and perfect. Breakfast seemed your traditional continental, with delicious fresh fruit and some hot food. The small pancakes were a real treat! Every member of the team we spoke to was kind and polite (I'm sorry we only know basic German) and happy to help us out. All in all a very lovely place to stay.

No charm but for Bonn the price is correct.

Nice hotel. I got an accessible room, but no problem there. It was squeaky clean, well equipped with a good bed and strong shower. Only problem: the booking did not get through. Not sure whether that was a mistake by the hotel or the booking service. They solved it quickly.

Mercure Hotel located in the countryside on the edge of the city of Bonn. The best way to get to the hotel is by car, as it is in the centre of Bonn a whole piece. The hotel is clean, the décor looks well maintained and the staff is friendly. The rooms and beds have a pleasant size. The building is a modern concrete construction which is architecturally rather standard. The choice at the breakfast buffet is great and the quality of the food is good. However, the buffet seems to be quite empty, since only small quantities are put on and the refilling takes a bit. All in all normal Mercure standard with no surprises. The price was OK but not favorable.

Very nice place to stay. Decent rooms and breakfast. If you are on a business trip and need to get into Bonn then it takes a good while due to traffic. If you can take your time a worth while place to stay.

I visited the hotel because of a basketball game in the neighboring Telekom Dome. It is conveniently located, but very quiet, also thanks to soundproof windows. Staff is very friendly, rooms and breakfast correspond to this hotel category. From the ambiance, one has the feeling to make a time travel to the political capital Bonn of the 70s/80s. Vlt. That's what you want.

Great quiet Hotel. For business trips and travels! There's one small but. Asked to pay the city fee of 25 euros, although earlier I was told that for business purposes of travel such a fee to pay in the hotel is not necessary. The second is to book the hotel with breakfast included. Breakfast was good.

Clean rooms, Services are good. The corridors are very dark. The staff was always very professional and nice.

Room size is perfectly sufficient, just like the equipment of the rooms. The bathroom is new and equipped with a bathtub. The staff at the reception was very friendly. The bar is always well attended in the evening. The only disadvantage is somewhat the location, by bus you need about 25min to the center of Bonn.

This hotel is already few years old. It is viable everywhere. In the room, reception, restaurant. Very clean room and bathroom was positive, from negative, no bottled water in the room, even in minibar (no minibar). Hotel dedicated for business 1-2 nights stay.

Clean rooms, renovation is not too long ago. However, the corridors look very dark. The staff was very professional and nice throughout.

Reception staff Note Good. Rooms clean. Telephone is missing so you can land directly restaurant for order until 11 pm. 1 bottle of water should already be on the table in the room. Is not too much to ask. Wi-Fi is too complicated to set up.

At first sight as a venue completely adequate, very nice staff. However, two points deduction in terms of cleanliness. The toilet of my room, which was already dirty on arrival, was not cleaned even after the third request.

Nice hotel, large and tasty breakfast, comfortable bed, unfortunately only a bathtub in the bathroom, I prefer a shower.

Sauber, komfortabel, gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Putzpersonal hat den Ehering meines Mannes gefunden und gut sichtbar abgelegt, wir hätten ihn ohne diese Aufmerksamkeit sicher verloren. Alles bestens!

Fantastic for the price. Everything is very well appointed with nice beds, clean rooms and friendly efficient staff. The parking costs extra, but unless it's very busy you can usually find a space in the nearby streets.

Amazingly quiet room.
Small clear menu in the restaurant with really delicious dishes.
Unfortunately, the chef wasn't quite as flexible and I couldn't get the burger with less than 200g of meat.
But the Cesar salad was really good.
Unfortunately, you can see that the house is a little older.
Otherwise highly recommended.

Rooms clean us and for the price quite nicely furnished, bathroom ebenfallssehr clean. Breakfast with great choice and also good taste.

Wi-Fi doesn't connect. It's a suburban hotel on the motorway yet charges €6 per day to park car. I take the bus to Bonn centre — 25 minutes and the bus is regular. The bedroom however is well designed although the shower has those 0.33 glass screens which means the floor gets wet.

Nice but poor service… especially when checking out the young woman looks very annoyed… at 203 Euro The night awaits man a bit service…

Hotel was not bad but not specialy perfect too. I found the breakfast a little bit light for some stuff. Restaurant was good (3 diner) but they need more deserts than just ice or home made Tiramisu. The hotel was calm but this depends more from other peoples. I find it a little bit too far out of the city. Parking was not expensive (6€ per day).

A typical conference hotel, with a great breakfast and decent rooms. Large enough for a couple of nights.

Hotel well located, nice and well maintained room and rich selection at breakfast. Menu for dinner could still have "usual offer of dishes such as schnitzel and fries etc. ". But since there have been enough restaurants in the near vicinity there is no problem. The only minus point is that the parking lot costs €6/day. Great hotel and Nice staff.

The hotel was not prepared for our 50 person tour group but once everything was settled, the food was delicious and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too!

This hotel is located in a suburb of Bonn, easy to get here by car. Don't make the mistake to park your car in the garage, since they charge you for that. Parking on the street is free available. The air-conditioning was inconveniently out of service when I was there. There is a small pool in front of the breakfast facility. The rooms are fine, the large bar is an asset. Overall, this is a nice hotel for transit stays.

Dirty Hotel. Breakfast No possibility to eat anything after 11pm. To avoid!

Since the hotel was supposedly "full", (while we had booked the room for over a month) we were given a handicapped room. Paying a room in a 4 star hotel and believing in a hospital was very disturbing. Knowing that we had our 3 year old son, the handicapped toilet was very uncomfortable for him.
Plus, we had to ask 3 times for a baby cot (while the request had been made in the booking)
No mini bar in the room, no water bottle. Just two glasses that allowed us to drink the tap water.
Two glasses that were not changed during our stay (3 days)
Just like the bath linens, which yet were deposited on the floor of the bathroom.
The housekeepers just put them back on the towel rack.
Then I could not remember if we had breakfast included or not with the room, so I ask the receptionist. He said, "Yes. "
But don't do it at all, I had to pay the €56 breakfast.
The €6 per night for parking was also exaggerated.
In short, I am very disappointed with the hotel and especially having to pay very dear for a deplorable service.

The hotel is situated in a serene locality on outskirts of Bonn but closer to the Defence Ministry. Is walking distance from a Shopping Complex where u can find almost everything. The reception staff specially Maria is very polite and helpful. The rooms are neat and tidy. Breakfast was quite good and the Sri Lankan chef was extraordinary. Overall a nice stay.

Extreme in the years come. Totally obsolete for years the same kitchen and rooms. Prices are completely covered.

Great hotel! The room is neat and tidy, fine bed nice bath and shower. Breakfast was excellent, they did their best to refill everything. Overall good experience.

Location-wise it is a 15 minutes drive from the city center. For cleanness I would give it 8 out of 10, the rooms are big enough but its restaurant is expensive. It also has an outside pool, which can be used in the summer. The Wi-Fi is fast enough for anything you might need it in a hotel.

Stayed here for two nights on a weekend when we went to the Nurburgring for the WEC. Was a pleasent hotel, close to the motorway but quiet so perfect for us. No minibar which could have been useful. Hotel offered complimentary coffee/tea in the morning. There is an outside pool as well. Free and big parking.

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times now. We are returning shortly as we will be visiting a convention in the area. It has always been a pleasant stay at the hotel and we find the facilities very comfortable and appropriate. The breakfast is to be recommended! High standard of accommodation, modern and classy looking, yet comfortable.

From the outside it looks like a refugee camp;) really bad, you'd think almost all of the Windows are broken. (Is slide the triggers). The Rooms? Well, no climate, fan heaters, extra don't want to know when it is Winter in the room. Throughout the absolutely outdated urgently needs to be renewed But staff very Friendly, Breakfast is great as well. 3 Stars For The Breakfast and Staff.

I was very satisfied. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very decent hotel, good location. Yet internet connection made me crazy. I probably logged in 20-30 times during my two days (only in the evenings) at the hotel.

Hotel is ok but the Breakfast is too little, and always empty.

Schade, wir haben uns auf das 4 Sterne Hotel gefreut, diese Sterne waren wohl sehr veraltet! Von außen sahen die Scheiben aus, als wären sie eingeschlagen worden, nach genauen hinsehen waren Folien abgerissen. Unsere Heizung war nicht in Ordnung, aber es wurde dafür ein Heizlüfter hingestellt. Dusche war zu niedrig, musste mich bücken, damit mein Kopf nass wurde. Kleinigkeiten, wie Minibar, Wasserkocher, eingepackten Schuhanzieher. Fehlten. Frühstück war Standard, WLAN war umständlich mit 24 Stunden-Pin. Aber das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schade das Mercure Hotel nicht gleich Mercure Hotel ist, dass Hamburger Hotel ist dagegen eine glatte "1".

Our family was very comfortable, mainly because of the loving staff. It is friendly and helpful. The Service is excellent. Even if the rooms are not air-conditioned, ventilation is very good. In the summer particularly important :-) What we liked: the Buffet. Thus, all around, absolutely to recommend.

Of the at least a hundred ACCOR Hotels in which I have before, have, definitely in my personal Top Ten. Clean, superfreundliches staff, correct prices, excellent Restaurant and free Parking. In the "City" of Bonn, it is a piece of to drive, but the Hotel is close to the highway (still quiet). Clear recommendation.
