Beautifully renovated hotel, which has not lost its luxurious charm. Since the renovation definitely one of the best Maritime Hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all areas. The food is delicious and the prices fair, the new wellness/fitness area has become great. Be sure to book the superior rooms or panorama suites, as these are even more beautiful/modern than the "normal" rooms!

Now the 3rd week in a row is accommodated here in the hotel. The room is ok, the bathroom is large and looks very good at first. Unfortunately, after showering, the whole bathroom is always under water, as the shower is not dense. The food is like the weather, sometimes top but mostly only edible (raw potatoes, meat like rubber), a pity, well and breakfast and dinner always the same. Privately, I wouldn't book here.

Super-frying! Clean, net, good as price, very ruin. Come back!

What is offered for eating at a carnival event is a very big naughtiness. Beer far too warm too expensive glass sparkling wine 8.40 € outrageous. Staff unfriendly, inattentive! The management is incomprehensible and incompetent!

Nice place, very clean, but no air conditioning means I won't be booking a room there in any summer months! Front desk service seemed to be slow as well.

Nice 4 star hotel located opposite the Telekom building. Part of massive conference center, can be a bit confusing. Amazing breakfast with all possible choices. Hotel iself is a bit outdated and dark brown furniture in the bedroom give a gloomy atmosphere. Shower was fantastic.

Excellent 4 star hotel, some free parking and a paid underground garage, rooms are well apppointed and thankfully had air conditioning on the hottest days of the year.

Very kind personnell and great breakfast. The infrastructures and facilities are a bit old-style, but it is comfortable and close to the business area. The bistro did not have a broad menu, and the closest restaurant out of the hotel is around 15 min. Walking distance. Good for business but I would not recommend it for tourists.

Top location. Great views. Excellent for people who like to run in the morning. The hotel shows a tiny bit of wear and tear and attention to detail could be better.

Nu yes. More name than quality. The rooms are from the initial furnishings. Arguably 30 years ago.

Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Very expensive minibar. Rooms very large but years have come. The hotel is clean and neat can be seen on all corners that it was a long time ago with the last renovation.

Formerly known for its charm from the sixties, they have really improved both room quality, esp. Bathroons, and the breakfast is among the better ones I hav experienced in hotel chains. Worth trying out.

The hotel is conveniently located in terms of traffic. However, he can be seen from the inside that it has already had its best years. The spa and the swimming pool in particular would need renovation. We had to have a caretaker come because the locker didn't go up anymore and we weren't the only ones with that.

The hotel had its heyday a few years ago. Nevertheless, one tries very hard to keep it in stand, so about the bathrooms have been freshly renovated. The breakfast buffet is adequate, the prices at the bar are fine.
The location is a bit off the city centre, but easily accessible by metro.
Only the high cost of the underground car park as well as the claim that a fitness room has not be appropriate for 4 stars.

134 of us stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. We had a delicious buffet dinner on the Friday night and the buffet breakfasts are superb. The hotel bedrooms can be rather warm and it would be good to have tea and coffee machines but maybe these are not standard in Germany. The showers are the best we've ever experienced and we all wanted to take them home. The staff were so helpful and friendly and Hannah made my administration so easy. Mohammed in the piano bar is a star! A very well deserved 5 stars — I would have given more if I could!

In the meantime I have been to the maritim a few times and find the staff always very friendly. The new bathroom looks chic, it would only be nice to be able to regulate the amount of water in the shower. The breakfast was as always very good and plentiful, only the juice glasses could be larger than 0, 1 L. The conference area has also been renovated. I will definitely come back to the next con.

I stayed 3 nights as a guest in one of their spacious suites.
I felt very comfortable, but would be happy to consider upgrading the rooms! Breakfast was plentiful & staff very friendly and helpful parking spaces are available in the car park.

I was accommodated from Wednesday to Thursday at the Maritim — private I will not stay here. There are much better hotels in Bonn in which one is still welcomed and instructed. The staff at the reception made a nervous impression, I had to find my own in the huge building complex (breakfast room, restaurant, sauna, etc. ).
The white wine was unfortunately far too warm and therefore hardly to be enjoyed.
I cannot complain about the rooms — they are spacious, modern — when you disregard small cleanliness deficiencies.

In the hotel everything was fine, except the working punch and bolks from 8 to 17.
The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Piano Bar was a great experience to recommend salmon burgers, service staff very attentive and prices fit. Good music in the background and hopefully a piano artist will spoil the ears again soon.

Clean rooms and good connection with public. Bathroom is very small and the rooms outdated. No kettle in the room, no slippers either. For the Maritim already disappointing. Staff very friendly. Therefore three points in total.

The settings was nice and the catering of the Event was versteht good. At some Point the Service Stopped cleaning Up for a while, so only 4 Stars die that. Cannot das anything about the rooms though.

Very rich selection of high quality breakfast food. You can also access all the hot dishes right at the start of the brunch. Regular selection and Aualität. Attentive and friendly service.

The hotel has been booked for two nights. The location is central and easy to reach by car and public transport. The hotel can rely on a long life-a renovation in some places would be appropriate. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. At the time of booking, façade work took place, so that the first non-audible construction work began against 7h.

Well, as a hotel OK, but the competition on the other side of the Rhine is better. The Maritim is currently being renovated (2018) and it is also urgently needed! Since the 1970s there has probably not been much refurbishment. Staff is nice, but room (carpet etc) musty and worn. Only one outlet in the room etc. Just everything old/outdated.

Terrible customer service. After a long night of international travel, my colleague and I stayed for the night, only to be awoken by incredibly loud drilling and hammering at 8 am in the morning! I called the reception desk several times, and they said that they would ask them to quiet down, but nothing ever changed. The front desk then started ignoring my calls from my room, letting the line ring until it went dead. They did this several times in a row. I then called the reception from my mobile phone, and they picked up right away! They then informed me that there were renovations going on, and that per their management policy, these workers were allowed to start construction early in the morning. I spoke with the manager, and she offered me free breakfast as a consolation. I informed her that while the gesture was appreciated, it was not appropriate. The point of a hotel is to have a place to sleep. If I wanted breakfast, I'd go to a restaurant. She informed me that they have to start this early to make their renovation schedule, and when I asked how they can do this at the expense of their paying customers, she was apologetic, but simply went on about meeting their renovation deadline. It is clear to me that this hotel and its management do not place the customers as their top priority.

The service personal is very friendly — even if you ask hundred of questions. The bar delivers excellent cocktails and the food, especially the Maritim-Burger, makes you feel comfortable. Ist's very yummy. But the rooms are as old as my grandfather. For the price of the rooms I expected a more modern look.

This is a super hotel, I look forward to seeing it after the renovation. I'll go back to the FedCon — I'm really looking forward to it. The staff is always totally friendly. The prices are relatively reasonable at con-days, you can afford something to eat. That was not always the case.

My experience with the Maritim in Bonn… A year-old hotel with mediocre staff. Besides, dust/dirt in almost every corner… But it will probably just be refurbished, let's wait and see how it will.

Great event. Top organized even though more than 1000 people were on site. The function rooms are great and noble.

Window and door of the room is with proper isolation but the problem between each room and the roof. Also noisy constrictions to renovate the hotel starts 15 minutes and continues until late evening. Staff enters the room with only one time just knocking the door.

Spacious rooms, staff very polite and helpful. Food at the restaurant could be improved.

Was great except for the twin size beds they provide. When they push them together they don't have anything to cover where they meet making a hole to fall in when sleeping. Other than that no complaints. Close to the train.

For the price they are asking is simply a garbage dump. I would give 5 stars if I would pay 20€ per night. At prices over 150€ per night this place should be illegal!

Currently being renovated, already improved compared to 6 months ago. But still big problems with Personnel and "feeling at home" — I have the feeling that there is not enough management attention.

I went to my university's graduation prom there and was very impressed. The location is much larger than I expected and the service was nice. Some waiters and bar tenders seemed to be quite stressed but tried to remain friendly. The food was tasty but it was pretty small. The price did not exactly mirror in the quality of the food. Overall, the experience at the Maritim hotel was a pleasure nontheless.

Great hotel dedicated especially to those coming for work in this area of Bonn. The centre can be reached with 10 minutes by Metro. Near the beautiful park Rheinaue.

Great place, very neat looking, nice establishment. Stuff is very friendly, food is extraordinarily delicious. They have very strict time constraints (I. A. If you booked til 12 you will be kicked out by then) and it's very (! ) pricy though.

We attended a convention and were no overnight guest. But we had a catering package. Hotel is easy to reach in nice location. Staff is friendly. Convention area was on two floors. There are only stairs to reach second floor. Anyway it was OK. Food was standard (schnitzel each day) but in good quality and tasty.

I've been here for fedcon 2016. The facilities are sufficient, but could be better. One bar with a single barkeep isn't a lot for all the people at the con. The lines were usually very long because of this.

The Maritim Hotel in Bonn is outside the city centre but easy to reach and has a metro stop right outside. The rooms were spacious and clean with great amenities and breakfast was great.

Absolutely do not recommend, there are other much better Hotels in Bonn — for example, Opposite the Rhine in Beuel. This here were the rooms in the 70/80s look, not really contemporary as well as the fat old tube TV! Relatively rude staff, better not respond. Just if you have any suggestions or problems, unfriendly or Unwelcoming answered and you will be wrong and looked at. As I sat at the Paino Bar for a drink was, I saw in a corner of a dead mouse. It could but then we laugh just yet. (At the prices! ) The Wellnes area gefiehl very good to me. Unfortunately, we saw age in the steam room/Sauna at the bottom of the joints blue, schimmelartige spots. Also the food corresponded, unfortunately, not a 4 star Hotel. Very long waiting time for the delivery of a Bathrobe! After I was down at the reception Desk had called and then had asked, it took about 2h until he's on top of me came! So quickly you will find me there wasn't more to see. Since I prefer to stay at home in Berlin.

The Bar was on a Saturday evening closed because the Hotel was not fully booked (the Information Desk). Rooms in the years to come, Service is moderate.

Bonn has lost its luster and hence everything in his environment. Unfortunate, because what is once valuable today only a hint of what you would expect in/from a House/town.

I stayed in this hotel from December 2012 until February 2013. The service could have been much better, the staff is friendly as long as you do not have any problems. But an absolute no go is several personal things disappeared from room, after complaining to info was giving, only after repeated complains, a coupon for free drink was offered, which is in no way a good compensation for the lost trust. Also the cleaning is not very thoroughly, cloths been left in room and hairs have been found several times. The TV is old, and channels have problems with picture and sound while sending. Whole room interior is old, looks lived down, and sometimes very unhygienic.

Sure, the hotel is large and clean. The staff is friendly and aufmerkam. But it was then too. The atmosphere reminds me of the 80s years and acts plenty dusted. The gym is tiny, and shows what significance it has. I found high only average food (buffet), and almost everything was only lukewarm. Given the offer, I feel the room rate as a boundless covered (told me it was 149, — for single room). Conclusion: I haven't well felt here and will not come back again (voluntarily).
