Nice staff, clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning, absolutely quiet closed windows despite the station location. First-rate.

Beautiful and clean Rooms. Good Breakfast. WI-FI in some Areas of the Room very weak.

Very nicely furnished, unfortunately the rooms are quite small and the breakfast is very manageable and a lot packaged in small plaste packaging.

Cosy and modern rooms, modern bathrooms. Top friendly service. The noise insulation to the nearby railway tracks is very good. There's nothing missing from the Fruhstücksbuffet. Underground parking available. Can recommend the hotel very much!

Good hotel, had expected for my taste a little bigger room. The breakfast is great and plentiful. Had to get a good room at the 2nd visit.

The rooms are extreeeeemst small! The breakfast is very tasty and it is centrally located. Cinema quasi directly around the corner as well as numerous opportunities to satisfy hunger.
Important to mention, I find that the sauna is not in the House but a cooperation with a nearby gym. According to concierge 5 minute walk. Wasn't there. When I'm Kane in the evening, I want to go to the sauna and not even to walk through the cold town and maybe angugn to let me go stupid when I march past the devices and into the warm escape. Let alone the way back to the small hotel room.
Will say: May be that the hotel can advertise with sauna, I still find it fair if one mentions that it is not in-house.

Truly a class Hotel. Room without complaint, absolutely clean. Very good Breakfast, with very good quality, Freshness and presentation. Absolutely friendly, professional staff (not artificial but genuine kindness) Thank you for the pleasant stay.

The room was large and the kettle was very comfortable.
Negative: — Parking garage unguarded, dark and away from the hotel; Teenagers Lungerten in the parking lot, no cell phone reception to call in emergency, not suitable for single travellers women!
— Television reception is only guaranteed for public service broadcasters, otherwise picture — and sound skips;
— bathroom dirty, still fingerprints available on the valves, the Fön sticky (Makeupreste? Not identifiable, disgusting), shower and window frame enriched by black mold, ceiling spots in parts not functional;
— very noisy, because rooms are not in front of the train station, sleeping comfort and relaxation;
— Very rude employees (complaint about the situation in the parking garage was initially completely ignored, in the follow-up note, one would not be responsible), when checking out not even question after the stay, no intresses at the guest's place;
— Significant investment congestion in the hotel — staircase and elevator completely antiquated;

My room is tiny. It is very noisy there directly on a noisy Street. To make matters worse, a railway and a railway station is directly opposite.
The room is newly renovated, very clean. The bathroom is nicely decorated. Still, at this price: never again. What a pity.

The room is as big as a Shoe box, rude staff, below average Breakfast buffet. Location is in a very bad neighborhood. Can only luck after the search of a better accommodation in Bonn, Germany wish.
