Very good service, unfortunately the T shirts with the imprint Heide Rocker do not fit the ambience of the restaurant. Shirt or blouse looked fancier. The food is lonely lace and is served quickly. We feel very comfortable, as a pleasant environment is created even during corona times. Like to come back again and again.

Today we tried Heide@Home for the first time. Mega quality. Super tasty. Very friendly. Any time again! Thank you!

I was there one night being passing by, I found myself very good the perfect room between mobile colors and bathroom with both the tub and the shower! What about Wi-Fi is powerful. I recommend if you are passing through Aachen or there to stay there!

I'm there again and i'm going to have to revise my original opinion.

Apparently, the positive change in service has been made. With the exception of a few service personnel, the rest are very friendly and helpful. The food tastes excellent but with the portions I still have my problems.
Internet performance seems to have increased. At least you can now almost (! ) Stream non-disruptively.

Here I would like a faster internet connection and salad to the dishes, which you don't have to buy for 4 euros in addition.

My room was empty, but the bed was big and comfortable. The restaurants is nice but very slow. The hotel is too simple for every standards.

Eating there is the best of the best, the service is open and the price — performance is fine. The building and the atmosphere is very friendly but at the same time modern.

The hotel is an old hotel in Lichtenberg with good rooms. Particularly noteworthy is the restaurant and the beer garden, which is very popular with local citizens. The hotel consists of an old — and a new building. Smooth of the hotel are usually very satisfied with the hotel.

Super nice staff and very helpful super food and Super Great breakfast room and bathroom very big and very clean dogs are very welcome there you just feel comfortable.

The room was clean and quiet. We arrived early evening and we're directed to the restaurant to check in. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the room smelled of cigarettes.

First of let me say that I love Rumpsteak. Whenever i'm in Germany I make it a goal to eat attleast one. And this was probably the best i've ever had. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive without shadowing you. The atmosphere was of a family operated restaurant and really lovely. Without a doubt a place I will actively try to visit again.

Had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, the atmosphere was nice and the quality of the food extraordinary. There was a special buffet with every kind of fish, and the salmon soup was outstanding. Even though it does cost quite a lot, it is worth every Cent.

28. Birthday of my wife, we have, on the recommendation of the Restaurant "Zur Heide" a table reserved for 2 people. It is our first visit and there will definitely be more. Our palates were not only from the gifted chef treats, but also by the comfortable atmosphere and the very helpful staff enchants. We finally have a Restaurant, which we also continue to recommend them and to our future culinary home to explain. All readers of this review I can the Restaurant "Zur Heide" best heart and stomach recommend it.
