Nice relatively modern establishment located in a small college/historic town. Close to nice restaurants and a walking distance from downtown and the old city. Staff are friendly and room I stayed in was clean. However, found the bathroom a bit small for an adult.

The rooms are spacious, pleasant and very quiet, even on the first floor. Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat buffet: it is of very good quality. The service is attentive and discreet. The heart of the city (the cathedral) is a ten-minute walk away. So I recommend.

Hotel is close to the center. Rooms are a bit older. The cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff were fine. Breakfast also okay. All in all, a satisfactory one without any significant highlights. It would be nice to mention the access point to the underground car park (14€/T) in the directions.

Extremely good value for money. Nicest staff always smiling and helpful. The restaurant had the. Best buffet both morning and evening. I travel a lot and I would live to return.

Very nice and modern hotel in the middle of the city of Aachen. The rooms are spacious and chic. The staff is courteous and friendly without seeming intrusive.

Spacious and clean rooms. It is very well located near the historic center and restaurants. It has its own parking. The breakfast buffet is fine although a bit pricey.

With group of Italian tourists we stayed here for one night. It was a very nice hotel. Rated 10 +

Solide, friend's Hotel in the middle of Aachen. — If you think German WLAN access is strange, this one takes the cake: two step login, and blocking ports of many services.

The reception was friendly, that room was clean. I personally lacked a closet and definitely too few outlets. I would now expect to be next to every bed. We did not have breakfast, therefore no statement about it. I missed the access to the parking garage due to a construction site in the first attempt.

I find friendly personal. Good quality of the assortiment. Professional personal stuff. I just feel pity that cleaning ladie’s work isn’t respected. She washes the floor and everybody steps over. I find it disrespectfull for those people. Hotel should obtain sign that it is cleaned and not step over while it is dry.

Room was clean and tidy if a little dated. Tea and coffee making was available in the room, which was nice. There is a separate toilet but no sink, so you have to go to the bathroom to wash hands. There was a lot of mechanical noise possibly from the lift which went on most of the night.

A very good hotel, with very friendly and kompetten staff. Very central, yet no noise from car traffic. Walking distance to town hall it was only a few minutes. When I am back in Aachen, I will stay there again.

Hotel located in the center with parking in basements, paying. Dome and shops accessible in 10 minutes on foot. Breakfast buffet, large choice in sweet and savoury.

Clean, comfortable hotel, good value. Only issue was the parking, 14euros a day, when asked parking on the streets, receptionist wasn't helpful.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Efficient in the restaurant and at the Reception. Underground parking (paid) available on the neighbouring side street (turn right into the side street before you reach Novotel. Close to nearby shopping and tourist sights (approximately 10-15 minute walk). Highly recommended.

Very professional, comfortable and welcoming. Great breakfast, 5 mins from the train station by taxi €8, 15 mn on foot. Visits 10 minutes from the centre. Excellent value for money.
