Classic medium-sized hotel. If you don't like chains, you're in the right place. Super location in Aachen Mitte, still sufficiently quiet. Friendly and competent service. Excellent breakfast, as you rarely find it that way elsewhere. It is still served at the table instead of self-service. Good gym.

A little bit of the years. But it can hardly be more central. Breakfast is highly recommended. The staff are very friendly.

Nice hotel and close to the center.

A very pleasant place to stay in the middle of the city of Aachen. The room to the main street was protected by triple glazing from the noise of the street. A varied breakfast awaits the guests in a convenient breakfast room, where friendly staff are committed to the well-being of the guests. A referring city hotel. I would visit it at any time.

Very convenient hotel to get to the city center. Clean and welcoming with 24-hour reception. The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast with portions a little scarce but still great value.

Well located, the Hotel Benelux is a good base from which to explore Aachen. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast tip. The rooms are clean and (the backwards) also quiet. The hotel is a bit over the years and the heating in the rooms unfortunately not adjustable (for me it was too warm) — overall, however, a pleasant stay.

We stayed with six people this weekend at the hotel. We were all very much at peace. Rooms were clean tidy and nice one directed. Breakfast was very good and no wishes were left open. Also the garage parking was top. We are happy to come back.

The Hotel has a perfect location. It is just next to the downtown (altstadt). The breakfast is very good as well. The internet connection could be better. If u depends on internet, I recommend to choose another hotel.

Great service, quiet room and delicious breakfast.

Backyard — garden nicely laid out and good seating facilities; Breakfast ala card is sufficient selection and with good service, friendly with each other among the staff, cleanliness everywhere, good location to the train station — City garden like Old Town everything is on foot — the hotel has a cinema and plenty of gastronomy and Shopping Opportunities.

The rooms may look a bit outdated, but everything is in order. The service is very good and so is the breakfast. Would recommend.

If you accept the shoddy 80s interior and thin walls, the stay is pleasant. Very polite staff. Close to the center an train station. Not worth 81 EUR including breakfast, though.

The Hotel has a fantastic location directly in the center of the city and close to the Dom (and the Christmas Market in winter). The rooms are not huge but cosy and have everything you need equipped with Wi-Fi. I didn't spend much time in the room itself anyway. The breakfast is quite good. They make fresh eggs the way you want them and have all you need. All in all I was happy with my stay and it met my expectations.

Excellent value for money, the staff is welcoming, a certain refinement in the spacious rooms and bathrooms
a hotel close to the tourist centre with parking which is very valuable.

Friendly staff, OK room, but no iron (in the entire hotel) = a big problem on a business trip! They do have service, but make sure you get this sorted before you need an ironed shirt.

The Hotel is situated in a Central location as it is within a 5-minute walk to the old town. Also bus service is just around the corner. The staff is very friendly and around the guests very hard. The Breakfast was super delicious besónders the freshly squeezed orange juice! The double room is spacious, but the decor was a little older, but you realize it hardly. There was, however, a small cloakroom. The bathroom is also in need of revision, especially the bathtub with shower equipment, since the right under the window, with pearl roller blind is located. The rooftop garden is a Highlight, and invites you to Relax. The Parking was a bit awkward, since in the night, a grid is lowered and then a key is needed to get to the camp, which, in turn, only at the reception to get, but unfortunately there is in front of the door, no reserved Parking for quickly hineinzuhüpfen. Nevertheless, this Hotel is recommendable.
