The food was very tasty, but also quite expensive for the small portions. The Service is a big disappointment! We were looking forward to a nice birthday dinner, but went to a very frustrated home. We had a total of 5 different controls, our reserved table we had was not cleaned and dirty. After about 10 minutes he was retiled, however, plenty of clumsy. The first drink was brought to us directly with the invoice and, unfortunately, we were never asked whether we want something or whether we are satisfied. So we sat there for the food, without water, to matching Cutlery and we had to take care of ourselves. The service, which served us the most in the box, never a face, of a friendly speech, she had heard nothing seems. All in all, very sad.

Lovely rooftop terrace with great views over the city. Good choice of cocktails and the food is nice. Service could have been better however on both occasions I have been here. Definitely worth a visit just for the experience and looking out over the city and beyond.

Very well located. One minute walk to get to the pedestrian area. A littke park next to the hotel. Modern rooms. Mattress is firm and comfy. Large TV and all amenities I needed. Minibar with soft drinks for free. Shops and cafés close by. Checking in and out was flawless. All together a perfect experience.

The location is perfect you can walk to the center or go up for hike. The staff are friendly and wonderful. The rooms are small but clean and modern! With a nice view. There are no free parkings unless you’re willing a few minutes walk. My biggest issue was the internet! It free for a certain amount per day! I guess something around 500 MG which is. Nothing! I hope they change their internet arrangement then it would definitely get a 5 stars!

Gorgeous hotel near the city center. Highly recommend. Spacious rooms, wonderful service, breakfast and late-night in the rooftop bar are all fantastic. Drinks are “hotel prices” but that’s to be expected. Free in-room minibar. Sign up for a free Meliá Rewards acct for complimentary high speed Wi-Fi. If you’re there for a while, hotel laundry service is expensive but there’s a laundromat (waschsalon) directly across the street where you can get it done for 3.50€ in 45 minutes. And the slippers are a perfect touch.

Pros: great location, clean modern rooms, good breakfast. Friendly staff! Cons: Club music from the bar shakes the rooms for hours in the night. Slow internet. Showers are in the rmain room (not the bathroom) so impossible to have guests stop by and have any privacy. Not much room to put items (related to shower in main room problem. )

Great service. Good location. Internet a bit restrictive for the current standards. Service quality in the restaurant could improve to provide better customer experiance. A free minibar with non alcoholic drinks is a nice touch.

Great hotel and modern building. Staff were great and very helpful. I stayed here for a week and one of the elevators was out of service for the whole week and I had to take the stairs to the third floor a couple of time per day due to long waiting time for only one elevator. Mini bar in the room for free and it was filled everyday. No carpet in the rooms, but it was fine. Extra 109 euros per night for indoor parking.

Location is great but service was more than bad and overwhelmed. Waited more than 45 minutes for drinks. Hope it was the Christmas stress.

Nice hotel in the middle of town. The rooms are modern and well cut, the ambiance is really nice. The Uptown as Skybar is very pretty with great views. The prices are OK, the portion sizes are really sufficient. Overall a good hotel, I like to come back. Until next time.

Nice Hotel Aachen downtown. Nice personal and rather big and clean room. Very good breakfast selection with a perfect view over the old historic city of Aachen.

A very new and modern hotel in a very good location to the cathedral and the town hall. The rooms are light and friendly and leave nothing to be desired.
The breakfast and the restaurant area is on the 5th floor and thus you have a view over the city.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and gives the guest a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately I had no possibility to explore the wellness area.
Only the price of €18, — for the underground parking is a downside.

Nice modern hotel, centrally located. Good parking facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast is served on the top floor with a nice view over the city. We prefer harder matrasses but overal it is recommended to stay here.

Arrived on a busy Saturday. The good points are that the room was lovely and clean and new. The mini bar was included which was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice and there was a large range of choices and ample seating areas as it was busy due to the Christmas markets. The down points were that I was told there was no on site parking before hand when I contacted them but then I find out there was when I arrived after parking 10 mins away is a less than desirable area. That was annoying as I had to lug the bags across. The staff in the bar weren't too polite with our attempt to order in German which we are new to the language but trying. Everyone else in Aachen had been polite when we tried so I'm not sure why he couldn't be. We also ordered room service as there was no availability at the restaurant as we found out after 15 mins of being ignored by the staff, and then the room service was forgotten to be put through to the kitchen until we called an hour later. This I am the least annoyed about though as the girls on reception and room service were very apologetic and were really helpful, polite, energetic and nice the whole visit. In summary I would say this hotel has good people service but would avoid the restaurant and bar. I would stay there again but not eat or drink there. Arriving by train may help with the parking uncertainty.

A wonderful Hotel to stay during business trips. The friendly welcome at the reception is just terrific. The Breakfast buffet is a dream. The recommended Bar in the upper floor only.

Nice staff and very cosy place. Rooms are very clean and freshly modernised. Breakfast/Brunch buffet is rich even though sweet choice is not enough. Just one thing: the blanket is splitted on a big size bed.

Brand new, wonderful rooftop cocktail bar available for breakfast, underground garage for car parking, and free soft drinks in your room.

Good hotel, but only 100 MB Free Wi-Fi per day. What is this, 2007? Unlimited Free Wi-Fi should be standard in this price range. Breakfast and room was nice.

Minimalistic, simple, everything you need in the room, free Wi-Fi, friendly receptionists, even in the middle of the night, very clean. Check in & check out were fast, friendly and efficient. Breakfast nice, not a huge selection, but high quality. View from the restaurant is amazing. The only thing that could bother some people is open-concept bathroom, might not be the best if you are coming with someone you're not very close to. I wasn't bothered as I traveled alone, the only thing I wished for was that I stayed for more than just one night.

We stayed there for two days. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Just perfect for us!

The assessment refers to the Service in the Restaurant. We were to 2. And I'm not sure whether there will be a third Time. The Restaurant and the roof terrace were exactly 6 visitors visited, the service was never rude. She was polite and nice. But it is a half eternity and has lasted till our drinks got, and nobody came to ask me whether or not we want to possibly drink a little. So we were sitting more than 45 minutes in front of our empty coffee cups and actually had to go myself to order a repeat order. At the next table, dishes and glasses of the guests, the already longer stood still. Not been cleared. Later, another operation was then, this was to wipe the tables, to distribute the ashtray empty and Ceilings. Also this lady was not unfriendly, served us courteously. Everything lasted just crazy long. When we wanted to pay, I have asked my daughter to give them the we want to pay. The girl came back and said she would have the lady say whether we pay together or separately. Hello? We then get to the counter, paid. So there is plenty of still to the top. A glance at the menu told us that the autumn map, so our taste. We are more like French fries instead of pompous. A pity, because the Location is really unique, the view indescribably beautiful. But if you can afford to pay for such a Service in Aachen, really… I doubt it. As I said. No one was unfriendly. It's just none came. Super bad.

An Insane atmosphere, in the middle in Aachen! Super Hotel with Mega modern facility… just please … do something with the Service! absolute disaster, although the young people are there trying Mega, it will not work if the Manager hires too little of it and people are still unlearned! Please, this is threatening to rise broke in a Hotelier beings … too bad it would be.

Beautiful establishment of beautiful outfit. Bright and clean rooms, comfortable bedding, wellness area, 5th Floor Lounge (ROYAL breakfast! ) and not to spoil any friendly, polite and small onions for the clientele. Highly recommendable!
