Modern hotel in a prime location. Great breakfast and free minibar. A little expensive but quite retardable. Only the staff should quietly take care of ordinary people not only business travellers.

Breakfast buffet very good. However, we had to cover our own table. Very silent staff at breakfast, since I know other 4 star hotels, amenities room rather 3 star views was nice directly on the old town, but also a bit noisy until the early morning as unfortunately the pubs are in front of the window, but can also be on Father's Day Have been lying, do not necessarily find that the price is justified is my opinion, sorry.

Very good hotel close to city centre. Room spacious and well equipped. Rich Breakfast. Fitness room and sauna are okay.

Clean nice rooms. It was all there. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was always friendly, depending on who you encountered at the reception, the one was more or less trained. Value for money is right. Parking situation, however, is an imposition. For a lot of money, €15 a day, you can rent a narrow parking place here. If you have a bigger car, however, you already have problems — and park them. On the next visit to Lüneburg we like to stay wiede.

Top rooms, clean, good service, but at breakfast there is a problem. We were over Easter two nights at the hotel. The facilities are very good, for TV fans there are huge TVs in the rooms, a relatively well equipped fitness centre (where some equipment needs to be waited for), sauna and nice restaurants. The service is attentive, the breakfast from the selection and quality of the food, especially the breads and buns originating from our own bakery, very good. Unfortunately, the sausages and the other hot dishes are not kept warm. It is not acceptable, however, that it is supposed to be breakfast until 10 a. M. (Sundays to 11am), but to be kicked out at 10.30 o'clock. This is more than uncommon — normally you only get a replenishment from the end time, but you can eat it. Not here, which makes a renewed stay unlikely. If you want to use your restaurants differently from 11 o'clock, you should not run a hotel.

I can recommend the hotel absolutely, even if the sterile new building unfortunately leads to a point deduction, because it lacks any flair or cosiness, which, for example, Would be invited to linger in the lobby. The old department store is only the side of the main house not occupied by the evening hours.
The room was functional, very clean and generous, the bed very pleasant. Wi-Fi was OK. Even if you have to pay extra for highspeed Internet as so often in German hotels.
A bar is only available in the main house until midnight, but it can be reached within 3 minutes by foot.
The parking situation is catastrophic! Even if a parking garage is offered in the main house and the Adfit, you should have a maximum of one medium-class car, because everything else is not really there.
The breakfast is absolutely gigantic! It is worthwhile to get up early and take the time before the appointment to enjoy this culinary experience with enough time.

I had to spend the night in Lüneburg short noticed after I had several train delays. The staff was incredible nice and efficient and took well care of all my needs in no time. The room was modern, with a lot of attention to detail. I can see myself coming back and staying for pleasure or on a business trip. Highly recommendable!

Great Hotel in the middle of Lüneburg, directly at the Ilmenau. Class, large rooms. Super nice staff. And with the Breakfast in the orangery, you start the day well.
