Welcoming staff, excellent rooms and super comfy beds. Even my teen girls loved the hotel and they are picky. Convenient to public transport. Will stay here again when in town.

The hotel have pretty building, took over from old pencil factory, Pelican. The room also nice with high curved ceiling and modern utility. Their location easily access by trem.

I super loved the giant gym (fitness park) and the rooms were very comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. Decor quite odd and many ugly pieces of art. These chairs look and feel like they are made of pretzel. But also was in a former pen making factory so styled after that too. Not my taste but would def stay again.

Rooms and service great, but nschts unfortunately have been noisy for a long time by event in the neighboring building.

A great hotel, great service: Our TV was broken, so we asked the chambermaid, she called a craftsman who was there within less than 5 min and was able to fix everything, went very fast.
Breakfast also tastes delicious, eggs and egg cakes are even baked in the buffet room.

Beautiful historic site. It used to be the ink factory of Pelikan, famous German stationary goods brand. The old ink cellar is now the Restaurant 5th Avenue.

A perfect hotel. Would come back anytime. It was an unforgettable wonderful wedding day or weekend which we spent there. Just a great hotel and super staff. The bar opposite is perfect for lingering.

Not the best first impression, entrance is not very inviting. But past that, the rooms are very nice with high ceilings (at least on the Ground floor). No tub. Best hotel gym access I've seen in a while, it's very modern, well equipped, spacious and has a dance studio. General design and interior not consistent throughout, but very friendly and helpful staff.

Top venue also for smaller seminars with very good service and very good food.

Nice place. Near to city center with metro connection. Very good kitchen. Gentle and lovefull stuff.

Great hotel, very quirky. Nice staff and you can stay with your dogs. The only let down is pricey car park.

Had an excellent stay in this former pen factory! Rooms were comfortable and unique. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Location was perfect with only a 10 minute public transit ride to the city center.

Nice hotel with good amenities but it's a little out of the way. There isn't much to do in walking distance.

Staying at the Sheraton Hannover was very pleasant. The rooms were tidy and nicely decorated. After a long flight, simply just super!

Really nice Buffett! Visited a local Business Night at the Hotel. It had been quite some fun. Interesting night in an 60+ attendent conference room.

The location and the friendliness of the staff is simply indescribably good! Pity only that you gotta pay extra for everything Parking 17 EUR per night. Breakfast 22 EUR per night. Internet cost extra, so Wi-Fi! Mini bar is fully equipped bathroom is plentiful and nicely organized. The beds are a dream. Unfortunately, the doors slam very and the maid comes already against shortly after 8.
I could use the rest areas for lack of time.

Price-performance ratio moderate: poor use of space and layout of the room, average Breakfast menu, several small Annoyances. My expectation of a Sheraton Hotel not met.

Good business hotel, nice service only for a fee Wi-Fi in your room 2015 is a NoGo.

I'm impressed by their good looking rooms (very tall ceilings and windows). And the whole place looks very good too, modern and slick. And they have air conditioning, which is a rarity on this continent.

We were four nights in this Hotel, and we have felt so comfortable. From the staff of the us our new electric bikes at Night, always in different Rooms have included, because there were no bike space. Also the rooms were a dream, and all of the staff always had a friendly word and wanted always happy to Help. It was a great stay and we will come back.

Great Hotel with wonderful renovated rooms, the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed is an absolute dream.

Feel like at home. As a business traveller I am in a lot of Hotels on the road. I have rarely a Hotel experienced, in which the staff so friendly and accommodating. The architecture is really impressive, especially the high Ceilings like me. The Breakfast is great and the gym looks in Hanover to none. You can Park for free in front of the door or in the garage. To me there is so 5 stars!

The room was very nice, unfortunately, you could be in bed do not lean, what reading very practical. Furthermore, a towel is pretty dirty, it seemed already used to have been, but there were enough others in the room. Unfortunately, missing for a couple of additional flip-flops, there were only a Few, and we were two persons. The Breakfast buffet was on Saturday, pretty leergegessen and the desire for a weichgekochten Egg was neither on Saturday nor on Sunday to be met, after a further demand came to the operation with two hard-boiled eggs to the table. On Sunday, it was again simply forgot, but there was plenty of food at the Buffet. On the Sunday, so on the day we check out, if I had to be naked and wet, barefoot only with rumgewickelten towel by the cold stairwell, out into the open on a kind of bridge and then to the Hotel to walk to the Sauna in my room. This is how it happened: we asked in the reception if it is OK, if we are only two to check out. "Yes, " so the friendly receptionist. But what the us did, was that at one o'clock the keycards can be invalidated. So I came in neither through the internal connecting door to the Sauna and Hotel to Hotel even in my room, but had to with poor rumgewickelten towel me to the reception Desk and to the Schlüsselfreigabe ask. Otherwise, we have us very comfortable.
