Pretty good stay. Unfortunately there was an alarm going crazy next door at night time which not ideal. Didn't really like the steps in the room to go to the bathroom. Breakfast was quite decent. I will stay again.

Beautiful and sometimes unusual rooms in the historic production site of the Pelikan works. The bathrooms are taken a bit over the years (small shower cubicle with high edge), but clean. Unfortunately no air conditioning, which leads to really warm rooms in summer temperatures. Class breakfast with wide selection. Quiet location.

A great place with a clever idea. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and have that certain something. If you are unlucky, however, you have a room to the restaurant of the neighboring hotel and then it can get loud.

I housed my sister and her family last year and she was very happy. At check in I could also take a quick look at the room and everything was clean. The bathroom was very small but you don't have to stop for a long time anyway. They were also happy with the breakfast. The breakfast buffet is organic and there is a good selection. All in all a very nice, clean guesthouse at a reasonable price with very nice staff. Price performance is absolutely right. Will continue to accommodate guests if they don't find a place with me.

We were there for a beer tasting. This was found on the 4th floor of the hotel in a kind of open kitchen, in which probably also cooking evenings take place. The ambiance of the hotel is on Sherlock Holmes "trimmed" and Moses at the same time. The only drawback for us was that the public zugänglichenToiletten were in the basement, so that you could travel quite long if needed.

Unique Hotel! Breakfast buffet is ok — lots of organic. Unfortunately it was very cold in the morning in the breakfast area. The entrance door is in the immediate vicinity.

Simply top if you want to spend a few days longer in Hanover. Very friendly staff who also cater to requests and clean, nice rooms. The small kitchen is handy for self-care. Punkzabzug is there that the kitchen is not equipped and the rental fee for the dishes is quite high and the cleaning interval for long-term guests is in my opinion unfavourable (Monday and Wednesday). I'll come back here anyway.

I felt very comfortable here! The room is large and has a high ceiling, which experiences a pleasant impression of the room through a fabric covering. But I liked the extensive breakfast. The buffet is lovingly stocked. You can even brew a filter coffee (if you like it…) or bake a pancake. Or try many different types of honey. Or… The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location and Podbi.

Das Preisleistungsverhälmis ist super. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal super nett. Morgens ht mm die Möglichkeit ein Biofrühstück zu genießen… sehr lecker. Die Untetkung4 liegt sehr zentral. Ca. 3-4 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn zum Bahnhof oder in die Innenstadt. Ich würde und werde wiederkommen!

This hotel is great for both short and long-term stays depending on your situation. Service can be lacking at times and things like the gym and cleaning services are not as reliable as I would expect. It is very clean and modern which is nice.

Cheap and best place for long stay in Hannover. Cooking facility is available in each room.

The Gästeresidenz PelikanViertel is very good. It's not too far away from the City's center. The rooms are very clean and big. There is much room to store your stuff. I haven't tried out the TV and kitchen, so I can't tell you about it. But overall I have to say, that it's a good place to stay overnight. The staff is also very nice. Sorry for my broken English.

A wonderful place to stay in Hannover. Very clean and well run. The staff are nice, and speaking English is not a problem. Even the breakfast is excellent.

Impressive buildings, impressive room, impressive cheap rates, a dream breakfast. Reception is open around the clock by a very courteous staff, almost perfect. Only criticism, if it rains is the staff part of packs directly into the main door to the smoking, that seems very, very unhappy!

I would come back anytime. The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. And clean. And also modernly decorated. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast really good. Price performance is top.

Clean and Friendly Boardhouse in more or less Sherlock Holmes fashion. The room was nice & comphy and perfect for an overnight quicky even though I went for the low cost room 'economy apartment' with 16m². The double/twin beds are actually single once which rest on rolls which reveal the under the hood hostel flair when cuddling with your better half in the morning. This Room included a suitable bathroom, small, working, kitchen, a television set and a desk to get some work done if necessary. It's not the cheapest and for the price I would have expected a better breakfast quality which to me, after a night out in Hanover, didn't really revive my spirits in the morning; short: a bit less mini croissants variations and a bit more good coffee and eggs… But maybe that's down to preference, who knows! I'd qualify it as an 'slightly' overpriced hostel perfect for conferences with money and a need for flair. This place is best summed up with a 'food for thought' metaphorically presented to the visitor by your high tech room access device and it's security features: you'll get presented with a key and a piece of of paper with your name and your room number on.

Location is a moderate and with little deliberate gimmicks travel for the eyes. In the mix with the well equipped and very quiet rooms and a piece of rare hospitality dedicated staff. My recommendation.

Super nice stone house with flair.
When you check in you will be greeted immediately by friendly ladies.
Dealing with one gives rise to the feeling that one is able to visit and not in a hotel.
We were the Robbie concert here and were welcomed very friendly. There's a map and a sparkler for each. The very friendly Lady gave and a few insider tips and explained everything we would need to know, and wanted to know.
Breakfast the next morning was also very good and the service very nice. The lady from the check-in service was again and you could entertain themselves concert something else about the Robbie because she was also there.
It was really a nice stay under the motto. "To guest with friends" we come back very happy.

I always like to recommend to friends who come and visit us in Hannover.
The location is very conveniently located, by car as well as by public transport. Location in the side street.
By the way: Dogs are welcomed here.

This is a location that is not only worth it once to the like to stay to have witnessed. The atmosphere is relaxed and you can feel at finite times, even if you can stay not at home.
Any hotel with several stars has a lot ahead. You can cut a slice here. Hospitality times otherwise :-).

Boardinghouse in a quiet location in Hanover, in the historic flair of the former Pelican works. The rooms are modern equipped with kitchenette. The highlight is the Paternoster to return key, a real eye catcher :-) Happy to be back.

Great Boardinghouse in Hannover with a lot of personality and a delicious Breakfast. Free Wi-Fi included. In Hanover, definitely my 1. Choice — even for short visits.
