We had an event at the Novotel yesterday. Perfect service from start to finish. This is how I imagine hotel service as an organizer! The food and catering was at its finest.

Bert Doosje is an experienced and charming host who knows how to find and retain committed and service-oriented employees. I especially like the room where the coffee breaks take place in an old machine hall. My insider tip in Hanover!

Clean spacious room, good range of breakfast, polite and helpful staff. My husband coffee addict didnt like the coffee at all. Please invest in better coffee maker. But still highly recommended hotel. Great thank you for finding my bag.

This hotel is really good. They would typically charge you twice as they did to me this month.
When I tried to complain, they send me made up reservation which I never saw and said that I booked it twice. Yes, that´s what a usual person do.
So go on, book a nice stay in that city and get charged double, it is a good deal.

Provides high quality, reliable services at a reasonable price. Modernised rooms with upscale bathrooms. A spacious parking facility is located in the basement. Serves hearty continental breakfast with various selection of fresh fruits, ham and cheese. Only 150 meters from the Subway station 'Lister Platz'.

Didn't sleep there, just attended a seminar. Food was very good, not just lunch. Rooms air-conditioned. Only the chairs become very hard after several hours.

Clean and well located. Great breakfast. But: Usual mief to gully in the room. Window on, but right in front of the window loud exhaust system.

We always like to go to the so-called "late piece" on Sundays from 10:30 a. M. To 2 pm — very friendly service, delicious food (also warm) and a glass of sparkling wine is also included in the price. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a good location and looks good from the outside, but otherwise the visit was rather uncomfortable.
I was there for a training seminar. In the room the ventilation/air conditioning was too much adjusted, so that there was a whistling sound through the door all the time. Besides, it was freezing in the room and the seminar leader has tried 3 times that the air conditioning is either warmer or exhibited. Nothing happened. From other participants I heard that there are probably always problems with the room temperature.
The men's restroom is very stunk. There was no visible ventilation.
The food in the restaurant was good and the service would be okay. But that doesn't weigh the rest.

Nice hotel friendly staff. Rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was really good this time.

Everything was OK, we enjoyed the stay very much. Great breakfast and dinner. Especially noteworthy is the friendliness to the children. Excellent!

Very big, very modern but very pleasant. Child friendly… with Xbox in the Hall! (Still quiet! ) Room for 4 stars: perfect. (Only the light in the minibar did not want to go out. (See picture) Breakfast and dining room also perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the seminar room were comfortable chairs and the indoor climate was also very pleasant. I cannot give any information about the accommodation.

Very friendly reception, nice bedrooms. The hotel has a very nice ambiance. Unfortunately the signage in the underground garage is very bad. In the staircase you do not see on which level you are located.

Very nice hotel room with an upscale atmosphere. Very friendly staff, family friendly and customer oriented. Restaurant was good and the bar was well attended in the evening. A small area for the kids is also available for 5-12 year olds.

A very nice hotel with good service and competent staff. Ideal for business travellers, but also for families, this hotel is very well suited. Highly recommended.

Chic Hotel in a good location. Spacious, open, modern styled lobby. This style also runs through the entire house. There is also ample scope for meeting facilities. The staff are courteous, without being intrusive.

Close to city center. Good subway connection. Modern building, very gentle stuff. Excellent kitchen.

The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast and dinner is good.

We stayed with the killing for breakfast there. The reservation was easy. Breakfast is not available. The buffet was not regularly refilled, salmon in mini bowl one Ministück per cup, scrambled eggs often empty, boiled egg was missing, cold cuts inadequate, very little choice, cheese platter sufficient. Especially negative fell on the strawberry jam and raspberry jam were empty and also were not replenished. That's a pity. At times the cups were missing… we were not satisfied.

Always good quality. A bit more expensive than others, but definitely worth it. Also they are some of the few hotels left, that offers smoking rooms, which often still smell nice even though. Their breakfast is always great. I tend to use the chain of hotels as the quality is equal no matter which hotel you choose (and in any country for that matter). I definitely recommend Novotel.

Visited during Agritechnica. Very nice Hotel with really rich breakfast. Relatively expensive stay.

Is cool I would also be interested in a suite but the I find something expensive for one night.

Mid-high-class hotel, top-quality cleaning, top-notch service, excellent breakfast and varied. Only sour note the cost but in the fair period all hotels in Hanover doubled the prices.

Well located hotel. Nice and quiet, with pleasant rooms. Excellent mattress, usually hotel beds give me back ache, this one is nice & firm. The room is way too warm, even with the air-con at its lowest.

Stayed in a double room with my partner. Beds were very comfortable, excellent showers and bathroom facilities. Rooms were clean but slightly dusty and the air conditioning did not work as well as expected. Not all staff spoke English but were very very accommodating for someone who doesn't speak German. Some lovely restaurants and locations near by. I would happily come here again!

Put into the hotel after I was overbooked in another Novotel. The room was smoking, I asked to move and was told no other room available. After all the messing about with the hotel moving their restaurant was closed, and the only room service offered is Pizza. The Wi-Fi is dreadful unless you want to pay extra, and the water was £4.50 for a small bottle. I went to bed hungry and thirsty, safe in the knowledge I will never come to a Novotel in any part of the world again.

Great hotel, we had an amazing suit which was very up together. Staff were attentive, room service was quick, food was great and the breakfast was amazing. Cannot fault this hotel, so much so I will now make this place a regular stop on my way through.

Great, modern hotel in a central location. We stayed there for one night and were allowed to move into the rooms much earlier than agreed. Also great service, very clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the choice was great. We would have liked to have eaten more salmon — but that's a high level. We are happy to come back :)

1. The breakfast guests were thrown out on Sunday at about 10 o'clock, the buffet itself had already been cleared. Reason: for a conference, the hall had to be covered for lunch by 12 noon. In the infobooklet it was breakfast until 11 a. M.
2. I have done an online check-in, and have already deposited everything necessary for billing by email. The processes do not seem to have been known to the staff yet, I should pay the hotel bar receipt and minibar usage extra, although this was already billed in the invoice of the automatically generated email at 6 o'clock and also paid by credit card. Apart from the fact that the minibar was included in the package I booked for 2 nights.
3. The restaurant/bar staff was very attentive, it wasn't better!

Very good hotel with top price / performance ratio. The location was ideal for us. In some places, it seems but little used.

The day's breakfast that conquered until 14:30 (hangover breakfast on the day of the spring) could be had a wide selection and was very tasty. Small defect: in-room safe was broken, us was however offered to deposit valuables at the front desk. The trash can in the bathroom was not empty. Who is it oriented the hotel a gym has, should know that this is quite small. The spa was relaxing. All in all the hotel was great and the price is reasonable.

Great rooms but unfortunately only so so restaurant.

It is a 4 star hotel. I was there often and am always thrilled. The rooms are modern and bright and offer everything a 4 star hotel makes out. The staff are very friendly and obliging. The breakfast is very good, fresh and tasty. The parking in the underground garage are however at around €7.00.

Work brings me here, and I never mind it. Great hotel, good bar, good restaurant. Gym and sauna in the basement with a hot tub, and about 15 minutes walk to the city center.

The spa area was okay not outstanding but still relaxing. All in all the hotel was great and the price is reasonable.

Modern hotel for a very reasonable price. We stayed here for one night with our dog. There rooms are very nice and the bed was very comfortable. There is a nice Park just 3 minutes away if you want to take your dog for a walk.

Very good business hotel with everything the business traveller needs. Location: right at the beginning of the Lister mile, Metro station nearby, two Metro stops from the main train station situated, good transport connections. Large spacious room with sitting area, desk, air conditioning, television, minibar, free Wi-Fi and many connection / charging facilities for cell phones and laptops available, in the safe even an electrical outlet is built to load a mobile device. High quality, new sanitary facilities with a large shower. The breakfast is very good and offers a large selection, even gluten-free products were offered.

Great hotel in a great location, a minute from lister platz Ubahn and a minute from a huge open park. Breakfast excellent, room very well equipped with kettle as well.

Good hotel for business travellers, location: located two Metro stops from the main train station, good connectivity, large spacious rooms with sitting area, desk, air conditioning, television, minibar, Wi-Fi via Telekom hotspot or chargeable access to hotel, sanitation in order and clean, good breakfast with some unfriendly service, I had to twice the square change without recognizable reason hotel restaurant is highly recommended, good quality and taste.
