Nice staff. Price performance is right. Well organized in the Corona time. Just a shortcoming. The elevator only runs until 21.00. Bad for those who live at the bottom, are not good on foot or have to get out with the dog again. Should be reconsidered. 22.00 night rest, 22.00 end elevator.

Very enough comfort to be recommended, for small money. The Hotel has cabinets, spacious rooms, panoramic Windows, large balcony, bath / shower, TV and Living. The food is varied, plentiful menus, varied, healthy, something for everyone. Drink all in clusiv means you can choose from juices, sodas, or alcoholic beverages. Rooms are generally quiet. In the Hotel there is a swimming Pool. Pet friendly. Family-friendly. Can highly recommend it. For a short break definitely again at any time.

Bad hotel, us room is the last. The carpet has such big waves that you stumble over it. Add to that the way he's dirty. The ink — entry is so high that you almost need a ladder. The radiator is certainly still from the 50's.

Personaler is great. Food is good and for the hiking heart the location is great. There is something for children and the "spa" is great. It's clean and beautiful. You can't complain for the money. The hotel is quite old but the value for money is really fine. Very nice staff and the food was also always good. I'm sure we'll go back there.

A nice hotel with a very nice view, very nice and courteous staff, lots of nice rooms and lots of delicious food. The rooms also have a nice view and a large balcony. The rooms are large enough in itself, but somewhat disturbing is that one bedroom is with the living room together and the other bedroom is in the entrance area. In the hotel there is a swimming pool, which is usually quite cold in the evening, because fresh water is added. To buy things you have to either take the bus that comes every 30 minutes or drive. But nearby there is not directly a shopping opportunity.

The hotel is not a new but clean and comfortable. Room is very large. Food fresh, a good choice. Staff are polite and nice.

The equipment is from the 90 ers. Everything heavily consumed and pampered. Zommer doors easy to open, no safe no minibar. Eating mediocre but adequate. Underground parking completely booked and too few seats. Verdict, ok if you don't expect much.

The hotel is totally run down. Eating is sometimes too salty then too sour and at the buffet early and in the evening no variety. Something urgently needs to be done.

Nice to the warm buffet and breakfast rolls that are baked up are therefore papish and not kross.

Something came in the years but all around okay… especially in relation to the price everything fits! The location is first class and the view is a dream. Really nice hiking trails pass directly by the hotel. Great Lakes in direct surroundings. The Bocksberg offers great leisure activities.

Sunotel Kreuzeck…! Due to the bad reviews I've had on my arrival at the 31.05.16 a rather bad feeling. I was much too early, to be exact I was there instead of 15:00 to 13:00. I would be very much welcomed friendly by a young man at the front Desk and was directly in my room (No. 533). Booked, I have a single room on the ground floor because my dog was with. The room was very large. The sleeping space from the living room by a long hallway separated. In the hallway the bathroom was. Carpet has been laid, which was, in fact, already heavily stained. The bed was a double bed, clean. In the living room, two chairs, a Desk, a wardrobe and a tube Tv. The bathroom is old tiled. The ventilation did not work. Overall, everything appears to be clean. The arrival at the hotel was somewhat complicated, you could enter the address from the booking not good in the Navi. For all who arrive simply enter only Kreuzeck. The reception was friendly and we could to take a cup of coffee or a drink. The ride in ours room was somewhat complicated, because the closest elevator did not work. A note on the next elevator was missing. So we had to carry our luggage down 2 floors above the stairwell after. The room made a good first impression.
