Very nice ambience and very friendly and competent staff.

Were just with you and have eaten really well with you. Sects si nicely shortened food eaten. Had had a pannfish plate. Never eaten such delicious shortened beans and also the fried potatoes very tasty. And the alcohol-free hugo also mega delicious and very refreshing. Will come back for sure.

Was there on Saturday evening: Nice service staff, very accommodating, sat on the terrace directly at the jetty. Perfect view of the canal. The boat pan chicken breast strips a palate. Definitely come back.

5 days short break in the boathouse after the Corona Logdown. We liked the location and its location incredibly well. The hygiene measures were well thought out (distance, disinfected Kulis, one-off menus…) and we felt very well taken care of. The rooms are clean and score with the location right on the canal. Have eaten there three times for dinner, once with friends, who also stop there often and were always enthusiastic. Instead of breakfast buffet, there were breakfast plates that warn so richly that we shared one from day two. The staff was absolutely accommodating and friendly. We're going back there, that's for sure.

We were there today for breakfast. Really nice ambience. However, we were first brought a dirty high chair including dead flying for our daughter.
The buns were cardboard, the "Chicken Nuggets" were old, the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold, but the juice would not be warm and added during our presence, so there was little choice. In addition, yoghurt, milk and jams were simply uncooled, at the current temperatures above 30 degrees really disgusting. In addition, the mett and the cheese had already started and the glasses were dirty.
Really a pity, such a nice shop would really have more potential!
After all, the service was friendly and fast.

Our room in the guesthouse not nearly as pictured. Rubbish bins right outside the door. Stairwell heavily soiled, cobwebs also in the room. It was cleaned only carelessly over three days, if at all. Entrance area of the guest house is not very inviting. Also interesting was the toilet in the bathroom: Only up to 1, 60 m suitable, because very deeply hung.
Operation in the restaurant very inattentive. We sat several times in front of empty glasses and nothing happened, so we had to go to the counter ourselves. Can't be at all! Breakfast rather deficient. Scrambled eggs were cold or lukewarm twice. The plates were not clean. Location is very good. Pure peace. Dinner was delicious.

If An Apartment Had been booked, it is located in an Annex. The Décor was new and well-coordinated. Breakfast was very good with a lot of Choice. Only the Operation of the TV Was annoying.

Rooms clean, simple and OK (but Stars, no), operation very disinterested, although with 16 Men we were a Woman (3 Days overnight) there. Individual Tables were well served, we had to 30 min. Waiting For a Beer … Despite Complaint, no Improvement! Normally we should have been courted, as each of us, including Food and Drink, left about 350 — €. In the Evening came the Mosquitoes, sit outside impossible, have over 60 Stitches on the Legs, Arms and Head … Never again.

The rooms are small but nice. Modern and beautiful.
Right in front of the feet you have a small river. We were surrounded by woodpeckers and sea otters (?! ). Simply beautiful and secluded.

Set in the countryside a few kilometres outside Emden and alongside a small river is Bootshaus. The main restaurant area is well laid out and the staff seem friendly. The chalets are a little small but very clean and comfortable. Will visit again if in the area.

The hotel is really great, and the food first. Everything fresh and tasty, and the rooms clean and cozy.

In the boathouse is a very nice maritime facility with a lot of wood and also a nice fireplace to sit in front is available! It is very cozy to sit there! The ambiance is very nice!

Rooms are clean and cozy. Bathroom with large shower. Parking spaces are available at the house. Restaurant with a cosy atmosphere and super delicious food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very quiet location and recommended.

We were allowed to spend a wonderful Weekend in the Boathouse. Thank you to the great Team, thank you to the Kitchen for the East Frisian Buffet — and the delicious Fire orange bowle That we were able to enjoy by the Fire. I would be happy to recommend you!

I wanted to have a bite to eat there with my Wife and have a nice Evening.
But this Arrogance of Conditions did not understand that this Person simply forgot our Food to best.
In the Beginning we pulled it in the ridiculous so after 1 Hour and 30 Minutes.
A well-known one with his Wife can confirm this. The Operation had operated all the other Tables around us just not ours. This Person should only be used as a Toilet woman For me to clean this Locality.
A lapidary Decision ridge over from the only very quiet and hesitant.
This is an Outrageous Thing to deal with the Guest.
Mine never back to this Eatery with this Staff.

Birthday there celebrated with barbecue buffet. Unfortunately, everything about grilled meat was too tough and not edible for €30 unacceptable. Would recommend other buffet.

Been there on Sunday with 7 people for breakfast (buffet).
At the booking, a price was mentioned by 11, €50. All containers were so good we empty when we arrived. Were partially and gradually again filled (scrambled eggs and Bacon) sausage and cheese remained empty. We had to look really about 5 times each whether has been replenished, since not much more choice was offered up on fish, jam, cereals, etc. Ah, 2 dried salad (meat salad and i-what with salmon).
I say so we have become quite monotonous satellite.
The hammer was the Bill, where hot drinks such as coffee and 2 cocoa which was not even prepared with milk, but water, 27, 50 have been charged.
Is then 15, 50 € p. P.
About other things I look away now.

Have ordered a table for 7 people to the buffet breakfast at 10: 00. We arrived and found a nearly empty buffet. I think all yoghurts, 3 on the number 1l shaped were empty and were not replenished. Rolls ranged straight for everyone so, were submitted but. Cold cuts and cheese platter were almost empty and was not be freshened up. Fish and salads were very sought after and not cool. Scrambled eggs and beacons were often empty and very low refilled. I ate the second bun with honey and Nutella in the Tetrapack, because I had no rest. Then the big Bill came finally. Specified amount of 11, 50 euro, then the cost of hot drinks were so each person was allowed to pay 15, 53 euros. There but the first Cup should have been well with coffee in the early unit price in there and's would need to alert staff one on the additional costs! Our conclusion is, once and never again!

We were now for the second time in the boat House and both times it had succeeded elsewhere to forgive our reserved table. Well… could happen.
Ambiance is really great! The boat House is decorated in clean, elegant rustic chic with great attention to detail. The food is located in the middle price segment are for it but hand tip top! Very tasty food with good portions.
At first we thought the kitchen was slow but this was a fallacy. We waited for our main dish 1 h 18 m what I perceive as too long. However, we had the food serving of the kitchen at a glance and there our food was determined 20 minutes without our waitress it was disturbed. Especially talking about the supposed Chief waitress… If you want to call them so. She remained from the last visit in memory as she so yelled at a service force that many guests interrupted their lunch to look around.
This person's rudeness and technical failure is hard to beat! After she forgot us this time several times the food from the kitchen to pick up said it on demand: since they can say that they have to eat still nix even sooner!
Plates are back on call to hold in the hand not once refilled drinks in three hours stay. This is too bad, because the other service personnel were very helpful but you clearly noticed how scared they had before the "Head waiter".

I was with my family in June 2015 in the boat House food. The service was really friendly. The atmosphere was very modern and appealing. The food at the boat House was the best food I've eaten in a restaurant this year.
The only criticism is the map. According to map there are some dishes such as pizza or French fries,. Although, these are prepared on demand, you don't know this however, so one is perhaps slightly restricted in the selection. Especially the fries are recommended.

Here really fits everything. I have very slept well and the Breakfast was simply the Hammer. Those who fish like this Breakfast love. The room is simple but modern and very comfortably furnished. Wi-Fi and Parking are free of charge including.

I was with my family in June 2015 in the boathouse to eat. The waitress was really friendly. The ambience was very modern and appealing. The food in the boathouse was the best what I eat this year in a Restaurant've eaten. The only point of criticism is the map. According to the map, there are some dishes, such as Pizza or French fries, not. These are on demand prepared, you know this does not, however, so the selection may be somewhat limited. Especially the French fries are recommended. Always happy. 5 stars.

May 2015. A very loving and perfect Restaurant with good food at moderate prices. Rooms clean and modern. Warm-Hearted Staff. Rarely been satisfied.

We were last Sunday to eat there and I would like to visit even describe. The table (unfortunately, still crumbs on the floor) looked very nice and the operation served us very friendly and fast. The drinks and the food was quickly served. The portions were generous, which was that I asked the "Rest" of my two daughters pack. What then happened had we had not previously experienced. The operation handle on a Cabinet to a Styrofoam chests. She ran to our table and touched the food in front of our eyes in the container. The ambiance is very appealing, the service is friendly and eager. The food, unfortunately, is an imposition.
