Hotel

The hotel is not far from Helmstedt. Very quiet. Bedination is gratifying. But it already was. The room equipment is outdated and no O2 and Vodafone network. Breakfast isn't particularly good either.

0 stars does not go, was absolutely under all the S… Slats broken out of the grate, not dusty, inhabited furniture, torn down strips. No Wi-Fi, although promised, also no phone reception.
The breakfast was saved by the coffee and the juice, sausage from the bag, only white buns and sliced bread from the previous day. Absolutely a pity, because the surrounding area is really worth seeing despite the motorway.

Hotel in the charm of the 80s in very beautiful surroundings. Quiet, clean, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very pleasant. Vodafone customers have no reception. Wi-Fi is free and okay for office work.

I have only one thing to fault and that would be the cleanliness. It is nothing extreme but in some rooms (by colleagues) there were still packaging bags and laments of washing. Otherwise, everything is fine the hotel has a free sauna area and a pool as well as free internet and breakfast you can't complain about either.

This hotel is a wonderful hotel with very very friendly and very accommodating staff. Unfortunately, we can not understand these negative evaluations absolutely. I do not know where some have eaten, but the food did not come out of the tin with us. If you expect luxury, then you should book a 5 star hotel. We were more than at peace and treated more than courteously. We have actually been guests of the Quellenhoffes and we will be back. Underground is not. Shower hose defective. Bathroom much too cramped. Mattresses read through and tolerate to thin feet massive. All in all, the hotel is only used for earning money but nothing made it.

A very bad hotel. Very clean rooms. Mattresses were scrap and back pain included. Very rude and professional staff.

Very nice staff… for the price category I have often used much more pleasantly… very good service… pleasant/justifiable prices in the restaurant… excellent and adequate parking location… All in all a 3 +

Honestly, I've not often been in a hotel like this. Entering this facility has been a bad experience to me, I wish I have never come to this house. The whole environment brought me really down psychologically. Technical and organisational deficits all over there. TV remote not working, Ugly devices. Perfumes/Smell of Cigarette Smoke everywhere. All things looking very lowsy. Duckbord mounted in wrong direction (Head part at the lower end). Sickening dirty downy beds with spots of blood/sweat. My Quintessence: A disgusting stay. No recommandations can be made. Sorry, I forgot to mention that there is absolute quietness during the night, cause there is nothing left but to sleep in worst condition. Never, never again, I tell you! Leaving this place is like a release from nausiness! Niemals, niemals wieder komme ich hierhin zurück! (Stay over 4 nights from Oct 22 till Oct 26, 2012) P. S. It's ideal for non-connected people. No mobile network available. WLAN expensive (since it's via T-Online Hot-Spot). Nostalgia inclusive.
