Hotel Villa am Paradies Hotel

Too bad I can't forgive 0 stars, this hotel is the pure horror.
The boss of this hotel is hostile to women, rude and extremely cheeky to female guests.
I was appalled at the situation there.
At night you can hear the club, there are communal showers.
But the boss cheated on me the most, which unfortunately also worked with his employees.
Hostile to women until the end of the day.
0, 0 stars for this hotel!

Close to the Centre of the city and adjacent to the interstate train station.

Very friendly and accommodating Staff, who have also fulfilled small Wishes from us on Request.
All in all, a beautiful and clean Hotel that has allowed us a nice Stay in Jena.

Unfortunately, there were many points that bothered us a lot. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights in the hotel. When we checked in, we were received by an employee who, no matter what we asked, knew nothing… In addition, his German was so bad that we hardly understood anything. We chose the room because we got married that day and we were told that the room would be decorated accordingly. Unfortunately, it went down and was not done. Wi-Fi, which is in the description, did not exist. We got the note with the access data but the WI-Fi would not be received at all… The room was not cleaned up the next day. That was quite annoying because we didn't have any towels anymore. We also mentioned this. When we were on the way, the towels were brought to our room, unfortunately we had to realize that the employee did not close our door at all. When we came back (at night) our door was wide open and that doesn't work! We had our valuables in the room as well as all the wedding gifts… This is really something that is not acceptable! This is exactly how we could have gone to a hostel, we would have had more service.

The hotel is very well located and clean.
Also highly recommended for events and parties.

Very nice location for private celebrations with very flexible design possibilities for every occasion. Also the rooms are very well maintained but they have TV and cosy furnishings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable accomodation in Hotel am Paradies: great breakfast, nice and clean bedrooms, and very friendly service :) I recommend it for sure!

Super location, directly across from the train station and in the Centre. Very clean, very friendly staff. Small hotel, so has been the reception usually not busy. There are three phone numbers that you can call if necessary. Comfortable bed! Overall good! I would come back. :-)

We were passing through and came only in the evening against 20 30. The room was modern and functionally furnished. Also the bathroom was redesigned. Despite our room directly to the bus station, we have heard nothing from the buses. Breakfast was absolutely fitting to the course. We would take the hotel again.

I diodn't stay there, but my friends from the Uk did. They found the beds and the bathroom very satisfactory, but there were some other things which could have been different. There was no black tea to drink for their breakfast (being English, that was quite extraordinary) and one morning the rolls had finished before they got to the breakfast. However, when all this was pointed out, the young manager was very apologetic and efficient at rectifying the situation and was keen that the right impression was created.

We were very impressed. The rooms were bright, nicely furnished. The small breakfast room has "Kitchen party character" in a positive sense. You coming up with the other guests in the conversation. A big thank you again to the owner that we once again could make under the wheels over night even though we already had checked out, that was really great!

Travel time: 06.05. And 07th 05th 2016, age: approx. 65-70 years
Good: The service was very good, the ladies very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. The room (No. 2) was very clean, the beds for us older people at an ideal altitude. Also my 2 ordered cushion was there at the check-in — so everything ok.
Bad: Bad is not really hot, the shower is very suitable for small women — no water comes out at the bottom of the body, and more if someone shaves and running water from the sink at the same time, there is no water in the shower.
And the TV is left of the bed rather than face — face would be enough space for the TV! You should not to dislocate himself then neck.
Mixed mesh: Breakfast good — it is sufficient, you can enjoy everything, cheese and sausage extra packed in the honey and the jam and butter is the case — but for me it is ok. Besch. No place really to the sit — the kitchen is filled with 3 persons. And in our room was a small table with any 2 small armchairs for breakfast unfortunately.
Otherwise — for us ok — and it was really quiet.
And I'm right in the middle of the city.

Super 1-star-Superior Hotel with incredible price-performance ratio!

Unfortunately, outweigh the negative impressions significantly! The positive situation is put into perspective by the adjacent bus station — so that one morning around seven, the first diesel engines humming sounds. The following applies to say that the few Parking during my stay, often delivered, was either an exit through the bus blocks, or I was a staff member (! ) placed at, which is early, unfortunately, not to get out of bed! Most disturbing to me, however, the temperature of the room, despite the heating on level 5 came to the room only laboriously over his 17/18°C Raumtermperatur (My watch has an integrated Thermometer so it is not a subjective perception). The first impression is deceptive so don't always, because already in the beginning was under the the given phone number not to reach, neither was the reception — although I stated against 18 o'clock check in! The same applies for my departure, when a guest leaves, it is surely not too much to ask the front Desk to be occupied, or at least a call forwarding on one of the three specified phone numbers. So I left the Hotel after two phone calls to a Mailbox without having to pay and asked to be contacted for the purpose of paying bills. Positive to mention is the relatively good location of the hotel — very close to the town center with good Infratsurktur in the area. As was my room very clean — I could visually, no defects found.

Very friendly staff and nice clean "just" held the room, up on the Wi-Fi there is nothing to complain about =)

Location is in the Centrum, ok Breakfast Poor, Toilet and shower across the hallway is Defective Price just too high…?

Very cool hotel with nice staff, excellent rooms and a superb style! also very close to the centre.

You must occasionally not takes the preguta or place to which cele heads go.
