Review of a&o Hamburg Hammer Kirche 2*

We have stayed three nights at the A & O "Hotel" with breakfast in a double room. Reception was already very humbling unfriendly Lady at the front desk, however went quite quickly check-in and the granting of the parking lot. Arrived at the hotel room the next sobering reaction, however, diesesmal our customer. Practical furnishings rooms with a TV which is like my laptop. Beds, mattresses not located through however also not comfortable. The bathroom had needed a cleaning, especially the shower. Entrance and bathroom cleaned daily, otherwise no cleaning of the room (according to the eco-system of the hotel). The walls were dirty painted and not patched through some makeshift to cooking. The breakfast room is located in the basement in addition to countless technology spaces. Here again very functional interior with nice wall decoration and außreichendem breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was however wishes left. The raw ham smelled unpleasant, was already running and defitiv no longer the toe bar. After 9 o'clock nothing was filled of cold meats and cheeses. We awarded a star for the location. The subway is within 5-7 minutes walk away and is within 10-20 minutes at all places of historic interest. The value for money is our opinion a pure disaster. Over €300 for booking time is definitely not justified. A two star hotel we do not want to here the least response. A "bad" hostel would do rather better. We paid the full price, without would be right back out to consider. Because we had a gift certificate and have paid "only" € 130, which is still too expensive for this accommodation, we have added more inconvenience not and have remained. Fortunately, there is much to see, so that you have to spend much time in the "hotel" in Hamburg. The concept of this "hotel" should be definitely again reconsidered and revised.
