Very neat and clean room & bathroom with good interiors. Capsule coffee machine and a mini fridge available with charges being applied for the coffee capsules and anything from the fridge. Area around is mostly residential. We had a comfortable stay here.

Clean and comfy bed. But the room was a little bit small with a kid.

Very friendly staff, very nice and clean rooms and a great breakfast buffet. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

Very nice hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite new, make a fresh modern impression and invite you to rest. Refrigerator and coffee maker (capsule) are provided. I haven't heard from other guests, very well.
The breakfast is rich and really recommended.

We stayed at Heikotel am Stadtpark from 17.05-20.05.18 and we were very satisfied. The rooms very nice and bright, the staff absolutely friendly. The breakfast excellent, there was nothing missing and also there the staff wassolut friendly. We are very happy to come back, to The Heikotel.

Very nice staff at reception and in the restaurant. Be sure to book the breakfast buffet. For 12 euros a huge, delicious selection!
The rooms were relatively small, but quite adequate to stay overnight and very comfortable and well equipped.
Parking spaces in the area are unfortunately scarce, but fortunately there is a paid underground car park and a parking lot.
We would come back again and again. Thank you again for the little gift for the birthday :)

Very nice room, given the price that is cheap for Hamburg really modern and comfortable. Large parking spaces in the underground car park, which is located just below the hotel. The staff were friendly throughout. Breakfast is actually not necessary here, as many bakers are in the immediate vicinity for coffee and franc rolls. The U3 Saarland road is only 5min. On foot, from there it goes to the hill, the harbour or the Kiez in 20 minutes.

Beautiful city hotel in a quiet location in Barmbek. In less than 5 minutes you will get to the elevated railway, which will take you to many attractions without any change. The staff is very friendly, the rooms pleasantly large and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast is impeccable.

Used-up furniture, but staff is really nice. Don't go here if you need silent sleep. WLAN doesn't work at night. However, clean service is 1A+,

Ugly furniture, and I could hear my room neighbours talk (in a different room). Not suitable for people who need a pleasant sleep. Breakfast isn't worth the money. You can get better breakfast anywhere for half the price. The owner don't want to you to experience a nice stay, they just try to get the best out of their money. Next time, I will chose another hotel in Hamburg. What I find ridiculous is that there are posters in the room like "Don't throw money away. Book directly. And we shouldn't use any hotel search engines.

The rooms are old and just made-up to be half-ways ok. The house itself is clairaudient, which means that the walls between the rooms are very small. I could hear the people in the other room talking at 2 in the morning, and I understood each of their words. The furniture is ugly and needs replacement. If I were the owner, I would first replace the shrubbed-down furniture and lower the price because of the loudness. However, since Hamburg doesn't have cheap hotels, nothing will change in this hotel, I guess. You can just hope that you don't have speaking neighbours. Next time, I will try another hotel, even if it's 100 € more expensive.

I was there by 2015 on new year's Eve, because the hotel close to the venue. It was retrospectively but the only reason that this justified. I had booked a single room, I get a broom closet. Room 109 is so small, that it can make no 2 doors without to stand even in the way! However, the bathroom is the coronation. Just on the toilet sit, is simply not possible, because you otherwise even trapped. After all: the cage was clean, even if no longer was cleaned on the new year's day from 14.00. I've got just the bare minimum of the expected for 70 euro incl. Breakfast per night.

Really Bad Internet, you cannot connect your mobile and laptop at the same time, I asked for another username & password but the Old lady there with a really bad Grim just went on berserk and refused in a bad manner, even if I would pay for extra internet! She could of at least apologized in good manners. Quiet, friendly staff, Wi-Fi, good Breakfast and nice rooms. Basically everything you want and need.

Very nice rooms, friendly staff, good connection to the U3 and S1. With luggage, we should expect the bus because the station is not accessible. The rooms heat up considerably during the day on. Therefore evening Windows tilt and sleep vigorously before the air. The breakfast is delicious. Liked me and my girlfriend.
