Great breakfast and good location. The staff is helpful.

Small hotel in the middle of St. George. Clean with nice staff. Unfortunately, the rooms heat up a lot in the summer and when you are ventilated, the exhaust fumes of the main street come into the room.
You can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and a metro station is less than 5 minutes away.

The room and breakfast was great. The location was a bit of a minus. Surrounded in the roads of in my opinion were drug dealers! Thats all :)

I ended up in this hotel because I was looking for an affordable overnight stay near the main station. And it was clear from the start that it won't be the noblest hotel.
The entrance area is very small, the hotel built more in height than in width. Stairwell and rooms are simply a bit old. The furniture slightly nudged, cleanliness okay but not top, overlooking the backyard.
But: The staff was super friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied (rolls, cheese, sausage, butter, egg, scrambled eggs, jam, coffee, juices …).
In short: If you are only looking for a cheap place to stay, you have the right place. For a longer holiday, another hotel may be better suited.

A well-run, clean Hotel that is likely to improve in the near term (2018). Recommended in spite of the possibly at first glance a little towards the unfavorable situation.

It was in the red light district of Germany prostitutes in every door way.

All right, the room size is fine.
Parking is not available.
No phone in the rooms.
In November the heating does not work.

Bathroom superficially clean — if you look more closely, it is Eckelig drecckig! There is mold on the shower curtain, foreign hair in the shower tray, all the tiles are broken, makeshift repaired, brown stains on the walls and I don't know what else!
Staff says only "I can't do anything now! "
We didn't expect much and it should be enough to sleep, but wöfür this hotel has got 4 stars is a mystery to me!

Close to U-bahn, simple, friendly and value for money.

Pros: close to city centre, breakfast included Cons: noisy (neighbour and outside), smelly toilet, dirty towel, unsafe surroundings, no phone to call reception, not value for money Overall not recommended.

A very good place to spend a couple of nights on a business trip. Not too facny, but has everything one might need on a business trip. The doors could and bathroom could use an upgrade, though. But this does not hurt the comfort too much, only esthetically, therefore 4 stars.

We were told the neighborhood is safer than this quarter in Hamburg, Germany. In the evening you should alone run as a woman by the stone dam. You should watch his stuff in the evening better. The police station is just opposite but they should be also not the fastest. The area is not very clean. The rooms are clean and tidy, staff is nice and helpful. The star deduction there is mainly due to the environment.

It looks goos on pictures but when I Got there I was Like. I made a huge mistake. It is located in the shady part of town and it didn't Seem that good on the outer of the hotel.

Small but fine, nice staff, metro is a 2-minute walk to reach :) for a short break in Hamburg is well-suited.
