Lovely place conveniently located near the city center. Nice room, 2 restaurants, Wi-Fi, parking garage. Very good service, very kind and professional people at the reception desk.

Well located so easy to find via taxi, or walking distance from the station. Very friendly helpful staff who speak in english to assist you. Bar and restaurant available. 3 lifts as well as stairs for access to rooms on 6 different floors. Rooms very clean, beds very comfortable too. Bathroom and shower are excellent. I can't really find fault apart from you need your room entrance card to power lights etc 24hrs. A must for business ventures with accommodation for meetings exceptional.

Room is quite large, but during the stay has been construction, feel weak mental consumption.
Breakfast is varied, but it is immutable, and eating the same thing every day is also very greasy.
Located by the lake, near the supermarket, not far from the subway. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nicely maintained property at central but calm and quiet locality just beside the lake. You will definitely enjoy your stay here. Rooms are really small but nicely managed. All the staffs are very friendly and accommodative. As the hotel is centrally located tram, bus terminus and central rail stations are in walking distance. They offer a nice breakfast combinations. On my arrival day I came late and it was around 12.30 I asked if I can get something for breakfast. They were really quick and came with a plateful of breakfast and it was offered as complimentary! Enjoyed my long stay.

Beautiful outside eating area. Everything was clean and elegant. Very accommodating.

I'm not thrilled with this visit. The rooms are rustic and "crammed" — at mine I felt it wasn't ventilated forever. The bed was so cozy for it that I didn't want to leave it at all. The food is also great and for everyone something. The desired places (St. Pauli or City) can be reached by S-Bahn or by bus — both are located nearby.

Comfy and clean room, staff were the usual helpful and knowledgeable pleasant people. Good bar and food excellent too.

In my view above the general average. Breakfast top, just like the staff. Hotel is very quiet. It is only a few minutes to the outer alster. But also to the city centre not far. Bus line approx. 250 meters from hotel.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice breakfast buffet (gluten free was no problem). Clean, modern room. Bus line that runs 24h, right outside the door. We will book again at our next stay in Hamburg.

Not quite modern, but offered every conceivable service. I felt very comfortable here. Breakfast did not leave any wishes open.

We had a training in this hotel which looks very nice and clean. They offer a very delicious buffet in the lunch time with reasonable prices. Two of colleagues have also stayed here and the loves it. Its location is amazing and very near to he city and metro stations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamburg and I am sure everyone will love it.

My husband and I were very pleased, clean room, bathroom too, all loved, so did the breakfast was very tasty enough varied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Honestly read the reviews above and was surprised, nothing bad to say I can not.

We had the junior suite. The room is super clean and generously sized. The breakfast is totally delicious, the location of the hotel is also very good. Nothing to complain about.

Rooms are a little small the breakfast is great. Fitness Room A little small, the hotel has a free tea lounge. The location is good, not far from the main station and the city centre. The Alster is within walking distance.

Check-in is a delight the reception staff have good knowledge and will help you to the highest degree (perfect English) The room décor is excellent in my view but I like real furniture made of wood I was upgraded to the fourth-floor club room — this is a large room with a queen bed the bathroom was very well equipped I visited the bar and was served very quickly by the staff you are given a complimentary glass of nuts I ordered the Plaza burger (see photo) this was cooked to my liking and was served hot and timely The breakfast was extra €18 if you book in advance €26 if you don’t This experience was excellent, 8 types of cereals 3 different types of honey and even more marmalade and jam (no small jars here) The bread is how you would expect – Coffee from the machine and the multiple types of tea is also excellent The hot breakfast is also very good, you have a chef at your disposal so you can have an omelette filled to your liking or fried eggs whatever Excellent sausage and meatballs the scrambled egg is a delight just like you get at home Overall an excellent standard of hotel.

Except for the fact that €26€ for breakfast was customer catching, so in the booking portal a good price stands I found home and staff very good. Unfortunately, was no longer in the sauna area due to time constraints. I would still have been interested. Rooms generous and clean. Bad ok.

Perfect stay! Great location and environment. Close to the Greater Alster and St Georg are where you'll find some nice restaurants. Staffs are superb! Our room was nice and spacious but not perfect hence I'm only giving 4 stars overall rating. The rubbish bin in our toilet were broken, dusts in the remote TV and the toilet bowl had stains.

Clean and quiet hotel. Rooms are large enough and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A second home now for the travels to Hamburg. Cozy, modern enough, spacious rooms and large bathrooms. Great breakfast Nice chance to have a hot herbal tea in the lobby all day.

Bus stop 6 to the centre and to San Paoli 200 meters from the hotel, small but functional room. The extra breakfast at €26 per head seems to me out of my mind.

The hotel has a good location and is also not too far from the city centre. The staff is very nice. The gym is a bit small but it's enough. All in all it is a nice hotel.

Great hotel. Clean comfortable rooms and good bar/grill in the lobby. The breakfast was great every morning.

Overall, a decent experience but the room was a little run down with scratches and scuffs on all the furniture and doors, a smelly bathroom with visibly old tile grout, and the heat was not functioning in the room so I was given a space heater. High points were the friendly staff, the breakfast, and the bar/lounge.

The hotel is not in the centre but close enough to explore Hamburg on foot as well. Very clean. The staff friendly. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant at the hotel has also been convincing.

Absolutely solid middle class hotel. Clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms and discreet but effective service. Sumptuous breakfast.

Internet ok. Food good. Bar good but expensive. No Pool. Rooms are clean. Kind Service. Problems get fixed fast. Central location, about 5 min to train Station.

The hotel is nicely located at the Alster. You can reach it on foot from the main station in about 15 minutes. If you go by car, steer clear of the Hotel's garage, which costs 22€ overnight. There are usually parking spaces around the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was very pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean with amenities like coffee, tea and so on. I would always choose this hotel when coming to Hamburg.

Cosy and delightful Accomodation. Loved the availability that there were many TV channels programme in different languages. Breakfast spread was excellent.

Rooms were very comfortable with the only draw back being a narrow-er tub and a straight bar shower curtain that would further tighten the shower space during a hot shower. The hotel itself was perfectly located down the street from the big lake waterfront, full of cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff was helpful and kind, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I would happily stay there again.

Nice hotel, great location near the lake excellent for walks or runs. Breakfast was also good. The fitness and swimming pool were adequate but small.

Average hotel outside central Hamburg district. Situated close the Alster for pleasant walks or jogging around the lake. Short walk to Uhlandstraße U-Bahn.

Staff is very nice and super friendly so the on unload old fun.
The rooms are booking enough at Club rooms. Bathrooms are small but pretty.
And must be drawn on it that the beds are so futon 140cm wide. That was a change for us :)
Food in the hotel is super fresh and totally tasty. To bake a birthday cake for my wife was not a problem against a joke — extra charge of €20. I so don't even get a cake for €20 at the bakery.
We were excited and happy to come back.

Really nice hotel, the rooms are great. The restaurant offers good food in a nice environment. If you'd like to save a little money on parking there is free 24/7 parking on the street just outside the hotel. There are only a couple of spots though.
