This is a great hotel in a nice neighbourhood with east access into the city centre. Friendly, helpfull & spotless. We are very happy with this hotel.

Hotel very comfortable and I was welcomed. The gym and spa are very decent and open until 23:00. The only downside is the restaurant which offers very little choice, a long wait (I waited for my dish 45 minutes) and I found my dish sickening
What I preferred: bathtub and shower in the bathroom, a kettle for tea, coffee and even herbal teas and a good breakfast.

We had a great time… Clean organized… With exceptional kids. The baby. 15 months (and eats). They never charged him. I highly recommend it. P s very good restaurant.

Very nice clean hotel, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. You may get the city center with a very efficient Metro just few meters from the Hotel.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff helpful. Only the AC didn't seem to be very effective.

Das Hotel sieht neu und gepflegt aus. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und hell. Das Zimmer war für meinen Geschmack aber altmodisch eingerichtet. Ich war schon einmal in einem anderen Novotel Hotel und da war dasselbe Problem. Die Toilette ist eng. Ich hatte kein Frühstück, kann deshalb nichts dazu sagen.

I was just in the Bar. No Overnight Stay. Long Waits. Price/Performance was OK.

The amenities are quite okay, but really just an outlet in the room?
I would have wanted to write the review in the hotel, but the speed in the free Wi-Fi was just before a standstill …

Situated away from the noisy downtown and yet very close to central station. Has a metro station around the corner. Clean, nice lobby bar, decorated with desert roses. High quality recreation.

I was there for a seminar day event and I was excited about the presentation of the space and the service. During the breaks we were catered for with great food and the staff are very nice.

It was really clear everywhere and tue Breakfast was Good too.

Modern city centre hotel with new and functional facilities. Very nice and helpful staff despite the many guests. Extensive and delicious breakfast buffet. Child-friendly with low prices for children in the same room (comfortable sofa bed). Great location with own underground parking or with some luck free parking in the area. Right on the subway station (lines 1 UMD 3), ideal for tourists like us. Clear recommendation, we'll be back!

The hotel is located on main Road open window is not possible a lot of noise. Rooms are small and without closet. On weekends the hotel is transformed into a nursery. The breakfast at 21 euros was totally exaggerated. Also garage with 18 euros. It is incomprehensible to me how many people with children choose this hotel.

The location was good in 15 minutes walking from Hamburg train station Good for working missions not families.

A very friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Furthermore, the area looks very nice and open so that it jumps directly into the eye.

Nice hotel and clean, subway just outside the front door. Only about 15 minutes to the main station and the shopping street behind it. The rooms are quite large and there is ample storage space and storage space. The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone.

We always travel a lot in Hamburg and therefore also for lunch. I personally would not have gone into a hotel with the ulterior motive. At Lunchnow, however, we had found the delicious lunch and spontaneously decided to visit us. Despite an event with a buffet in the restaurant we were allowed to take a seat without problems.
The service power was incredibly nice and very friendly. The price is a little higher for the lunch table, but it is also much more high-quality. We definitely come back!

Not recommended! Unfriendly staff at the reception and above all, the room cards do not work in the least! Sitting in front of closed door (second day in a row), technicians must be ordered first (! ). Maybe I want to take a shower after a long day? A voucher for a cocktail does not bring me anything in this situation. Why does the door also have a normal lock?! But with the payment you are fast, as soon as you arrive the credit card is required. Never again!

Great hotel in a great location right next to the main line train and only a few short stops into town. Nice xlean rooms with tea & coffee. €20 for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (Fri-Sun). Since we were travelling with a minibus (Mercedes Sprinter), we already had the first problem. The underground car park of the hotel has a maximum entrance height of 2 meters. The sprinter with high roof was therefore too big. We had to look for something in a side street ourselves, where the staff did not really help us. The room was so tidy and clean and the furnishings adequate. Now for the reason why the hotel of mine only gets 2 stars: Black mold in the shower. I was already in hotels in India, Bangladesh and Co. Where hygiene was usually a foreign word and I paid only 10 the night. However, there was never any black mold in the bathroom. Mold is an intolerable condition for me. A note to the hotel staff at the reception provided only a "standard" apology. Although we were not there for the entire Saturday after getting up late into the night, the problem was not eliminated. In my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable for the money we have paid. The breakfast buffet was adequate and there was never anything empty.

Good and clean rooms but the bathrooms are very small…

The hotel is located in a relatively central location and is well connected by the U1 and U3 lines. The room is comparatively large and even has room for a sofa. Everything is clean and the breakfast buffet is very plentiful.

Clean rooms, well appointed, comfy bed, good little kids play area with two Xbox units and traditional toys, decent bar and restaurant although choice is limited and its a little expensive — the Portuguese barman is a very cheerful chap.

Very nice staff. The rooms are clean and tidy. In some places the cleaning staff should be better cleaned. Glasses with cola leftovers just don't go.
Breakfast is plentiful. No one is chasing you, although a very long queue was formed at the entrance for breakfast. You can eat in peace.
Where can you get a secure parking place in Hamburg? It was absolutely pleasant to park in the underground garage.
The free Wi-Fi in the hotel has always worked well.

Hotel is of normal quality, not spectacular. Stayed for a single night. Room was clean, bed was good. Breakfast was expensive (€20), but lots of choice. Parking overnight also rather expensive (€18). Would go here again for short stay.

Room was very big and clean. Separate toilet and bathroom which was great. It was 6 stops to the city.

Too bad the restaurant closes at 9.30 pm and more room service but fortunately staff very available and welcoming to the bar to serve us a very reasonable price meal. Good bedding. A very nice and diversified breakfast.

Excellent Hotel and service.

Perfect location, very easy access to U-bahn. Rooms are big enough for 2adults and 1kid. Breakfast and service of the team are good.

Farther away from downtown but still good location, clean and quiet. Free internet is really slow though.

Hotel great, restaurant few issues. Just focusing on the restaurant: I ordered a grape fruit juice, but was repeatedly brought a grape juice. This is a fair misunderstanding, and I finally got my grape fruit juice after insisting and being persistent. I think it would have looked nice if the restaurant would have given me the juice for free, but ok, fine. More worrisome is that two of us in a party of three got nauseous, and one even had to get up in the night and vomit. We all had the burger, which was kind of very greasy. This food experience unfortunately makes me give only two stars when I would otherwise have considered five for the hotel experience.

A nice hotel with clean rooms: rhe service was fast and very polite. Breakfast was decent and included a large selection of international dishes. Dinner was also good and offered many good hot meals. Rooms are small but modern. Overall good hotel for it's price…

We have all slept — purpose.
The staff at the bar was rather unfriendly with us and had more desire on work than on decent customer contact. Not great.

Great place! The showers are nice beds also nice. An gym on the top floor. Great food. And if your coming back again and Been there before you get a thank you card from the hotel owner.

A typical conference hotel in the lower price category. Clean, but not particularly beautiful. Food is ok, but is not on the hotel standard. The seminar rooms are large, but sparsely furnished, the location is probably not so great. Privately, I would not book!

The location is really great with the underground just in front of the building. The staff is friendly and helpful as I found it. The rooms are small and the layout rather unusual. If you were on the toilet you have to walk once round the room to wash your hands. The beds are rather hard, not a huge problem but some might not like it. The pillows are synthetic, not my choice. The bathroom is functional but I rather would have had only a shower and not bathtub which would be too small for most people anyway. This space could have been used for a cupboard which is completely missing. Nice desk though to work on. The Wi-Fi is good, I have no idea how much it costs though. It was already paid for. The breakfast is great with lots to choose from. Room service was fast and ok food. Ok for shirt business trips, would not want to stay there for longer private stays.

Everything is clean and also the Service at Breakfast and also everywhere else on Top! The Breakfast offers a great choice! Of Bioquark up Egg, and meatballs are all available.

I do concur with the positive comments do not connect, super bad Service, Dirt in the shower, apparently for quite some time to spread, topped only by the Service. One Night at once, the 1 time bedding is missing and may 40 minutes of waiting and 2 to make calls until they finally brought. Also was missing the description and the price list of the mini-bar to Check Out is not. (3 times the front Desk about this informed, we gave it to. ) Add to that the air-conditioning is a joke, so with the window open sleep, which is next to the main road! Also should you as a guest, NO Laundry to bring something like that because elementary as a CABINET is missing — well it would be in this Mini room, no room! The Breakfast is something for meat-eaters, however, found 1 type of cheese, but then the way to the Buffet, which you then have the super gluey bread could occupy. All in all, not recommended! Who really wants to have Breakfast, which is in the environment can find it! The staircase has been over the whole weekend 0 times cleaned, the Dirt is probably still spread there.

Good value for money; right in front of subway lines u1 and u3; very nice staff; quiet room (a bit small but still ok) ; good extras for platinum status (cocktail at bar, additional mineral water bottle in room, box of cookies, bathrobe, etc. ).

Advance: the location of the hotel is the Metro station right in front of the House, and with the Metro well, in 5 minutes in the Centre. But: the family rooms are so small that one, when the beds are pulled out, can run only on the beds, if you want to open such as a window. There is also no closet, but only a cloakroom. Also, we had several days in a row, more than half an hour wait we were allowed to eat breakfast, because the tables were not cleared. I can't believe these chaotic conditions in a 4 * House! "" The comment on our complaint: "Since we can nothing for it, coming all around 09:00 breakfast".

The hotel is a good city hotel. The rooms are not too big but give you two big single beds a desk to work on and a separate toilet. Even though that means you have to walk through the whole room before you can wash your hands. The matrass is extremely hard. Not a problem for me but some people might not like it. The Internet is really expensive. 9 euros for 24 hrs (not online time but from first usage on). Also it is not really very fast. And only one device at the time. The LAN cable in the room did not work so Wifi was the only option. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen.

Super Service, super friendly staff, super Breakfast, super clean rooms.
