As a single visit they were absolutely accommodating, but inquiries for family, unfortunately was not answered… on site really top, but online really bad.

We loved it 😍. Great room, nice service, breakfast was great.

Short weekend trip. Super interior design in Hamburg's Hafencity. Super tasty food & drink. Rich breakfast buffet. Very nice staff… in the end, the WE was expensive, but that's just so.

This nautical themed hotel has a living room, vinyl record room and outdoor space for relaxing. Great location overlooking river. Breakfast was included and it was fantastic! Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the immediate area.

Nice place for a goog nights sleep, great bar at next door hotel (same chain) food great, and the parking is a bliss.

I love this place. It is a little quirky, but the service is always good, and if you are a frequent visitor, the service gets even better. Small added features make this hotel a nice place to stay for week long periods. Check out their offerings.

The hotel itself is a place of pure inspiration. It manages to bring the atmosphere of a moving port within the walls of the structure. But the light design and the décor contribute to give this atmosphere a flavour of unique elegance and refinement.
The rooms, comfortable and full of gadgets, recall a lot of the cabins of merchant ships, making us for the time of our stay captains of the holiday and routes to follow.
From the Bluetooth speakers supplied to the bag in waxed cloth for use in the living room, from the wallpaper to the motif of Porto tattoos to an illuminated globe on the desk carved out of a trunk, every detail is thought and, in my humble opinion, with certain effect.
Do not hesitate to make it yours for a time even longer than a day.

The Location is great, no doubt.
The window in my room was broken (did not close well), with the result: cold at night and early wake up in the morning due to street workers and noisy construction works.
We had two little drinks the night before (7€) and when checking out and asking for a little reduction of the bill — they said no. Neither the two drinks were offered to be covered.

I love this hotel! Was there for the second time and find the people super nice! The service is top, the rooms are beautiful, stylish and just right for Hamburg. Also the breakfast is definitely worth its money. There's something for everyone.
Only drawback: The Harbour view is not so beautiful due to the sites. But that will probably change in the future as well.

An exceptional and worth seeing hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly. It must be accepted, however, that a lump-sum geduzt will be used. I felt very comfortable.

The whole concept of the hotel is pure genius. As it is located in the harbour zone, everything is maritime/boat related and the interior designing is incredible.
Besides, the hotel includes a restaurant, a spa (with an amazing harbour view), a playroom and a music room with a great choice of vinyls.
Last but not least, 25hours gives you the opportunity to borrow a brand new Mini Cooper and to drive it (for some hours) whenever You want.
Well deserved 5 stars!

Boat Cabin Ambiance and tastefully decorated.

Surprisingly nice and very casual Hotel. Stayed one night but very satisfied. Very polite and courteous staff. Breakfast with great assortment. They also have a small small shop near the reception that offers gadgets and products both food and very nice cleaning staff. Everything is set up room sustainability but in a very nice and well thought out. Recommended!

One of my favorite city hotels. For me it is conveniently next to our offices, funky decorations, friendly staff, music (quality rock to get those happy vibes get going! U2 playing now…), comfy rooms and creative decoration (been practical though! ). Office is a bit small and chair uncomfortable in the rooms. However they have plenty of space and break out areas to work if needed. If you are visiting Hamburg, check it out.

Very nice, lovingly designed Hotel in a great location in the middle of the Speicherstadt. The rooms are really nicely decorated maritim, the hotel staff are very friendly. The Breakfast is not cheap, but very tasty with large selection and beautiful ambience in the Restaurant.

Exceptional hotel, clean and tastefully decorated, friendly, courteous service. Breakfast costs €21, which is not on the website, therefore here as info. The hustle and bustle of the hallway was a bit out of the room. Otherwise, the location is outstanding for a visit to Hamburg's chic centre and the storage city.

Probably the most extraordinary decorations I've ever seen in a hotel. Good beds, friendly service. They have two kinds of breakfasts — small and buffet. Make sure you know which one you have paid for. Buffet breakfast is pretty good. The small one is almost nothing…

Hate it or love it. The design is consistent and borderline over the top: a hotel designed as if in a ship. Complete with dubious drawings in the toilet. Excellent sauna with great views!

Beautiful rooms and good location. However, a terrible breakfast, many external breakfast guests therefore we as hotel guests had to queue for more than 30 minutes for a table and should then also sit separately. A reservation of a table is not possible for hotel guests, the service was also not ready to call in the room if a table is released. For 21 euros per person an absolute insouciance, sometimes we were told we could not cancel this breakfast booked directly to the room. When we were finally able to chase a table, we continued to feel the unfriendliness and overstrain of the service while they served us cold cappucionos.

Beautiful hotel with interesting decoration. Super cozy beds, large shower, very Sauber. Ambience just great. Unfortunately, just the view is being built from the nearest hotel. The construction site is the only shortcoming. But you don't really hear anything about it. We slept great. Breakfast there also very good. Mini rental uncomplicated. We'll be back!

Even if prices explode, the market is there. The hotel is very cool! Detailed, modern and fresh. The restaurant is also recommended.

Sehr tolle Hotel in der HafenCity von Hamburg. Das Hotel ist gut mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Freundlicher Empfang. Das Hotel ist im "Kajüte-Stil" eingerichtet und sehr modern und neu. Die Sauna auf dem Dach sowie das Frühstück sollte wenn möglich genutzte werden.

I definitely recommend this superb hotel! Location is very nice! (Although some parts still under construction) The room was clean and very comfortable. Next time I will definitely try the restaurant!

A very beautiful and modern hotel. Small but comfortable rooms and great high speed free Wi-Fi. There's no room service here. The hotel is in an excellent location and comes with a free Mini for four hours per daily usage. Very friendly and professional staff that speak perfect English.

We had looked to say here, but the rooms had sold out. However we still stopped by for lunch. It is such a quirly, different place. Its great. Think premium hostel crossed with a hotel, with a 4* restaurant attached. Such a great place.

I liked it a lot. Good location. Nice hip surranding area. The hotel is well designed with industrial style. You can rent good bikes at the reception. The restaurant was full with locals on a Saturday night — it is a good sign for me.

Wonderful hotel in a nice and hip area. It is very well themed with naval and maritime elements, nice and clean. Located close to Hamburg sea port terminal and right on the water it is complimented and coherent with the surroundings. I personally loved lobby bar here, choice of original food and soft drinks are very good and staff is marvelous. Can't judje alcoholic drinks since not a user, yet my friends enjoyed a selection of beer here.

My favourite hotel. Good food. Stylish rooms, plenty of space and quite central. However I liked sauna when it was for additional price. Now it is free and is overcrowded.

Tolle originelle Zimmer, super Frühstück, klasse Lage, Sauna im Nebenhaus. Aber: keine Möglichkeit, Leihräder zu reservieren; dieses Werbeversprechen ist also hinfällig. Immerhin Stadtrad-Station gegenüber. Sonst alles super!

I didn't stay here but came for breakfast while needing to be in Hafen City. The restaurant is gorgeous, the breakfast buffet was really lovely, the coffee was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A relaxed atmosphere. The Wi-Fi is very fast. Very satisfied and looking for an excuse to come back!

We are, unfortunately, only a weekend in Hamburg, but soon as you Enter the hotel you feel comfortable! Everything is very Modern and grip on seafaring trimmed. We were in the Hotel for a small contribution to the + bunk increase and directly check-in (Had 15 a. M. Check-in, but already at 9 o'clock, been there), Everything ran very Smoothly! The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very Clean and great set up. We will be here in the future Book :)

Super equipment, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the Breakfast everything was fresh and large selection available, location of the hotel is perfect. We are in Hamburg never again somewhere else down!

Just lunch in the Restaurant HOME: Ambiente tip, Service very good, food excellent (rarely as good Labskaus on the plate had).

Hotel was booked via Expedia and paid in advance. When checking in, I had about 20 min. Wait — that was nothing. When I have to check in then had Breakfast yet booked and had to immediately with 50, — Euro in advance to go. Since the guest assumed that it is the price Bouncing want. This is for me an absolute NO GO! The rooms are alright, but the air conditioning is annoying loud and the shower on max. 38° limited — for me, too cold. The Türkarten with the Transponder you need for the Elevator. Unfortunately there is very unreliable — you are in the Elevator and is not high. Every Friday, playing to a live band until about 23:30 in the abysmal Lounge in loft-style. Even on the third floor is not to think about Sleep. The Restaurant is expensive, but not more than geschmackliches mediocrity. Breakfast is super, but the loud (Rock) music is annoying in the morning animal. Conclusion: In 25h the customer is not king, and the price-performance ratio is bad. For me, the next Hamburgbesuch no Otion more.

Great, individual decor. Service is excellent, friendly, modern and pleasant. Restaurant Home with small map and regional dishes. TOP: small breakfast with coffee for a quick and easy start to the day.

1 hour to eat waited and no excuse, not taking into account an extra desire. To the part very incompetent employees, probably little qualified personnel. It is not entered into recovery guests but only on ladder and tourists used only once are guest.

Sometimes I think design before function to go. In our room, the window went only a gap, because the curtain rail in the way.
There were many strong-smelling lilies in the restaurant. I love lilies, but at dinner, they have nothing to do!
Service: the information on the home page could be either more detail (there is a hairdryer, facilities) or to find better.
I also found it inappropriate to take a supplement for a baby cot per night since you must book the expensive room so that it goes. The proposal, the 5-year should with sleep in 1, 40 m wide bed really is next to it. After all was forgot then put extra towels for the child. Odds and ends, but child-friendly is different.

Best place to stay in hamburg. Perfect location, food and staff.

Super nice hotel, great design. We were for 3 days in Hamburg and have explored the port city and St. Pauli. The hotel is truly unique with its design. As a guest you can rent for free a mini is, that we have made etc right. Only the burger at the restaurant have us not tasted so good, that's why a star deduction.

My friend and I spent three nights in the 25 hours, incl. Breakfast. We had the bunk M + the desired port overlooking the 6th floor. We were thrilled by the lovingly furnished rooms. The room was clean and tidy. Also the room service did a very good job. The ladies at the reception have declared super us how we come from A to B and were super friendly here. Breakfast selection was huge everything rolls with honey over scrambled eggs with bacon. The conditions were very kind and attentive and it also requests were taken into account. If you so not book this hotel is their own fault. At the next visit in Hamburg of only the 25 hours.

The Heimat restaurant is very good and affordable. Very nice staff. Friday they have live music. Also you should check out the smoker lounge at the first floor. Best place in the HafenCity.
