Freshly renovated and very nicely equipped.
Unfortunately to the road a little noisy but still acceptable.
With just over a hundred euros for the conditions okay, however, the parking costs another 15€ extra per day. You can save yourself by parking in the adjacent side streets.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean and breakfast is excellent.

Clean hotel, unfortunately not equipped as described on the site with the appropriate beds but TLW. In a smaller version. Very small shower. Settlement took place directly through the company, therefore The allocation of the small rooms.

Great location and walking distance to the hamburg Messe. Breakfast overpriced at 22, 90€… but good clean modern rooms.

Hotel and rooms are modern and clean. Unfortunately the hotel is so tightly built and consists of many annexes, so that access without stairs is not possible, so carry suitcases! An elevator starts after several steps, and then you have to change to the first floor.
Just as difficult is the road with luggage to the car: steep on — and downhills you have to walk and squeeze past the barrier. The staff responds to criticism partially disinterested.

Very nicely decorated rooms with large bed, nice bathroom, desk, swivel chair and large TV. Wi-Fi is free but for an extra charge of 9, €99 (Booth 27.03.2018) You can buy faster. And most importantly the breakfast… absolutely awesome! Great choice all very tasty and you can even get Eigerichte prepared. So I would definitely come back — highly recommended.

The hallway in the room was saved, the bathroom is the entrance area.
"Living in the loo" so to speak.
Otherwise very clean but with expensive breakfast.
The only bright view is the consistently friendly staff.
I will not come back, however.

Ridiculously small room (open bathroom next to the door), no closet, only a small space for your jacket. Ridiculously slow internet (you have to pay for faster), no tea kettle, no Netflix on the TV, no gym, ridiculously expensive breakfast (23€) that's not even very good.

Hotel is good. What surprised me is the sink and toilet literally in the entrance area of the room. Room is clean. Good breakfast.

Sensational hotel located directly on the subway and therefore ideal for excursions of all kinds. The rooms are very clean and modern in style. We were very pleased.

Had to change rooms twice. At first the elevator was noisy to the room, in the next the toilet was not cleaned. Service not great!

Small rooms, breakfast only as buffet… sometimes unfriendly staff. Noisy construction noise throughout the hotel! This morning even a construction worker asks if I should leave now. Never again NH hotel. Yes, thank God enough competition…

Great hotel for a city trip to Hamburg; Approx. 300m to the next subway. Hotel was recently renovated, the rooms are modern and nicely decorated. Bathroom a little small, for a city trip but quite adequate. In the hotel lobby there was a free candybar — a very nice touch from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Unfortunately but with over €20 something expensive.

Central location is great. Room is very small but everything you need. Unfortunately, it was not previously reported that a deposit of €50 or credit card is to be deposited. Furthermore it looks bad with parking spaces (parking garage 15 €/night). For an overnight stay OK, but again it is unfortunately nothing for us.

Good hotel, very close to the Metro. Breakfast expensive, no alternatives although sites nearby for breakfast.

Rooms are okay and in the back somewhat bigger, especially the bathroom is of a more decent size here. Wireless is working but performance could be better. Breakfast is good with sufficient choice. Parking can be difficult during busy days because off the limited size and no reservation option.

Been there twice. Location is fantastic for business and eating out in the evening. Breakfast is good. Service very friendly. I am not a fan of the NH shower head and I do not like the bedsheets of nh — together with the bad AC you are likely to sweat. Each room in this hotel has a different layout, which is weird and the rooms need some renovating. Because of the sum of negatives and the high price of the rooms I can only give 4 stars. NH Altona was a better experience I have to say.

Hotel not too central but at very advantageous prices, convenient metro stop, free Wi-Fi. Good intercontinental breakfast but probably a little too expensive.

Great location near many options for transportation. The multilingual staff couldn't be more friendly. They were great. Nice option to do grocery shopping or to dine out. BUT there's no air conditioning. During the summer, rooms are too hot. I couldn't open the window more than 5cm because of the type of window. Disaster. Also, carpet was dirty.

We have two lovely receptionists indicating us and see the city using the metro, very sympathetic.
The hotel is located in a very quiet and very comfortable.

Toiletten waren bis 22 Uhr nicht benutzbar. Badezimmer unglaublich klein und dreckig. Versiffter Duschvorhang, verschimmelter Badezimmerboden. Dreckiger Teppichboden im unglaublich kleinen Zimmer. So klein dass die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Nachttisch stand. Fernseher nicht angeschlossen. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Rezeption interessiert es nicht. WLan funktioniert nicht! Frühstücksraum dreckig, Personal kommt nicht hinterher und wenn man freundlich darum bittet, einen Tisch sauber zu machen, fühlen sie sich persönlich angegriffen und werden patzig. War beruflich in Hamburg und werde NIE WIEDER hier absteigen.

We had booked us a suite. Bathroom unfortunately not very clean was damaged, several things. The living room was just very well equipped. A 32-inch television at a distance of approx. 6m is very small. Especially at the price range. DS is expected at least a 50 inch TV. In addition, the Chair, the sofa and the living room table were very small. Breakfast in the room thus nearly impossible. In addition, various lamps were faulty. Nocht gabs unfortunately find a fridge. And the bathroom was rather like luxurious standard. Before a suite, and especially at that price range you expect much more. So unfortunately not to recommend.

Absolutely not my taste. The room is too small for the money in my opinion, it smells musty room tiny bathroom.
But the staff is nice.
I will book this hotel not twice…

Very good location from the Hotel. 3 minutes walk to the U Bahn. Service and staff was very nice and good. The room is in order. Could be a little cleaner. Have some hair in the bathroom. Price could be better for this Hotel. Breakfast very expensive!

The room was unfortunately already very writing. The bathroom was an impertinence: very small, lighting to the dentist — far too garish, worn, and z. T. Dirty. The staff was friendly, the Breakfast extensive. 4 stars, however, are highly questionable.

Room is small, noisy, dirty, Bad Entwicklungslandstandard, no bins, broken shower, a lack of joint sealing, cracked sink. Climate defective. Reception beschwerderesistent, Parking for sports car or Suv is not suitable. Attention rooms with single beds there is not here, although this is promised in the booking confirmation.

Very disappointed from this NH hotel. I always had good experiences with NH, but this one is very low quality. When I first checked-in, I've been given a very small oldish room although with my membership I should have got an upgrade. Got a second bigger room, but the bathroom fan was broken and as noisy as an airplane engine. Got a good third one, but smells of cigarette. Will keep the last one and give 2 stars for the kindness of the personnel, but won't come back here. Definitively this hotel needs a refresh.

The Basic rooms are for a 4 star Hotel much too small! The bathroom had a maximum of 2 square, and I could from any point of the opposite walls touch, the door had a Auslaufschwelle, because when showering the whole bathroom under water set would have. In the room you could because of the 2m wide bed, not even a suitcase on the ground, spread out, since the room is totally furniture fully made and was generally not so great was. For this room I would have a maximum of 2 stars, BUT in a polite demand was us without additional charge to a larger room in the new building of the house in the direction of the backyard is aligned, assigned. The room had a "normal" Hotelzimmergröße and even a bathroom with a bathtub. Generally, they were both rooms clean and the beds comfortable. The Breakfast buffet was really great! Great selection and all very tasty.

This is an excellent hotel. Everyone one was so helpful and nice. They all spoke English very well. After working all night on a film shoot I was able to get a beer in the middle of the night. I was able to print documents from my room. They have a great breakfast buffet which is a little pricey unless you think of it as part of the room cost. When I'm in hotels that are twice as expensive the breakfast sometimes is free. So the combined total was still cheap. My room was clean and nice, free Basic internet. All in All I highly recommend it.

Everything for the price is quite small. Tv, guest room, wet room. No restaurant and no ashtray in Smoking room. Breakfast costs extra 19 € p. P. In relation to the price, unfortunately, only two stars. (There were 2 people a night).

The single room in the 4th floor at the back of the building was adequately equipped, quiet, clean and at €65 / night, decently priced. 5 Minute walk to the next underground (U) and 10 to the next S-Bahn, which take you to the center in 8 Minutes. Breakfast is at €18, so instead I recommend visiting Café Estrella around the corner, where you will get a good breakfast for under €10. There are free 24h vouchers for Wi-Fi available at reception, you will need one per device. Check-in and out was a breeze. All in all, a pleasant experience and I'd come back here again.

Positive is the location and proximity to the trendy district. The rooms on the front was clean but no air conditioning, so in summer, about 30°C were in the room where quiet sleep was not thinking. Window is not a good idea because the 4-Lane Schäferkampsallee directly through the room moves. The bathroom was with 1.5 sqm tiny and use for two people at the same time is impossible. W-Lan only in the Lobby for 30 minutes free of charge otherwise exorbitant prices. 9€ for Parking. 16€ for the Breakfast buffet I've saved since there is plenty of nice Cafes in the area. In my next Hamburgtrip I'm not in nh norge check-in.
