Nice infrastructure. Quality service. Cooperative staff. Awesome cleanliness.

Clean and modern hotel. The rooms are very well air-conditioned. The location is okay for a Hamburg trip — right outside the door the bus goes and you can get to the city with the public in under half an hour. Value for money very good!

Comfortable, clean, modern, convenient to public means of transport.

Easy Booking and fast check-in. The Receptionist was really nice and the Room was comfy.

Good value for money. Good access to the Volksparkarena and the city. Always happy to return.

Good hotel

Unlike other B&B hotels, the beds here have harder, more comfortable mattresses.

This immediately has a positive effect on sleep.
However, it is now the case that a 2nd person has to pay a surcharge.

The air conditioning was defective, was also not repaired despite several attempts at the reception.

The cleanliness was unfortunately not as usual. This should be better controlled.
Plus point for the Wi-Fi, this is very fast, unfortunately it often just breaks off like this.

All in all but recommended hotel.

Cheap and simple hotel This hotel is suitable for those who only want to sleep in the hotel and explore Hamburg the rest of the day. In the evening, Altona, with its many bars and small restaurants, invites a young, modern audience.
The rooms and bathroom were large enough. The shower, as well as the toilet, were clean and completely enough. The beds were comfortable and clean.
Negative only the window would be worth mentioning. There is only one curtain that only completely obscures the room, too dark on the day, the three small lamps are not enough.

Great hotel with good connections to the city and the port. Next to the house was a construction site and we thought maybe it could get loud as a result, but we didn't hear mucks. As long as you have the window, you can hardly hear the cars on the streets either (but our room was also on the 6th floor). Breakfast was top and the staff super nice. Rooms are clean and it has always been nicely cleaned up. There are even air conditioners in the rooms. A hair dryer is available for 10 euros deposit. The hotel has its own multi-storey car park. We didn't use this one because I was lucky to get one outside. But the parking options around the hotel are rather difficult, so the offer is really great.

There is a vending machine with coffee and a vending machine with drinks. But they were allowed to take coffee in the breakfast vending machine. Thanks a lot!

As we are accustomed by the hotels of the chain are clean, small and comparatively cheap rooms. Reception is available 24 hours a hour and friendly.
Room to the main street, but with good sound insulation, so very little can be heard from the traffic noise of Hamburg.
Parking garage (5 €/night) around the corner, within 2 minutes walking distance.
Even without a car you have a good connection here. City centre Ottensen in 10 minutes walking distance, bus stop in front of the hotel, Altona train station 15 minutes on foot. To St. Pauli or the hill quarter a good 30 minutes on foot and to the inner Alster or to the hafencity and storage city a good hour.

See nice rooms. There is also a closet and a lot of things. Beds are very cozy and everything else is also very good except when you first arrive well ventilate but then you go.

The room and bathroom are relatively small. The room is not suitable for a longer stay. All new and modern furnishings. Clean accommodation. To the stresemannstr. It's very noisy. Therefore, the window must remain closed. To compensate, there is air conditioning.
The barrier-free room on the ground floor is slightly under the citizen height, so the window can only be opened for a short time due to the noise of the street. The beds stand apart and are only 80 inches wide. For handicapped people a little too narrow. The bathroom lacks a light over the mirror.

At the moment there is a construction site on the back of the building. Unfortunately, no one could tell me how long this still exists. At seven o'clock in time, construction noise is awakened. Pity, so far was always well satisfied.

Inexpensive, convenient and located just outside the centre. If you want to pay attention to the budget, you're right here. Everything clean and tidy. What annoys me is that you always get the hair dryer against deposit at the reception. The parking lot was also a whole bit further away. Breakfast is in my view not an attraction. If you are looking for a special breakfast, then better without booking and where else breakfast is served.

Clean practically furnished rooms. I am very often there because it is relatively inexpensive for Hamburg and I do not have far to my work. However, it is also quite noisy my tip is therefore to have a room to give back out.

So far the best budget hotel with accessible proximity to the city centre. Super service, staff makes you feel like family. Maybe the staff of this hotel are Liverpool fans. You never walk alone!

The bathroom has a smell to it due to pipes not having a proper curve in them — the sewage gas seeps into the bathroom. This is common in many of the B and B hotels — I stayed in room 604 in HH. The bathroom sink is actually clogged and the water will not drain after a short time of usage. I am a B and B club card holder because I stay in many B and B's through out Germany. What I do often is take a wet towel and put it over the shower drain. And in the case of my room in Hamburg, since I stayed 2 days, I made sure the sink drain was closed. This seems to stop the smell. I read through many of the comments with this hotel only and noticed two other people commenting about the smell in the bathroom. I think the hotel should only get one star rating, not two (they have a sign in the lobby with the two stars. The only other thing I do not like about the hotel is they do not offer a normal chair for the rooms, but rather you get like one or two yoga chairs (it’s like a large log with no backing to it. I am actually into meditation and Yoga, however, I am here on business. I have computer work to do at night. After working throughout the day, the last thing a businessman wants is a yoga chair that has no backing. I often use my bed to sit on and keep the computer in my lap. Etap hotel's rooms are not quite as nice and they do not offer as good of a club card discount. If they did, I would switch, mainly because of getting a normal chair to sit in.

Very central location, short distances to train. Room on the street very quiet, mattresses very hard and uncomfortable, bathroom had a normal size. Room very clean, very nice staff.
But the breakfast is an imposition! Hardly any choice, you have to wait up to 15 minutes to get what. Also long waiting times at the coffee machine. In addition, you think that you are at the station, so noisy in the dining room, you should eat in peace. We will not book breakfast next time.

Lakecrest Estate is a hidden gem on the shores of Lake Erie. Tracy goes above and beyond for all her guests. I was there as part of a wedding party, we got the bride ready in one of the rooms and Tracy pulled all the stops to make sure the day was flawless! The rooms are amazing, great size, mine had a full bathroom ensuite with a beautiful lake view. Breakfast was great — french toast, yogurt with fresh fruit, breakfast meat and lots more. The decor is beautiful and perfect for the bridal pictures. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Will definitely be returning!

Very clean room, nice breakfast and overall very accommodating.

Service is very good! Beds are comfortable and everything is very clean! The location is very good you can go to new flora on less than 30min! Bus stop right in front of the hotel!

The hotel is consistent from the price / performance ratio. The room and the overall impression of the hotel were very well maintained and tip top clean. The staff is friendly, very nice. Also the breakfast was very good. The room was also clean and the breakfast serving force cleaned the tables immediately again. The location of the hotel is very good and Central.

A really pleasant stay in this home without any huge events in a positive or a negative sense. Apart from the fact that it has been in the whole room, only 2 power outlets to be very complicated and, unfortunately, not even a place on the bed, the shower light had mold was silicone… Yes it is an indoor bathroom but this may not be so, and the improvement would be worthy of it.

I would have expected such a perfect room for so little money. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was okay, was adequate for the price. The "counter" maybe a little small. Higher attendance there was congestion quickly. I am all in all very pleased with the hotel.

We have booked the family room and were excited about how big the room is. In addition to the two single beds for the parents you could also just put together, there was a bunk bed for the children, which was conveniently located behind a partition, so we had some privacy. The bathroom was large enough and everything was very clean. In addition, there was a table where we all found space and a television.
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next visit.

I stayed in Room 314 on the side of the road and it was quite noisy. You can switch off while the air conditioning but the street noise passes through the module above the window clearly in the room. Also lacked the limiter on the mixer, the hanger was loose and the shower had mildew stains. Wi-Fi was so reasonably. Otherwise it was ok. That the neighbor is loud snoring that nobody can what.
I can only recommend the hotel if you have room on the other side (rear).

Good simple and affordable hotel for a Hamburg kurztrip.
Only "parking" should better be secured for example by a barrier, because no parking in the evening was more free, because there so many companies have parked Bullis. Shame really otherwise really a good hotel.

Kontra: Größe des TV viel zu klein, zusätzlich schlechtes Bild und defekte Fernbedienung auf der Rückseite. Badezimmer nicht richtig sauber. Ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch über mehrere Tage im Bad. Lautstärke im Zimmer trotz geschlossener Fenster zu hoch (sowohl Lärm von der Straße als auch sämtliche Geräusche vom Flur und den Nachbarzimmern). Bequemlichkeit des Bettes grenzwertig. Nur zwei Steckdosen im Raum. Eine Steckdose im Bereich des Bettes erachte ich als absolut notwendig. Frühstück am Neujahrstag nur bis 10:30. Allgemeine Belüftung des Zimmers trotz Klimaanlage nicht gut. Pro: Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Gute Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV. Größe der Bettdecke und zusätzlich wurde ein Wolldecke zur Verfügung gestellt. Betten wurden gemacht obwohl nicht danach verlangt wurde. Zusätzlich wurde der Mülleimer nach der ersten Nacht geleert.

Please don't allow housekeeping to knock on every single door before 11 a. M. At weekends.

Conveniently located for a one night stop and go.

Ok ish. First room was filled with dog / cat (goat? ) Hair. The second was clean but dusty in the not so often used corners. But the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. No breakfast included which is a shame since there are a lot of hotels in the same price category that have it.

Staff: Absurdly in a good way. Help at me in the afternoon out helped me carry my ridiculous amount of luggage upstairs to my room.

Wi-fi connection is poor and slow. No proper location of electric sockets. One at the table. (okeh). Next right at the entrance at lowest possible level. (hardly of any use). Third one is in the basin.
