Nice little hotel right behind the tourist office. My room is right at the back of the restaurant. Once got check-in, I could go to the city by passing through the stair at the restaurant.
Clean, very comfi bed with air-con! paradise to survive for the summer heat!
Breakfast has a lot of selection. Super nice staff. Would for sure go there again.

Stayed for 2 nights in an apartment for 2 people. We also took breakfast. The room was like a studio apartment but spacious. It was clean, huge bathroom as well with a tub. If you want to cook you can but there were no utensils only cutlery and plates were provided.
The breakfast was alright not amazing, it was standard German breakfast with assortment of bread, scrambled eggs, few fruits, cheese and cold meat. The service was friendly and informative. They spoke English.
The location of hotel is close to marktplatz but far from HBF. There is a bus stop and buses 201, 204 go to hbf.
We had a pleasant stay. Also, you can get the brockenbahn ticket at reception.
