Wonderful large room, friendly service, lovely old hotel.

Loved my 4 night stay here. Hotels restaraunt was very good. Included breakfast was also very good! Room was very clean also.

Stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting the Harz Mountains. Rooms lovely and clean and warm. Bathroom good size with a lovely hot shower.

This is a beautiful hotel in a prime location for exploring Wernigerode. We had a gorgeous view of the castle from our room on the top floor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

One of those pleasant occasions when the hotel exceeded expectations. The room was homely, clean and functional, albeit small. Very good breakfast - diverse and plentiful.

Great sauna and nice staff. The apartments are comfortable and spacious but some of the furniture is a bit shabby which feels strange.

This is a nice small hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a typical small hotel breakfast. Good thing is that you can use your invoice as a ticket in Wernigerode buses.

I was able to gain a very great experience here. From the boss to the employee, I was warmly looked after and the feedback is brilliant.

Can actually only recommend everything! Fair prices for the overnight stay, very good food with a large selection with children's buffet, friendly staff no matter where, gym, playroom for children.

We stay overnight and loved the room. Was corner room, big, clean and bright. However it was terrible cold when we arrived and even after few hours.

This hotel was clean and quiet and also provided good breakfast. We mostly appreciated them taking extra time to fulfill our dietary requirements.

We had an extremely good stay at Hotel Zur Tanne.
The location is great, right in the heart of the ancient town.

Man can eat well, good bourgeois cuisine, tastes very good.

The location is simply put perfect. The main street of the city right through a doorway and a cozy quiet courtyard with parking below the rooms.

We stayed in this super nice and cozy hotel on the top floor in the tower room for 2 nights. The view and everything else was great. The hotel values ​​sustainability.

A nice hotel in a very nice old city. Directly located in the middle of the old city. Parking was easy on the location. The hotel has an old part and a newer part, and we had a room in the newer part.

One of my highlights of my trip to Wernigerode, very pleasant service and an amazing breakfast. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the station, uphill, so just a warning if you have lots of luggage.

Charming property, very spacious top floor apartment that was well equipped. A short walk from the DB station and the steam trains and a short walk from the town centre. A pleasant and quiet stay.

Nice little hotel right behind the tourist office. My room is right at the back of the restaurant. Once got check-in, I could go to the city by passing through the stair at the restaurant.

Great apartment right in the center of the city. You can walk to the market square with town hall in 2 minutes. Very clean and well equipped. You have everything you need.

We had the attic apartment, which was perfectly adequate for our purposes, but we really only needed the bathroom and the beds. I can't say anything about the kitchen.
