Delicious Buffet Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice Bar for nightcap. Centrally located with Tram and Bus from the railway station. Large Underground Garage. Rooms are spacious and equipped with shower-tub. For Spa Pool and Sauna, and fitness equipment is available.

Very tasty food and super great beds, got some great sleep and the staff is very friendly.

Lovely in general but our room wasn’t cleaned once during our 4 night stay. Upon checking out we were told that this was due to a computer error. No apology and no financial reimbursement which was a rather unfortunate end to our trip. Would not recommend, not solution focused and no customer service when you actually need it… shame.

Hotel in a very good location with short distances to the sights of the city.
Very friendly staff, both in reception and service.
Rooms are not appealing, also unfortunately not clean, poorly sucked out and dusty.
Breakfast is sufficient, but for a 4*S hotel a little too much for mass.
The entrance to the underground car park is very narrow, the parking costs 20€ per day and is overpriced!
Otherwise satisfied with the stay!

Perfect for visiting Potsdam.
Equidistant from all the main places of interest. Bus stop 695 at 20 meters and with this bus you touch all the places of interest without using the car.
Modern and functional hotel with large common spaces, clean, very illuminated, large and bright rooms.
Courteous service, restaurant and bar with very good food.
Breakfast is plentiful and varied.
Garage accessible directly by elevator.

The hotel is located at a comfortable distance from the centre of Potsdam. The hotel itself is really clean and professional. When we arrived, they had made a mistake with the booking and despite the fact that the hotel was "fully booked", we got a room anyway (however, somewhat reluctantly). The room was beautiful and well-cleaned. Dinner and breakfast were well-arranged. Dinner had somewhat limited choices, with not much variation for vegetatians. With breakfast however, there were plenty of choices. All in all, pretty ok experience.

Hello, Short business used for one night. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Prices in the evening bar manageable. Breakfast is very varied and sufficient in places. Room was unfortunately not accordingly clean for a 4 star hotel, hair in the bathtub, toilet impure, stain on the duvet as well as water stain on the glass table. This was quickly and decently fixed, I would only have liked compensation, because this is actually normal in the league. Recommended in the whole.

If you "nag" would then happen at a relatively high level. Yes the rooms are a bit old and could be somewhat "pimped", but they are functional, clean and in order. The staff is great, friendly and accommodating. Yes, the partly very long ways to the rooms are a little annoying. Nevertheless, the Hotel is recommended.

Actually quite okay. A Breakfast for €20per Person is definitely too much. Parking Is rewarded princely with a further €20, 000 per Day. And no Chance to dodge the Environment. Makes €40 a Day extra. This is something to remember before booking.

Friendly staff, very spacious rooms with super mattresses! You can see from the hotel that it's a bit out of the years. In the corridors, the carpet is sometimes very dirty. The underground car park has very large parking spaces, but at €20 per day it is also quite expensive! When reclaiming the constantly dirty soil and even finding shards of glass, all it said was: This can happen! No excuse nothing. We are talking about a 4 star hotel, the room at least €19am per night, without breakfast, without underground parking! That's what they have to work on! Beverage prices overpriced!

A nice and clean Hotel near to the City of Potsdam. The Hotel Crew is very nice and they help you if you got any problems. The hotel has a really nice breakfast. The hotel provides a small bar, a restaurant and a spa area.

Upon arrival, the staff in the registration had no desire at all to work. Too bad actually. There was hardly anything going on. Just being nice is not enough either.

Many attractions are within walking distance. Location top. Breakfast can be found both in the hotel (but quite expensive) or in the city centre, which is 10 minutes away. In the evening, the hotel bar invites you to enjoy cocktails — who is after other cool drinks: The city centre offers a lot of possibilities again after a short walk. Parking is available for a fee in the hotel's underground car park. The rooms are very well equipped and cozy.

The hotel is quietly located, contemporary equipped and very spacious. The wellness offer and the breakfast leave almost nothing to be desired. Bicycles can be rented directly at the hotel for a fee. The connection to public transport is very optimal. The pedestrian area is the town center is reachable by a small walk.

Rooms were clean and good. Breakfast could be a bit richer. The staff was friendly. The buffet in the evening was not so good. There's a Fahradverleih.

Nice hotel in a good location with comfortable and large rooms.
The parking garage was a bit hard to find, being right behind the fire station driveway. Prices for the parking garage are salted, as others have noticed.
The reception area is huge and the staff very friendly and attentive.
The rooms are spread all over the hotel. Unfortunately, mine was in a side wing, so I had to run a total of 10 minutes. The rooms themselves are spacious and cosy and leave little to be desired. However, due to the size and lack of images, they seem a bit empty.
There is Wi-Fi in the whole house, which should be standard by now.
For breakfast I can not say anything, as I have not taken advantage of this.
The lounge area is very nice and cozy. There is a good selection of wines and spirits.
All in all a recommendable hotel in a nice location.

Was private with wife and child on the weekend here. Basically, everything was fine. Have been working very numerous in hotels of this and higher class, which surprised me, was breakfast for 20. — € per day and person (small daughter (10) would have been free).
And what surprised me above all is that once parking costs per night (without warning! ) 20. — €. Respect, I know this differently and I was a bit stunned when I paid. This only for info, to save you from surprises (even if that. Otherwise everything was OK as I said.

I often in hotels and not a Dorint fan.
This hotel made me very pleasantly surprised.
The rooms were good and nicely furnished, the bathrooms well equipped.
The breakfast had many fruits, fresh yogurt, a good selection of cheese and bread.
The staff at the reception, in the restaurant and also the cleaning staff were friendly.
2 small flaws — a defective coat hanger would not be replaced despite notice — the bar closed at 01:00 despite good operation. (Well, was better that way)

Good clean hotel. Plenty of the staff speak english. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options, including a full english, if continental is not what you are after. SPA and pool were very quiet in the morning. The Bar gets busy after 6PM, but serves some good local beers.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the price for the underground parking is very expensive, therefore only four stars!
We like to come back a third time!

I found the hotel to be good. The rooms were well maintained. The defect immediately eliminated. Unfortunately, the smaller Restarant was only open on weekends. There is a nice spa area with three saunas, a steam room, a Außenberich and a pool with bubble beds. The sports equipment is sufficient. A point deduction because a week long the locker room has stunk. You had to keep the door open with a chair to be able to stay in there. I assume that this will be eliminated.

Food is delicious. It is not enough, however, and if one responds to the operation of it, this is simply ignored.

The hotel is ok and not value for money. The hotel is cold everywhere even rooms. Bed is not very comfortable. Food is also not great. If you choose to go to bar, expect a significant delay to receive the service. The gym is extremely small. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it's an emergency.

I was there during a conference which was very good organized! The hotel has an expensive underground car park, alternatively you can try to find a parking place in the nearby residential area. The hotel itself is large, clean and modern in style.

We had a nice and large room to the backyard. The wellness centre is beautiful. To the city there is a 2 km walk.

It's very nice. Unfortunately there is no possibility to charge your car electrically. I needed a normal outlet is not possible, one should have in this day and age. Please think about it.

Nice Conference hotel. Very good room and the location is great for morning runs. However, the WLAN concept needs to be improved urgently. It's hard to find the right connection.

Room was modern and tidy, swimming pool nice, breakfast was top, great selection and everything fresh. Staff friendly and helpful. Also the bar was chic and had plenty of choice. The hotel had a great location and still pleasantly quiet.

Nice and spacious rooms. Located a bit outside, but you could walk to downtown Potsdam.

Our first room was just in the bathroom, pretty down. Lived. Black silicone. Joints. Bathtub worn out. Toilet not clean. Under M Wash. Table not clean, tiles not clean. Get new better room after complaint. That was okay. Pool and sauna good. Parking 19 euro a cheek. Breakfast 3 stars maximum. On the whole, a maximum of 3 star hotels in the middle class. 4 stars in no case.

Nice quiet location in Potsdam. Rooms are well furnished, unfortunately only bathtub and no shower. Breakfast good, everything available which the heart desires. Friendly staff, very helpful.

Well equipped with pool, sauna and bar. Staff friendly and competent. Parking is only available in the underground garage. Relatively expensive with €19 per day. With good occupancy of the hotel, it gets very cramped with the places at breakfast. The first time people in a 4 star hotel have seen breakfast. Some of the rooms on the 3 floor do not have windows open. Supposedly for fire protection reasons?!?!

Absolutely satisfied! Spacious rooms with decent comfort. All the staff with whom we came in contact were very friendly and very accommodating! The Breakfast buffet has something for every taste to choose from. Great Stay. (The Only thing I would complain personally to the — to the General Trend of matching milk glass doors to the bathroom/toilet. I don't understand how an interior designer/came decision makers ever got the idea that it is particularly to equip hipp toilets with such translucent doors! But I'm neither the operator, nor employees are responsible! )

Food was mediocre at best. Service unfriendly. Rooms not always cleaned up and some of the furniture was broken.

The first impression of this hotel was very nice, the second one came out very disappointing. On our 3 course menu we would have to wait for hours, although it was already booked one evening before, I find it very sad for a four star hotel, unfortunately I can recommend it to anyone, let the fingers of this arrangement.

The bathroom was not completely prepared, empty box without toiletries and empty cosmetics. The bedroom was OK. Breakfast room Very large, masses of people, so the buffet is barely accessible. No pleasant atmosphere. Service staff in the bar was friendly, price — performance ratio is not right. The hotel has been in the years and has been somewhat refurbished/refreshed.

Beautiful hotel with large, bright, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff (though I am sure they got tired of my broken German and me asking to speak in English, they never once showed it! ). Nice amenities (pool, spa, workout facilities, sauna, restaurant, bar) and only a few blocks from restaurants, bars, shopping, and local attractions. Will decinitely stay here on return trips!

I had four nights at the Dorint Sansoucci Hotel from 20-23 February 2017. The city of Postdam is comparatively beautiful than the other cities in Germany I must say. Very peaceful and also not too far from the city of Berlin. Advantages: Hotel is very comfortable, Staff was very friendly, Central location you can technically walk everywhere. Very good breakfast I regret not having breakfast on a couple of days.
Disadvantages: Not extremely clean rooms and can be difficult for the staff for a checkout.

Short walk into the city proper. Building blocks cell reception well. Rooms were old but sufficient.

Good conference hotel. Very good buffet. Waiters are slightly under 4 star. Spa area mixed experience with ridiculous gym conditions. Weight room is a tiny cell, cardio room is subtropical without ventilation. Large sauna area. Large pool with off geometry and huge center column to hit your head. Lockers need coin, no one cares to tell just like about Wi-Fi info. Water, towels, bathrobes available. Very good tram connection from central station. Bathtub.

Great everything in just a few minutes walking distance location, City Centre, Park Sanssousi and Holy Lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed there several times and have been always satisfied. Good price performance.

Super hotel, very friendly staff, the food was buffet style and À la carte very very tasty. The spa area was clean, there was free water. The massages at the spa were very pleasant. In total a perfect weekend in Potsdam.

Of course, the Wi-Fi is chargeable. Why should it be free?
A restaurant was promised: taken from inside the room Loveless copied paper. Niente! gibbet buffet from 18:00. Buffet is a NoGo. But good wines (Sancere, Robert Weil & Chablis). Well: who has good wines, has also good food (= incorrectly thought! ). Well, without me! Better you to Burger Queen!
