Quite great hotel near to the Berlin Wall Memorial and close to the center. The rooms are big, but futniture a bit worn out, but felt clean. The breakfast is not rich at all, but the stuff is very kind. In summer it is great to have breakfast in their beautiful, green garden and courtyard. Parking option for 19€ /night.
The worst hotel I have ever dealt with. I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels in over 30 countries, and this is THE WORST! Greedy management and completely unfair business practices, in partnership with the booking agency. This hotel will take advantage of any opportunity, even a mistake by the booking agency, to separate you from your money. Horrible!

Unsafe, Theft, and Blatant Racism! Asian Women, DO NOT STAY HERE.
This was the WORST hotel experience ever. The hotel is highly unsafe and dangerous, especially for women. Cleaning staff (male) repeatedly opened our door using a master key while we were inside (once when my mother was changing), as the interior latch was broken.
My belongings were stolen from the room after a cleaner disregarded the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign. (Also I told him directly not to clean today)
When reporting the theft, the female staff member (M) was extremely rude and racist. She yelled "SHUT UP" at me when I insisted it was an emergency, yet laughed when she was listening to the cleaner right in front of me instead of apologizing. She refused to call the police, claiming they would take too long, but they arrived quickly (contrary to her lie).
ZERO accountability and blatant discrimination. They completely ruined my trip to Germany. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
