Everything was perfect. Beautiful environment, spotless, quiet: at night no noise, rich breakfast buffet, sauna and gym included in the price. I will definitely be back.

Breakfasts were excellent, and rooms are neat and clean. But you should avoid those facing the major road, it's kinda loud at night.

Concept hotel, mostly with very young personnel, reasonable position, near the 100 bus stop. There was no shampoo and no body soap in our room, we asked the receptionist, after 3 hours nothing happened and we called the "9" telling them we already asked 3 hours before, nothing happened again and after 30 minutes we called back number "9" telling them we were starting to be upset, the girl on the other end of the telephone told us that it was not her problem but a housekeeping problem and we could get upset us we want. After 5 minutes one person came delivering the soap, however the delay in the intervention was excessive and the answer of the lady was simply unkind and unacceptable. We do not recommend a place unable to handle with a higher level of customer care a simple and legitimate request.

Unfortunately, room service is not good, rooms are not cleaned well, no coffee machine in the room and the minibar is not stocked. In addition, the ventilation in the bathroom did not work, we complained several times but nothing happened. The parking is overpriced and not monitored for the money. Breakfast can be saved here, standard the cheapest of the cheapest. You have to clear everything yourself like in a canteen, the only thing missing is to wipe the table. Poor customer service at check-in and out, because staff is also saved here. Only the location was convincing.

An absolute recommendation!
We were on site for a week with meetings and I am thrilled. Although the hotel is currently under reconstruction and you have a little longer walking distances but that does not matter.
The rooms are beautifully furnished and have comfortable and large box spring beds.
The food personally inspired me sensationally. The breakfast was varied in buffet form and for lunch we had different bowls that I liked best. On the day of departure we had ordered packed lunches and I'm thrilled… Wraps, fruit, a muffin, granola bars and drinks. The entire food was super fresh and from me a clear: TOP!
All employees were without exception friendly and absolutely accommodating.
Even if it is partly still under reconstruction I can absolutely recommend it.

Great hotel which is currently being completely renovated in parts. The rooms are very nicely decorated and equipped. The new breakfast room is very nice and attractively designed. Good hotel with consistently good service and very nice staff, gladly 😊 again.

Have just returned from a short trip from Berlin. Stayed at the Hotel Berlin Berlin for four days. Enjoyed being pampered. A great hotel. Everything was just right. Beautiful, tastefully decorated rooms and everything very clean. Staff very, very friendly and a delightful breakfast buffet. Transport connections also optimal.

Well-kept modern hotel in the middle of Berlin. Very easy to reach by public transport. Spacious, beautiful and lovingly furnished rooms in an urban Berlin style. Very good technical equipment with large TV, cinebar and coffee machine. Super comfortable box spring bed. Delicious selection at the breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff! We felt very comfortable!

Pros: Location, room optics.
Cons: Breakfast quality, cleanliness, outdoor look, room volume, room warmth, courteous staff misreporting, absolutely brazen communication from the counter staff, room equipment deficient.

Definitely NO. If a hotel is open during this time, you can expect cleanliness and a special service. I come to a dirty room after my stay. The service wasn't even there! Null.
Breakfast in the restaurant there is not, that is absolutely understandable. But everyone is allowed to shop, certainly also the hotel. Breakfast zero. Zero Info.
there is a cardboard box with a sugared muesli bar, a banana, 1 pear, 1 water, 1 juice. Ok, could have taken a welded sandwich ala discounter from me. These triangular cardboard parts. Please.
