If I could I would give 0 stars for service. Stayed there twice, both times an issue. Receptionist (Benjamin) was rude and hung up on me. Ridiculous. Double booked the room charge and the second booking charge is still not returned to my account. Definitely never going to stay there ever again.

Very large rooms (even the smallest size), comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower and checkin was easy through the tablets. Also great location and bringing a dog was no problem (no extra amnesties provided with the pet fee).
Only negatives were that there were dirty diapers in the bathroom bin when I checked in (accompanied by the lovely smell) and since there is no staff on site and no one picks up when you call reception (waited 3min) that was now my problem to solve.
Second issue was that is very loud. Torstraße is a generally loud street, but since the trams make a turn here it’s especially noisy and you will never want to open the window.

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the metro and tram stop. The room was clean, well-furnished, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed for just two days, but I believe it would also be convenient for a longer stay (7-10 days), as there’s a kitchen for cooking and even a yoga mat provided.
The self-check-in process was not the most convenient. While checking in was easy, we were mistakenly charged a fine upon checkout. Since there’s no reception, it was difficult to get in touch with someone. However, I want to highlight that the issue was resolved, and the administration was understanding and helpful.
Overall, a good place to stay, and I would recommend it!

The room was very big with a good wife connection. However when I entered it was smelling cigarettes. Same as reception. The lower bed sheet wasn’t there and given you are on the 1st floor on a central cross road you get to hear cars and trams all night quite loudly.

Lovely apartment, self check in/checkout. Rooms are lovely, quiet and well maintained. A short 10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz.

I don’t think it‘s as bad as a one-star rating says.
We live in room 704, and there are also pots that can cook things. The induction cooker has a cabinet on the dishwasher to be opened. We were too careless to notice and called the restaurant. They came to deal with it soon.
In this golden and bustling area, there is no way to avoid some noise.
The room here is very spacious and large.
The check-in method is self-service. The hotel will send an email first to tell you that you want to download a app, and then fill in the check-in information first. When you arrive at the hotel, you just need to take the barcode of your mobile phone to the machine to check in.
I like this place very much.

The hotel is in a great location, next to subway and tram lines, surrounded by several restaurants and in walk-in distance from Alexanderplatz. The auto check-in, be it via app or physical terminal, is easy and quick (and also very modern).
There was some space between the bathtub glass and the wall, so water would escape and do a bit of flooding in the bathroom floors.
Overall, a very positive experience. I'd stay there again.

A perfect place to be for a couple or a family of up to 4. We mostly enjoyed the easy Check-in, the cleanliness, size and equipment of the appartement. Everything was as described in the advert. The location is very good — you can easily walk to the center of Berlin, in 10 minutes you reach the TV-Tower and there are loads of bars, cafés and restaurants around the place.

We went for a city trip to Berlin, what we mostly do in October. This hotel is near by the center and is easy to reach by public transport. Our stay was very comfortable and clean. We used breakfast with those little bakery shops nearby and diner in the center. We can recommend this place for a long weekend, cause all you need is just a step outside.

Very clean, pleasant and nicely decorated room. Some rumbling of street cars, but it wasn't bothersome and otherwise very quiet. The hotel staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful. Would definitely return.

We were so pleased with the stay. The location was incredible and it was a perfectly comfortable flat for two adults and a 1 year old. A crib was provided and our baby LOVED watching the cars and trams go by. But there was no sound when the windows were closed so we had a great sleep in the comfy low profile bed.
We wish we could have stayed longer!

This was excellent choise. There is U station right near the building. Coffee.
Shops, restaurant and supermarket near by. The apparment was well equipted. We made breakfast. There is even a little dishwasher. We took the big appartment for 4 people. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and evening. Very clean. All new.

I stayed with my family during our holiday trip. The check-in & check-out facilities are amazing. Ambience of the apartment was super cool. All in all, I’d recommend this place for a nice & relaxing stay.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The room was perfect for two people. Only down side is from the rooms you could hear doors, people in the corridors, footsteps, toilet flushes in neighbour rooms! The only other issue we had was the temperature. The hotel its self was very warm! The rooms have air on however on max cool the room was still stuffy and warm. Made sleeping hard.

Very modern and lovely made, large and stylish bed, fully equipped kitchen etc.

Loved our stay. We will be back.
