PREMIUM Hostel Hostel

None of the staff attempt to speak any English. Also got up early to leave, try to make myself some breakfast. Someone ate my entire loaf of bread, thanks! Now I'm hungry. Can't wait to be starved on my 12 hour flight.

Worst experience ever. Try to stay away! I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. The hostel is situated in a very dark, lonesome, not very inviting street. At the doorbell it said "Please ring the bell". I did it for 4, 5, 6, 7 times, no one opened the door. So I went to the back entrance and went down a staircase. Passing by overfilled ashtrays and plastic bags full of rubbish. When I entered, still no one in sight. I went to the reception: no one. So I walked from bedroom to bedroom looking for an empty bed. Finally I arrived in a room, where two Russian guys were staying/constantly living, one of them the responsible who told me that I could sleep in that same room. The room smelled, the windows were covered with bomber jackets instead of curtains, no place to put and lock in my my luggage with the back entrance door being open the whole night, the toilets were dirty etc. So I was not very pleased. Furthermore I had to get the bed linen myself from behind the reception counter. No documents to fill out. No welcome. What can I say. I cried myself to sleep that night and left the next morning although I had booked two nights. When I had left, I received a phone call from the hostel owner who was surprised that I had left! He did not even understand what I was complaining about. Conlcusion: Even 5 Euros would be too much for a night in that place. And THERE ARE better and cheaper options in Berlin!

Friendly staff. Great location close to tegel and transit system. Get the single rooms if you can. Water issues but they are working on it.

This place is actually NOT like a typical hostel. Location is quite close to TXL airport, only take 10 mins bus. The room and bed are clean, the type of the equipments are new as well. However, there's no lock at the room so anyone can just go in and out. I guess the whole house isn't lock either. As I check in late, the staff just guide me to come into the house by the basement which the door is unlock. Strongly recommend to call the hostel to confirm your check in time and make sure there's someone who will bring you into the house.

First, I'll start so that you are greeted very friendly and personally in a Hostel, a Premium Hostel, helpful received and is maintained in the languages German, English and Russian. It is in the Form of a detached house, new, modern and of the number of guests and a very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms, Lobby, sanitary facilities (shower, toilet) are very clean and are cleaned. Although I to Berlin came to visit my friends and to party vacation to make, since I was given very competent advice in the area interested in Tourism Affairs by the head personally. The location is very good. Next to it a shopping Mall, dining and grocery stores and the metro station “Kurt-Schumacher-Platz“ by the one is in few minutes in Berlin's city center. All in all, I am with the staff and price very satisfied and come next time gladly again in this Hostel, a Premium Hostel, because it is not mass detention of any Alkitouris filled or verkotzt. ) ) ) )
