We lodged at hotel as a group of over 60 and the experience wasn't so good. Staff was rude, stressed, impatient and very unfriendly. Very unprofessional. The hotel lacks family rooms. No air conditioning system and being august, we were very uncomfortable. We had to sleep with windows open letting in too much light. Housekeeping changed sheets only when we asked them to though the sheets were unclean. There was accumulated dust underneath the beds. We had booked double rooms which were not available upon arrival. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend.

Ibis Hotel Berlin Tegel is below standard as far as my experience there is concerned. The staff is very unfriendly. The housekeepers are unfriendly and complain that guests leave rooms dirty. The sheets are only changed every 3rd day. The bar has a very small capacity. Serving out drinks to a small groups becomes an impossible task. The rooms are heated up by the summer sun. There is no AC in the hotel. The hotel provides tiny fans that make more noise than keep the room fresha. The staff at breakfast buffet were reluctant to give out more food to guests. We constantly ran out drinks. It should be recalled that we booked the hotel as a group of minimum 50 guests. In all I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families and groups. The price is too high for the quality of services delivered.

Loved the service, cleanliness, prices, design. Were there three days unfortunately the extension did not work out to a very large regret because the remaining two days we did not find a normal clean hotel with such prices. All the rivers this hotel and the opportunity to stay in this hotel. Thank you for this hotel home.

Very quiet location, almost no excessive plane noise. Rooms are nice except for the fact that they don't have air-conditioning.

Lovely clean hotel with good sized rooms, comfortable beds and lovely showers. The location is peaceful, the little courtyard outside really nice for an evening drink. Breakfast was very good value and tasted delicious. The real bonus for this budget hotel though is the calibre of the staff — nothing was too much trouble and they were pleasant and approachable at all times. Great hotel for a good price! I would happily stay again.

Hotel Okay, only the name does not fit entirely, as the airport is 20 minutes away (bus) from the hotel.

The rooms are small and functional. For 1-2 nights, this is perfectly OK. The rooms are clean and well maintained. All in all, however, the décor has come a little over the years. The staff, however, was very friendly. We had a nice chat. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Berlin. The only thing you should expect is flight noise. But since the hotel is called "Airport Tegel" This should be clear to everyone. Restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot in a few minutes. By taxi you can get to Tegel airport in about 10-20 minutes. For short stays I can definitely recommend the hotel.

Simple but reliable place for a reasonable price.

Good parking on the street, room tidy but with slight flaws here and there, relatively quiet location. The breakfast was good and adequate. But for €11 I would not order extra.

No hot water in the morning and in the evening. I don't care how crowded the hotel is, in a huge city like Berlin where people usually depend on the service for business, it is not possible to take a shower under the sow.
Never again ibis for me! Thank you!

Every hostel offers more comfort! The hotel is generally very well run down. There is an unpleasant smell on arrival at the reception. Damage to signs and walls in the hallways very noticeable. The temperature in the room cannot be adjusted. The room is too cold and drafty. Cleanliness is capable of expansion. Few, insufficient items for the laundry. Not recommended!

It’s winter, and in room there is no heating, no air conditioning. It’s f cold. Wifi od not working neither.

Reception staff was very friendly and quick. The hotel itself looks modern. Hygiene in the bathroom could be better. It is already uncomfortable when you find anywhere harre in the bathroom no go.

The Hotel rooms are very Clean but not so comfortable, the Area around the Hotel also not so beautiful. But to do a City Trip it is okay.

The staff could barely get German at the info and made problems to check in the beds stank after pee, the volume of cars and nachtsreinigendes staff was in the Nacjt barely durable mold anywhere in the bath/Zoilette.

Quite honestly the worst hotel of my life and that in Germany is a shame, it does not call hotel because each hostel can offer for a third of the price more…
Totally disgusting, repulsive, disgusting, I lack the words had seen something like that only on television but now real in Germany in the state capital itself experienced. Quite bad, horror and fits you will be deducted from your own foreign personnel still financially. In my opinion, the hotel should be closed on the basis of hygiene alone, because of the child labor to get an ad and due to the nightmare of all imaginable records it has ever been deleted about the thing. So whoever is doing this now is to blame themselves, remember my words.

A type D and housekeeping was admitted to the room outside of the departure schedule.

Nice service, the breakfast was very fresh, the selection was great and it tasted good.

Not close to the airport, no frigobar, not many shops around.

Very good value for money. Clean and quiet. Always happy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. 1 time change, and you're there. Very quiet location, everything clean and friendly staff. With Subway fast in the center. Gladly again.

It's clean enough and it is right next to the U8 line which will take you down to the main areas in Alexanderplatz. Local area maybe a little bit too outside of the city zone for some people.

This is a decent hotel at an affordable price. I would stay here again, and probably will.

Good accommodation, but simple. Suíte well for a quick and cheap stay near the airport.

Good hotel at low prices.

You realize that the hotel is a bit older. In the bathroom there is mold here and there. From the bed, I regularly get back pain. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The location is perfect for buissness trips even if there are a few ways to eat in the area in the evening. You reach the next penny in 5 minutes on foot, right next to the Metro station.

I've really wrestled with myself whether I should give 2 or 3 stars. I have decided but for the 3 stars. Personally, I think that the rooms are not really great. The cleanliness was at first glance in order, but unfortunately only at first glance.
Fortunately, there were only a few little things that have bothered me.
Still, I must say the staff was very friendly and helpful, so that justifies the overall but 3 stars.
The hotel was on the whole appropriate for me. And since I had to work to stay it was ok.

Not close to Tegel AirPort (6.5km), do not get fooled by its name. Beyond that, reasonable ibis commodities. Clean and okay.

2-star category, not more and not less. Staff very friendly, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast I think judging from the quality to be a bit expensive. U-Bahn in 5 minutes on foot to reach.

Good Hotel. Friendly Staff. If you don't the Hotel Parking lot (relatively large) wants to use it is a bit hard to find a Parking space in the area to get. 's just Berlin. Breakfast is nice. Nice Selection. Restaurants are several in the immediate vicinity.

Quiet location, clean, free fast Internet. A star less I give, because the Parking in the courtyard are quite expensive. Anyone who is not worried that the car aufgebrocher could be found in the environment are generally free (legal) Parking.

The personnel were unfriendly and arrogant — I would even go as far to say hostile — I left a full day earlier than scheduled at my own exoense due to my terrible experience I would not suggest the Ibis Hotel Berlin Tegel to my worst enemy. This rating is only based upon my personal experience here and is not to reflect the Ibis chain as a whole. I would suggest the Mecure Hotel instead.

The internet is paying, the PC has disposal in the lobby plant every 5 minutes. The breakfast is sad as the hotel staff. A good shot of paint would be appropriate as it is rather faded. To park in the street it is a challenge as for the place (otherwise there is a parking fee). I do not recommend it.
