Hotel Bongard Hotel

Very basic accommodation. Pro: private bath, comfortable bed, large windows Con: Wi-Fi is *NOT* free, water from tap only, tired feeling to facilities, hints of sanitarium to the grounds.

The Good thing: The Rooms are quite ok, the Bed Linen is clean and cozy. And it's also very cheap.
The Bad: The Toilets in the Rooms are far too small and the Food is not sooo good.

Nice staff, bathrooms small large rooms, good cleaning, with a nice garden not very close to the Metro and 13 stops from the center but good price.

Average and no facilities like complimentary water and Wi-Fi.

They are too far from expo and even they not providing any Wi-Fi and other like complimentary water and coffee in room and breakfast is also charged As I understand it is bit costly.

Absolutely loved staying here. It was a nice and cozy place, very friendly staff and breakfast being included is always an extra good thing. The breakfast was nice, I didn't feel like there was something missing. The room was great, we had a room with 4 beds. I enjoy being outside of the city a bit while traveling just so it's calm and you have the chance of finding good little restaurants as well. All in all a wonderful experience. Wi-Fi is not included with the price of the hotel. It's 4, 99€ a day but we didn't mind because we weren't at the hotel much, it was just a place to stay. We definitely loved it and feel we got out money's worth.

It's okay. Looks a bit like a JVA (inside as well as outside), and is located in the middle of the industrial area, but still had a good stay.

Has the charm of a barracks… so I was surprised by the average breakfast in the morning. Had expected worse… but very quiet location so for sleeping top if it is quiet in the hallway…

This is a hostel, the name hotel is wrong. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. The beds are extremely soft which is not for everyone, I myself had big problems with it. For sleeping it is perfectly okay for the money.

Worse hostel. But for school trips and people with little money in order. Just don't expect anything. Lidel breakfast, sometimes lack of hot water.

Quiet hotel made a little to Collegge.
It was very close to the Metro. Good for a few days stay.

Breakfast 4 star was good that was it but even at the radio no one knew what of our booking with a lot of trouble and distress, 2 rooms were found. Clean no was still OK but could be better.

It's 10mins from the Tegel airport but in an isolated place, reception was okay but customer service can be better. Rooms are spacious and have basic amenities. Breakfast was okay and there are a few restaurants nearby as the hotel does not have a restaurant.

The hotel and the rooms have the charm of a Jugengherberge. But it is inexpensive and clean. Breakfast was also included in the price and very rich. The bathroom was very very small. But everything you need. The staff is friendly. The parking spaces are also free for WLAN you would have to pay extra.

Old furniture in the rooms, unclean carpets in the rooms, walls in the room was also dirty, facility around hotel very unattractive, room door's with damages. Food for breakfast was super good and much more as enough. Quiet facility around hotel, big parking (not secure), Wifi for additional 5 Eur / 24h and only for 1 device.

Free parking, good reception, Wi-Fi 5 euro in day (but Wi-Fi cost something money in all Berlin).

Rather cheap and rather comfortable. Nice receptionists.

The hostel is situated a looooong way out from the centre of Berlin, however has an underground station about 7 minutes walk away which will take you most places. I would recommend using the public transport as it is relatively cheap and taxis from this hostel to, say, the airport will cost a lot of money. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who didn't speak any English but we got by and asked her to order us a cab for the next morning which arrived promptly. We had booked a room for 4 and we got 2 bunk beds and 2 singles which was fine. We were supplied with bedding and towels and had an en suite bathroom. It was clean, had a bit of office furniture in it to act as a dressing table, and the lock on the door looked like it had been tampered with. Great if you don't mind the long commutes.

I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Each youth hostel where I was was much better.

Room and bathroom are clean! Breakfast large selection! The staff are friendly. So for a short holiday-sufficient! Top value for money! Time passed by simply just too fast!

Rooms are clean, the bathroom is small but it is. If you what to the like to stay looking the Bongard is in good hands. The breakfast is very abundant and good. The staff friendly, nice and helpful. Parking is also available and free of charge. All in all we were two couples we come back.

Breakfast large selection, tasty coffee. Rooms are perfectly ok, bath and shower. Very friendly staff, super posting. Very accommodating. Subway's feet läufig ca 8 minutes away. Super location.

For the price, really to recommend and the breakfast is very good.

Everything is okay, but no more. It comes with the U8 quickly in the city. The Breakfast is good, the room in a not too good condition. Bad borderline. The staff was very nice. 238 € quadruple room for 3 nights.

We got them, having booked and the lady that he "welcomed" only spoke German. The Hotel is what it is, four whitewashed walls, a bed and a small bathroom. Given the prices I expect better as it is essential and nothing more, there is no Wi-Fi and no optional extra, also breakfast is free of charge (4 €) but at least the one is rich and abundant.

All the best regarding price/performance ratio. Breakfast is perfect, in a quiet position in the Green — only the factotum at the reception, which is disturbing, as incompetent and unfriendly — a Gästevergrauler.
