The staff invaded our room while sleeping at night with a master key. When asking for clarification suddenly they didn't want to speak English anymore. Discusting mentality! Just steer away from this one!

Very calm and quiet place with birds chirping all day. Little over priced. A 0.75 L still water bottle is 6 €. Hotel was 265€ per night from 18th to 20th June 2018. Had a nice fruit dish waiting on arrival. No locker or iron board in the room. I would give it 3.5/5. Room, sheet and washroom were all clean.

First of all, we were just there for the meal. The main dishes were great, but the salad supplement apparently came from the ready bag. A salad bowl was so dirty we gave it back. The exchange worked out smoothly, but not a word of apology. Staff spoke little and were slow. However, it was also quite full at the time of our visit.

Super nice reception, clean simple rooms. Delicious food with monthly specialities. Operation does their best, but is sometimes overwhelmed.

Class hotel with super Sauna/wellness. Very good and inexpensive dinner dishes. Good furnishings and beds. Very friendly staff, personal. A commendation on German middle-level. Gladly again.

+ The rooms are clean, large and you have a great view of the small lake next door + breakfast is fantastic in terms of choice, quality, taste. Especially the homemade wholemeal bread + The restaurant is also recommended for evening, very tasty + very comfortable bed, super shower o The hotel is a little outside. But the subway can be reached in 10-15 walking distance o It is not a very modern hotel. There are keys, no cards, the furnishing is OK, but could in the medium term tolerate a more modern painting conclusion: Overall, everything is very consistent. We like to come back.

Great value for money. Clean although a little dated rooms.

Especially in the warmer season great. Overlooking the Seggelluch Basin, you can sit wonderfully outside in the fresh air. Very good menu. Special offers on selected days.

The hotel is fine but the neighborhood is not.

All in all a very clean hotel, even if I didn't understand why there was a phone on toilet. The building structure is already a bit older and you can see that in some places. But they were renovating during my stay.
At breakfast there was a rich selection and there will be something for everyone. Unfortunately, I cannot give any information about the other offers, because I have not used them. (sauna, lunch, etc. )
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Except for the older security guard who had asked me to belong there, there was nothing that had particularly disturbed me. But he was also polite.
Everything in all can be recommended to the hotel, albeit a little away from the center.

The rooms are OK. Unfortunately, my towels in the bathroom were spotted with blood and brown stains. Breakfast is nothing special. Simple selection.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Food excellent and quiet location with a view of a lake would like.

A surprisingly beautiful location right on the lake. We had a professional training on site, it was all super organized. Also the lunch break with the food then in the restaurant. It was delicious, fresh and homemade. Anyway, it tasted for me afterwards. I would go back again to eat there and enjoy the view of the lake.

A hotel which has been in the years. But we are always very happy to be here. Top maintained clean and all very friendly! Everything is always maintained top-class. Old proves itself!

Well but the hotel personal does not speak French.

The hotel has stayed in the restaurant area with furnishings in the 80s. Good home cooking. Taste OK, it lacks the certain whistle. Before — or dessert can be ordered to the main course (main course can be small). The house is very clean (Spa area, entrance area, toilets and restaurant). Staff is immediately at the table, no long waiting times. Parking spaces available — but dimensioned. At the weekend — in the evening — better order a table. For me, but not a 4 star hotel. Restaurant would have to be overhauled urgently.

Very good and professional, from rooms, restaurant, wellness. It was our second visit. We feel at home and we'll taken care of.

A decent place with very friendly and helpful staff. The wellness area with four saunas really stands out. The rooms are not exactly modern but in good shape and clean. The only downside is that it is — whereas beautifully situated at a small lake — outside the city centre. But the public transport connects downtown Berlin fairly well, so that needn't be an issue.

I stayed here for two nights and after we came back from our second day out we found that housekeeping had not come by. We called the front desk to let them know they got it for us. We soon after realized we also did not have toilet paper so we called the front for that as well. The same man came upstairs and gave us toilet papers and instead of apologizing told us that it was our fault that we did not go downstairs to let them know that we did not have toilet paper. We asked if it was our fault that housekeeping did not do their job and now we are asking for toilet paper and he said yes. I never leave bad reviews for hotels, but for this hotel I really had to. They use old school keys and their bedding felt like ones I have used in motels. It was the cheapest "4-star" hotel in Berlin for a reason. Also, it is far from the city center of Berlin.

Perfect hotel. It's clean and have his own spa. It's 30 min to city centre.

Very nice hotel at very convenient location. Hotel is located about 1km from the Vittenau U-Bahn station but in case it is still to far there is a bus stop just outside hotel and line 122 allows to go directly to U-Bahn station. Location is quiet however more sensitive persons may feel a bit uncomfortable because of the distant noise…

So far everything been fine. Price / performance is good. Friendly staff.

He was there all night. I went on a business trip. It's cool!

We were always very satisfied! Today to reservation demand, unfriendly staff member, she said she was in Stress, table reservation was not possible. But we can be happy.
