Lots of problems faced for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was included in booking but not provided. Bath tub was broken, water everywhere during shower. No coffee early morning. Won't keep food in refrigerator.

Located in a quiet, non-last-generation hotel. The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning and are unfortunately not very soundproof. Spacious room, as well as the bathroom. Good cleanliness, recommended for short stays.

The hotel is great, all very clean and friendly staff. I had a room to the side of the star and sleeping at the open window was not possible. Right down left then to the hotel there is a Mexican restaurant and there it was unfortunately very noisy. I would book the hotel again, but only with one room to the other side.

A nice hotel, unfortunately a little older. We were housed on the 6th floor where the elevator was not enough. You'd have to carry the last floor the suitcases. The apartment was very nice, but there was a lock attached to each door, so it was advisable to carry the room key with you when you went to the bathroom, as it was in the hallway. Otherwise everything was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast very good. We had everything we needed and were very satisfied.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. You can reach the city centre easily. The surrounding area is clean, quiet and quiet around. Also there is a nearby McDonald's;)

The hotel is very clean and just outside of Berlin. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning or refrigerator in the rooms. The staff was very friendly but on two consecutive days we wanted to have a drink in the lobby at about 1am and on the one day, however, the next day we went with a young lady. But for a short stay, the hotel is relatively good.

Old but comfortable for the airport.

Recently stayed at this hotel with a tour group. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a hair dryer, kettle, cups, cups, carefully left vodichka, seagulls, coffee, sugar and even cream for coffee. A trifle, and pleasant. If necessary, you can ask for an iron on the reception and bring it together with an ironing board. The staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty, the waiter who brought the coffee is friendly. To small minuses it is possible to include soft mattresses (though, for someone it is a plus). I hope that my review will be useful to someone:)

Bit to far out. No restaurant for evenings, only a Mexican restaurant next door, or Italian about half a mile away. Staff nice though, and the rooms clean.

Room is ok, bathroom with lime stains on sink otherwise all good. We only slept there (haven't tested the restaurant), unfortunately the beds were way too soft. I'd rather have a laminate floor than the blue carpet. Otherwise recommended.

Hotel located in the vicinity of the airport. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Hotel parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby (within walking distance). Price/performance Okay.

Very nice and close to Berlin schen. Airport. However the room I was shown on the website was different from what I was checked into. The mattress of the bed was too soft and not comfortable. However a very welcoming stay.

For three nights we needed a hotel near the Vivantes clinic. Parking is available in the vicinity with some search. The reception was friendly and the payment ran smoothly. The rooms ' age is quite foreseeable, in our there was an unpleasant smell. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, is sufficient but has still significant potential upward.
The price you pay is roughly the same as the performance, so you generally don't make a big mistake with this hotel.

We had a good weekend staying at this hotel which we could not fault except for the location. Suitable for anyone driving their own car but very messy using public transport as nearest U-Bahn is 15 minutes walk away and the bus that stops very near takes a long time to get into town. It was taking us about 45 minutes to get to Alexander Platz by U-Bahn and walking, same journey by bus was over an hour. Breakfast was good, very helpful staff. We had a room at the back which was very quiet but we heard that the rooms to front are a bit noisy. We would use this hotel again if it were more centrally located.

Very good hotel value for money! Bus stop just outside the hotel leading either to the subway in one without or directly in front of the airport.
Large room very spacious! Bathroom with bathtub and double cva. TV, Wi-Fi, phone, safe in the room.
Staff at the very friendly reception and listening the lady spoke French and was very available.
I recommend this hotel without any worries.

Leonardo hotel was perfecyly placed for a stay in Berlin. (6 miles out of the centre) It was excellent value for money without paying city prices, Public transport bus stop 40 metres away, Easily to get to from Schonfeld Airport with a 20 min bus ride. Local supermarket 500 metres away. Very polite and helpful staff. Rooms big and comfortable. The only down point was the bathroom. With it being the top floor which was originally the attic it lacked a proper shower cubicle. It was more of a standup but with the head ducked due to the roof shape, Excellent bath however big and deep. I thought the breakfast was a little steep at 12 euros per person per day. For a for night stay it was 100 euros extra the room only cost 200 so visit to the local supermarket and spent 3 euros on bread rolls etc. All in all an excellent stay, have already recommended it to a friend who is going in a couple of months time. On a return to Berlin would definitely stay there again.

Spent three weeks with my girlfriend over Christmas and New Year. Reception friendly staff, room for the price perfectly OK, cleaning of the room not always quite to pacify. No room on the main road take very noisy.

Nice hotel with very good service. I would definitely like to have breakfast in this hotel which was delicious and plentiful.
The rooms are relatively large, bright and clean.
The tea station in the room is also nice.
I'm just a little puzzling about why you give a room without a comment to the side of the street, if you have explicitly requested a quiet room. The room was a little dated in style, but not lived. In addition there was no minibar in our room. This altogether leads to a point deduction.

A quiet and cozy hotel. The 413 room is nice and clean, with a bay. A little noisy at the open window. There was no easy parking space nearby.

The quality of the stay at this property has gone beyond expectations. Firstly, the photographic description and the information relating to the services have been accurate and coherent; It is always a pleasure to stay with these premises! The room is very spacious. The toilets are excellent and the room cleanliness neat. Among the facilities in the room I liked the corner of the room served with kettle, with cups and glasses, complete with tea, instant coffee and sugar. The bed is comfortable and of the right size. The staff in the lobby with whom I got to speak is very friendly and helpful. The structure looks good, the management works, with order and cleanliness in prominence.
Among the things that are difficult to improve there is definitely the location. I can not say that it is not well provided by public transport, but it is uncomfortable and unpleasant to reach the metro station more than 1 km. The best solution was to take the nearest bus (a short distance) leading to the Metro after a few stops. A service that I would implement is the restaurant, which at the moment only serves breakfast (in my case excluded from the price and in my opinion excessively expensive). I think any guest would also like a mini-fridge in the room. Finally a little advice for the structure: I would have avoided putting the bottle of natural water in the room for sale. I was unable to use Wi-Fi; Maybe due to the fact that I was staying on the sixth floor.

This hotel is one of the best in Berlin, I enjoyed my stay there and would not hesitate to lodge there again.

Comfortable, comfortable as at home and not expensive!

Room to the parking behind the house quiet and clean — unfortunately equipped with a bathtub — with 83 years of life, this is often a cause of many falls in the bathroom.
For seniors, rooms with a shower room should be specially highlighted and when checking in at the reception, be actively contacted by their staff if the guest is beyond the 70.
The attention with this question certainly comes in well.

Nice hotel, but a little bit aged. Location is quite far from the downtown, but connection is acceptable. Good breakfast and very helpful stuff.

The beds very soft and low. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Improve communication with the customer.

Suitable for our private purposes. Location and amenities i. O. Shower would be nicer than getting bathtub. Room back quieter.

The hotel is nearer to Schoenfeld airport than Berlin centre. Getting there is very easy by bus from Schoenfeld. Although there is no night service so we took a taxi on the return journey at 4.30 am. The bus stop is very near but nearest underground station is about 15 mins walk. The journey into Berlin centre requires bus + underground and takes about 45 mins. The hotel itself is clean with a decent breakfast that is mostly contintental but also has a selection of cereal, scrambled egg and german sausage/ other meat. Good quality coffee! The rooms are a good size but badly need a refresh (décor). Free Wi-Fi is available and we didn't have any problem connecting in our room on the 4th floor. We only used web browsing and email. Premium Wi-Fi is available at extra cost. There is no restaurant at the hotel but there are quite a few nearby restaurants. There is one next door which served Mexican and Italian. We preferred to eat in Berlin centre as the prices were similar and the quality better. I can recommend the hotel although if I was to go back I would probably choose one closer to the city centre.

The hotel is on a main street so some rooms are too noisy in the night. The staff was very helpful and gave us a different room. The hotel is tidy, easily accessible by public transport and close to a supermarket.

Spent there 3 nights during a short visit to Berlin. Awesome staff — Good rooms with plenty space for the good price — Warm and inviting — Good shower facilities. Got a really good nights sleep every night there. 3 U-Bahn stations close by to take you in to Berlin city centre just ask receptionist for directions. Very good communication through out. Very much recommended.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, good service and good breakfast. Only downside is the location, its about 40 minuten to the city center. Also the shower is pretty small, but you do get a bathtub.

Room service: good Breakfast: poor, Aufbackbrötchen, scrambled eggs old u dry (7:45), "OSaft" in Caprisonne quality (10% juice, the Rest water) — saves you as much as the operator with the Breakfast? It costs anyway extra. Was the rest of the days in the hospital Cafeteria to have Breakfast. A colleague had warned me that Breakfast would be very bad — but that would be 3-4 years ago — I wanted to test it yourself as closer to the customer. Flexibility: zero. Had of 3 to 4 nights lengthen. 3 were booked. "Not possible, minimum stay 2 nights". For Business customers is a NO-GO. Am for the last night back into the azimuth next door.

I was in a Comfort Room, which pretty much looked like on the Hotel website shown. The rooms were clean and adequately equipped. When you Post you should pay attention to whether one side or back, as the Rudower Straße is not completely silent. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very professional. The Breakfast was excellent.
