We have already spent many wonderful evenings here. Whether enjoying a delicious cocktail at the hotel bar or a wonderful 3-course menu in the restaurant, everything is very tasty and the staff is sweet and nice and we always feel comfortable. But most of all we like to go to the different shows, which are just fantastic. Unbelievably great artists perform, talented, close to the puppet and with a lot of joy in their work. We love all this very much and will certainly come to the Estrel many more times.

I would have hoped for more for the claim of the house.
Price performance ratio for me not consistent, as well as cleanliness in the price category inappropriate.
However, very friendly and competent staff.
I will probably not be a regular guest, there are better 4 star hotels.

And then tonight the New Year's Eve party with gala buffet and great music… the buffet fully deserves the name and Stars in Concert is always a highlight. We will definitely be back. As always, I like brunch. Whether Sundays or Christmas brunch, it is highly recommended. Everyone will find something to eat. If you don't find anything, it's your own fault. Service very friendly and attentive.

A very nice hotel with very nice rooms. Not far away from the S-Bahn. Several restaurants and bars. And with a very friendly staff. I love being here. So highly recommended.

Despite the size of the hotel, you feel in good hands. My suite, which I happened to get, is just great. Very cozy bed, comfortable sofas and a design bathroom.

Great event location! Helpful, flexible and cooperative congress staff is happy to think alongside you to make your event a success. The hotel in the same location is also good and comes with a very decent breakfast.

It was very clean, the staff super friendly, train 2 minutes walking distance away, supermarkets and restaurants close by, child friendly-with a small playground in front of the hotel, right by the water! All in all excellent! We stayed there for the easter holidays, the cost was undefeatable low! Definitely not my last time at the Estrel! Thank you very much!

I was in Estrel hotel for the DIVAS show. I can't talk about the rooms and the service, but the hotel itself looks very clean and fancy. The show on the other hand was great! Talented musicians and really tasty cocktails!

Nice hotel. Lots of conference space. Restaurant food here was delicious. Rooms were nice and adequate. Gym, spa, massage. Located near local transportation (train station), and you'll need to use it to tour Berlin. Disliked how far it was from just about everything. NOT city center!

Amazing hotel with comfortable and very clean rooms. Many superiour restaurants to pick from, really enjoyed eating there. Also the bar offered a huge variety of drinks and food, very well served, but rather expensive when they don't take orders and serve directly at the tables. The convention centre is huge and well maintained, perfect place for any big convention that requires space. Hopefully see you next year Estrel!

1 of the largest hotels in Berlin. Located far from the center, to get is not particularly convenient, the outskirts of the city.

I'm here right now. I find rooms and service very good. Even though many here criticize the situation, I know beforehand where the hotel stands. I'm at an event with over 1500 people. My utmost respect for the many young people who serve us today very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice hotel… actually the biggest in Berlin!

My favorite hotel in Europe. The rooms are comfy, staff very helpful (particularly Herr Gonzalves helping with the luggage, parking the car, etc). The best, the great breakfast, with salmon cakes, blood sausage and a whole/real honeycomb. The stube one of the new of three restaurants is great to try traditional German food. The bar open till very late is perfect for a late arrival. If you are looking for a hotel in downtown. This is not for you, but if you are looking for the biggest and the best hotel in Berlin and don’t mind to discover this city by metro/train, this is your best option, plus the view from floor 13 is amazing. Every time I come, I just park the car and go everywhere without the parking problem. They also have live shows, that are well known like “stars”; “Elvis”, and “the Beatles”. I haven’t had the chance to see them yet, for lack of time. But a few friends mentioned as something to do. I hope to be back soon!

I would particularly like to highlight the very friendly female staff in the 'Italian' restaurant and the concierge. Great team man feels very comfortable and safe in the house although this is actually huge.

Good hotel for a conference. The space is big and welcoming. Food is very nice and a good selection. The rooms are small and beige. They have no amnieties. No iron, no kettle, no toiletries, no real coffee. The hair dryer barely worked and the AC was either set on hot or cold, depending on your luck. The carpet is dusty and worn out.

It's a very cool hotel. I liked it. A great place to hold a conference.

The hotel as a building is OK. Location is very remote. Basic rooms are too small and cheaply made. Premium rooms are better, yet the pricing is not right for this location. I was only staying here for a conference and would not recommend it for any other occasion. What was disturbing, is the rude and cold service. Especially the security personnel was mostly a disgrace for the tourism industry. The apogee of their rudeness was that they said to one of the persons in our group (Swiss national, to "move on, move on, go back to your country"), when they were closing a banquet room. This is totally unacceptable and that attitude is something beyond my understanding. And no hotel official found had a guts to apologize right away, denying the whole issue, although there were several witnesses including me. I am not coming back period and will keep an eye on this story with that guy.

This is a top notch hotel. The catering services are able to accommodate a large number of clients. So whether you are alone or with a large company, the Estrel services are quite close to you. The staff are polite and warm. This is one of the best and efficient hotels in Berlin. It is worth every of your penny.

Rooms are bright and beautiful. Unfortunately, a little dust. But you should be able to do that, because you hardly spend time in the rooms. The rich breakfast is the upper hammer.
For non-hotel guests it is also to get at an unbelievable good price.
All in all, an experience you like to have again.

Maybe one of the best ratios for price / comfort / location in Berlin you can get in this class of hotels. Really good rooms for a fair price — and a nice view over Berlin.

We visited the show "Stars in Concert" including accommodation and breakfast. Perfect! There was nothing to complain about. The rooms were clean, the breakfast delicious, the show highly recommended, the staff very friendly and the booking via online worked without any problems. Happy to return!

Majestic and organized hotel. Lunch to be reviewed, as well as the lack of courtesy and education of some attendants. However top level hotel.

Very good hotel, ideal for meetings. The staff is very accommodating and polite and also has a helping hand in the construction of the fair. It is very well organized. You always find an adequate contact person who can solve almost all problems. I have now built three fairs and it never came to problems that could not be solved.

For 130€ (and equally proud gastro prices) the price-performance ratio is simply not right. For example, room equipment: Four stars, but only a shower curtain, is it still possible? A reasonable glass partition wall costs less than 100€!
For this purpose, my hair dryer was defective (wobble contact) and also the light switch on the shaving mirror had a macke.
Or the location: right at an S-Bahn station on the Ringlinie, but at the 'ass of the world' in one of the ugliest corners of Berlin (is really a spectacle at night what is happening at the net, for example) and quite the furthest from HBF and Tegel as it gets. This only changes a little with the BER.
Otherwise good breakfast, clean and nice staff, but that is actually mandatory with the price and at 4 stars also.

Great musical about Tina Turner. Full of momentum and captivating. The actress has a grandiose voice and understands how to captivate the audience in numerous musical interludes. Top. Attention: You should at least have some English.

That's a number too big for me. I wouldn't stay in private. There are certainly more personal solutions. Basically, it's all good. Breakfast great and delicious. Service good. For example, A mobile phone charger to get lent for free. But in the "station Hall" breakfast is too uncomfortable.

The Estrel in Berlin is a very nice hotel, which one does not notice its size. The service is really top notch, yet you notice at some corners that it has already reached a certain age, whereby also here is tried to act against. The breakfast was good, but also overpriced. For less I get more elsewhere. The connection to the public transport is very good.

A good hotel that keeps up with a pile of partying floofs every August. It's a high class hotel but the staff surely isn't arrogant snobs there. Pretty chill crew, but still professional!

The Estrel is the biggest Convention Hotel in Berlin and provides a venue to large events like musicals, conventions, etc. The hotel rooms are large and clean. The prices around the hotel (including prices for rooms) are on the high side for Berlin. The restaurants in the lobby are very good, but also a bit pricey. The choices range from Pizza (€11) to steak (~€40). There are only a few restaurants near the hotel, since the area around it is not the best, but it is always a cheap alternative to get some kebab around the corner. Staff at the hotel is polite and very helpful.

Some things have recently been renovated here and the hotel has einhehaucht a lot of life in the years to come. The rooms are large and modern furnished. In the lobby you will find two well-stocked bars and a restaurant. The possibilities for days in the larger frame are very good.

I've known it for almost 20 years. It's just suuper there. Always like to come there again. A very warm greeting to Mr. Great and his great team.

It is a nice hotel and the stay was enjoyable. The bathtub and showers are not constructed for people higher than 1, 9m, so you'll have to duck :)

The most delicious breakfast! It's a great hotel. Lovely rooms, very responsive staff. And I definitely recommend to visit the restaurant on the first floor. It serves a lovely fish soup with crayfish necks for only 9 euros and delicious low-salt salmon with potato croquettes, especially delicious with dark German beer! Recommend!

I have not stayed at this hotel. I've only been to the World Money Fair several times. The rooms for events are spacious. The entrance hall (covered terrace with glass) has a couple of restaurants.
It is close to one of the airports but 30 minutes by public transport from the centre of Berlin.

Hey guys. Due to a meeting, I was allowed to return to this hotel.
Pure luxury I can only write.
If you want to experience something special in a nice ambiance with his wife, girlfriend or lover, this is just the thing. Good food cozy atmosphere and very good service. The rooms are very comfortable and there are no noises from the adjoining rooms. The price for the overnight stay was reasonable. Unfortunately, there is always a problem with the beer, so I can not quite befriend. The journey from the airport takes about half an hour. So who plans about 1bis2tage stay is well served here.

For one night I was a guest at the hotel. I was completely satisfied. My desire for a room with shower due to a given hindering my husband would be met — we have got a handicapped-accessible room which really deserves the name. There is enough space for manoeuvring with a rolli. Unfortunately we could not find a barrier-free access from the street — but they were not reliant on it either. The handicapped parking spaces in the underground garage are too narrow for rolli drivers! Moreover, we were very pleased with the service and the facilities and can recommend the hotel to others. One must not disturb the surroundings: industrial area.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are large. The bathroom I feel is a little too small. The price is justified. The breakfast is plentiful and leaves nothing to be desired. The service is friendly, nimble and competent. Very good I found the musical that was played there. The parking situation is also great and corresponded to my expectations.

Great hotel for Congress, good connections to the city center.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. I don’t care of if it is Germany’s biggest conference blah blah blah. If you can’t serve a customer decently, you shouldn’t be in business. I unfortunately visited your coffee shop on the ground floor and I was never treated with such disdain by both your employees there: a blonde man in a suit and an asian looking lady. I am a musician and own a recording studio right next to you. I reckon serving each customer with excellency should be your motto, especially when the customer is your next door neighbour.

This time we were there to pick up tickets for two concerts at the Festival Center. We have stayed in Berlin several times and can only report positively. Also we know the hotel of corporate events.

Restaurant visited and really very nice, friendly, attentive, polite and cared/hosted. Thank you food top prepared and very well tasted! … never thought the chicken could taste so tasty in the salad. … we'll be back, no question!

Very nice hotel, good services. On the other hand a little far from everything in Berlin…

Great hotel. I was here in a conference. Although it is not located in the very center of the city, it is located close enough to the center, nearby Sonennallee station, clean, good breakfast and nice bars. One thing they could improve is the receptionists' attitude to people — to be more explanatory and not to assume that everything is clear.

We had booked a double room at the Estrel Hotel on weekends. The rooms are OK but I would have expected something better for the money. The show was gigantic and the food too. However, I find it really not OK at these room rates to require an additional €19 for breakfast and €18 for the underground parking per night.
I also found the bars in the foyer very uncomfortable. We would not book a room there again, as there are much nicer hotels that your money is really worth.

Very new hotel in Berlin. Always clean! They've friendly and convinced services. A little bit far from central location but near the public transport. Special price for the travel visitor is a big deal to stay there for a couple days.

We are her for a conference. Perfect location and Hotel. Good food. Friendly people. One minus is personal, they like heating the place. It’s work inside.

Nice and clean hotel. The room has plenty of space, however the bathroom door was right beside the toilet. Breakfast was pretty good, with an indoor and outdoor seating area. Plenty of television channels if you like to watch TV. Staff was very attentive during my stay.

Good Hotel spacious room.

The biggest hotel in Berlin. I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. And surprisingly no one speaks proper english. But that isn't a problem. The room was nice and relaxing. Food was fine but overall breakfast was nice with louds of different kind of food. Omar and all the breakfast workers team were very helpful. They were too busy but also had to take an extra attention to my picky needs. Overall, would love to thank the management for having such quality services. Willie.

Open lobby with great bars. Right next door to Neukölln, a trendy Berlin neighborhood. I was here for a company training and they were extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean and quiet, which is great on a crowded night!

Big place. Rooms are comfortable, good sleep. Bathroom ok, could have been better, no choice of shampoo or any other bathroom things. Lunch there is very expensive! Breakfast ok, but many hotels provide you much better breakfast!

Great very large but functional.

Very clean and well organized Hotel. Only flaws the distance from the center which makes the use of metro or taxi compulsory.

Nice European style hotel. Nice amenities and friendly staff. Lots of dining options at the hotel and really nice conference center facilities. Very nice spa and exercise facilities as well. Only real complaint is that the air conditioning is not great, so the rooms can get somewhat warm. Leaving the windows opens helps significantly, but if it's warm outside I could see this being a larger inconvenience.

Centrally located hotel, I was present at this hotel for a conference held by IDTechEx. During the conference I took advantage of the lunch, very abundant although personally it was not to my liking since the combination of the flavors, as far as the first course was inappropriate, the second course was medium/good and finally the sweet and Was great. As for the coffee and the classic stretched German coffee (as it is used on in Germany) it has nothing to do with the real coffee. The service offered was great and the waiters available. Rated 4/5

Great facilities for fairs and big events. Excellent food and service equally good, nice view but a bit complex to be reached by the means.

Friendly, quiet setting. Very good service. A bit far from downtown.

Hotel valid for business meetings with large halls. The rooms are very clean There are restaurants and fitness rooms. Friendly staff. Only drawback the distance from the airports (with the traffic can be a problem arriving on time) and from the city center, from the areas with local and shops. Taxis or metros are obligatory and taxis are not cheap, about 45 euros per airport and 40 per city centre.

Nice hotel with a very bright and pleasant lobby. The restaurants have good value for money. The rooms are friendly and very clean although sometimes very dark depending on the orientation of the window. Breakfast is one of the strong points of this hotel.
As for the negatives: The Pillows are a calvary: soft and without consistency. I recommend you bring your own. The air conditioning is not efficient in summer and dust-contaminated, which is not ideal for people who are sensitive or allergic to dust. When in the surrounding area it is not really pleasant.
