Everyone was very helpful. The team at the desk went out of their way to help with printing out an email for me. Concierge went out of his way to help with maps of for the Hop on Hop off bus.

Lovely hotel to stay in when time is short. Able to walk easily to where I needed to go. Great bonus beside the station that brought me to and from the airport.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Value for money. The only thing that needs improvements is the room, although it has a nice balcony, the rooms has a bad smell and requires air freshing constantly. The bathroom facility is pretty basic, and the shower towels should not be placed above the toilet which is in the same space as the bathroom. Bottom line is, it's a nice room for a single man, but less convenient for a couple.

Truly fabulous hotel. Great location, close to a main train and underground station. Staff are expectionally helpful and polite. Didn't eat at the hotel as there are so many great places to eat close by so can't comment on the food. Our first time at a Leonardo hotel but we have already researched their other hotels and will stay here again on our return to Berlin. Highly recommended.

For our whole stay the staff were always professional, friendly and helpful. The variety of food at breakfast was outstanding. The location of the Hotel is very convenient being within walking distance of the station, shops, bars, restaurants and many tourist attractions. The building is very attractive. We found in our comfort rooms, the bathroom area was fine but the bedroom was a little small and lacking in clothes storage space/drawers. It was good to have a fridge, tea making facilities, a safe and bottled water in the rooms.

The hotel is located opposite Friedrichstrasse station and most of the main sites are within reasonable walking distance. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room lacked storage space but was clean and comfortable. There was a wide choice of items for breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location but very central with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Also very close to Friederichstrasse station which was a good transport hub. We walked to most of the tourist locations apart from the area round the zoo which was a bit too far. Would avoid the hop on hop off bus!

Due to an emergency at home I had to cut my trip short by two nights and the hotel refused to give me a refund for the last two days of my stay, I was told there was a 7 day cancellation policy and nothing could be done. This is an unprofessional, archaic way to do business… One morning I just wanted to have a coffee and juice and was told I had to pay the full 20 Euros for the entire buffet. Again, a very poor, unprofessional way to do business. I travel for business a lot (over 50 trips a year) and have seen pretty much everything there is to see. Too bad a country like Germany cannot get on board with modern hotel practices. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Very relaxed and comfortable hotel in a great location. Quiet spot at night very close to public transport and a plethora of amenities and attractions. If you're lucky enough to book a room with a balcony, there is an outstanding view of Berlin.

Rooms would have beneficited from 2/3 square meters larger, and from more place to put your stuff. Bathrooms were ok, but strange with their one and only door for both WC and bathroom, which is not really useful. But it was neat and reception agents were always nice and helpful. The hotel is well located, only 200m from a well connected station. In a few words, it was quite a bit expensive for what we really got, but it did the job… Please note that there is a sauna (2 cabins) and really small fitness room, but not 24/7, which is quite sad.

In itself quite nice, some small rooms. But why anyone knocks around 8, opens the door and shouts ' stand up ' purely after I arrive after midnight and had to prepare for the next day until 2am, is likely to remain the secret of this hotel. I'm not going to find out on any next visit.

It was all great. Breakfast with milk coffee that everyone could pull themselves. Perfect.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay in Berlin. Leoarndo Hotel Berlin Mitte is in the perfect location for sightseeing and from the Freidrichstrasse Train Station. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean and well fitted. Will definitely be staying here again when I return to Berlin. Thank-you!

Hotel in an excellent location to all the attractions. Rooms very clean but somewhat small advised, no lockable wardrobe. Bath large and clean. Breakfast buffet wonderful, great selection of excellent quality. Staff very friendly. One had noticed my birthday, and I got a preference table and a vial of sparkling wine, very nice!

1. The bedside tables next to the bed are too small and should have a second compartment (for medication etc. ) They should also connect to at least one wall. Now something is constantly falling down on both sides.
2. Television should have subtitles where the stations offer them, especially ARD and ZDF (I am unfortunately hard of hearing. )

Location is superb! and the team is very helpful. The hotel is at the lower price range for 4 star hotel in Berlin but also at the lower range of 4 star quality. Standard rooms are small, the lobby and bar area is small, the fitness center is minimal, bath amenities are minimal.

A decent hotel, boasting a PERFECT location in the middle of Berlin. Everything is close by. I was quite satisfied with my room, though there are certain things you could improve — the room is dark, as there is no overhead light source in the room's central point. Also, there is sometimes a funny stench coming out of the toilet if it's opened — maybe it's time for a plumber to have a look into your pipe system. Breakfast ok. Wide selection of food items from meat, through warm items, marmalade and sweet bread spreads including. The front desk staff is also very helpful and highly professional. The stocky, humorous concierge (don't know his name, so sorry : () is a real sport too. Thanks for this stay. I'll keep you in my brain.

Very nice hotel with great location. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Was already twice on business in the hotel and would check in again! Price/performance is very good here.

Our stay at your hotel was brilliant. Lovely, friendly staff on arrival who allowed us to check-in early as our room was ready. A great welcome to the city. All staff around the hotel greeted us with a friendly smile and hello. The room was a good size with good facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a fantastic stay — we would definitely recommend the hotel and visit again.

The building is awesome, the rooms and the common places are neat and clean. There were No noises from our room. The shower is quality too. The only skinny point would be the attention at the front desk. It must be that we were touched by the prepotent of the template.

We already had the higher quality room, but unfortunately the beds are extremely narrow!
No note when posting to Larger beds, only the size of the room is described!
The boxes are also described at the booking with 150 cm height, on demand there were boxes with 170 cm height!
20. — € for a box in which an unpractised driver with a high class will only be in trouble!
Getting out of the way is almost impossible!

There are plenty of stars for the comfort that is missing, not resting well because the mattress is spring and very uncomfortable. The extra bed they say is a couch but none of that is a couch with a very finite mattress that you nail the irons and you can not rest.

You can feel very comfortable in this House. The location and the standard are good. The frequent change of staff is, at least for regular guests, rather ugly. Very annoying are the arrivals and departures of large groups, which completely overwhelm the reception staff, create a station atmosphere in the lobby and thus also in the bar.

Nice and attractive very clean hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The room was a little small and the storage facilities for 2 people very limited but recommended for a short trip anyway. The hotel is very conveniently located.

Modern large hotel at Bertold Brecht Square. Room not overly large. Unfortunately, there is no proper place to store suitcases. Beds very comfortable. Good and extensive breakfast. Air conditioning a bit noisy and not that powerful. It was also very cold outside. Clean & Tidy. Coffee and tea making facilities are available in the room. Friendly staff.

Absolutely loved the hotel — everybody was really friendly, it was an easy check-in, and the room was exactly what we needed. Very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. Great location too! Would perhaps be helpful if when you first check in, the reception staff provide you with general knowledge of your surroundings (like where the nearest station is, and what sights are near) — especially if its their first time in Berlin, which it was for us!

Been here on business. The hotel is quite nice for this purpose. Breakfast also quite good. But now nothing special. The cleanliness could make a tick —. The ventilation/climate is clearly disturbing and makes noise again and again. On the whole, all good. Location and connection to Airport… Downtown is very good. 30 minutes from the airport. Restaurant s shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Warm and cosy room. Comfortable bed but I found the pillows too soft. It was nice to have a free bottle of water although it seems to be one per stay as it was not replenished. Bathroom was modern and very clean although the shower had a slightly unpleasant smell. Lots of electrical sockets which was very handy although one for kettle was in awkward position. Safe was also in a bit of an awkward position. Staff were helpful and the hotel is in a great position — really easy to walk to the main sights.

This hotel is great. Staff very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is very good with a very varied choice of food. Room is very clean and well maintained. The only criticism is the TV for when we are back during the nifht. Plenty of English news channels and 1 documentary channel, Could do with 1 movie channel in English. Lots of other language channels for all subjects but not English. Apart from that I would stay again.

Ample size room. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and attentive. Ideally situated for a visit to the city.

We booked a superior room for 3 nights. The room was clean in a modern style, but rather small. The bathroom as well. The heating was not working properly and we asked for additional blankets, which we got promptly. During our stay we experienced a lot of ups and downs. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The guys at the reception desk have some room to improve. If you like a full minibar, you have to order it and pay it completely, not only the drinks you consume. Make sure, that they don't charge a special floor fee to fill up the minibar. We had a nice little birthday surprise for my wife, and on the other hand, a guy from housekeeping walked in at 8 a. M. To check if the room is free. There were a couple of other experiences, but nothing really bad. It just added up.

The location is perfect. All. On this pluses have ended: numbers of cages, mobile communication is completely absent, Wi-Fi practically dead…

New and flashy rooms. I like in particular the very clever and individual room design where every detail seems to be designed to make the most of the available space but in a positive and enjoyable way. Friendly gestures like free table water and free coffee, tea and even hot chocolate in the room add to the positive experience. The common areas of the hotel have a nice artwork design, the rooms (mine anyway, that is room 401) are big enough, especially the generous bathroom size, and I appreciate details such as an electrical socket at the bedside for phone charging and full light control from the bedside. The only downside is no factual downside but just a personal feeling, and that is that this hotel feels a little impersonal and anonymous to me. I do not feel the same warmth and 'homeliness' that I like in old, traditional, and private hotels. So here, for me it is more 'staying' than 'living'. But the 'staying' is quite comfortable.

We stayed for three nights, great service, nice staff, rooms maybe a little small but very cozy.

Absolutely charming and service was excellent. The beverages served were delicious and the curry soup and pizza very tasty! They made us feel very welcome. Because of Jahnz (sp? ) And entire night crew between Dec 29 — Jan 1 at hotel bar we will 100% stay here when we return to Berlin. Aloha.

Worst experience of my life. Fire alarm was fired 2 times the same night, all guests running down the stairs, we were on the seventh floor. The manager only said that he could do nothing, treating us in a deplorable way.
The rooms are tiny.

The Situation is good. The Rooms are an Imposition on the Price.

I like the Leonardo Mitte hotel, it was my second visit, mainly due to the great team, location and service. I made the order through the network, and the letter with my advantage card was already waiting for me in the reception. I did had some issues that made me a bit sad about this visit. First of all, I order the superior room in advance, after I saw it comes with a balcony. When I've checked in I got a room with no balcony and a window that looks into the inner side of the hotter. Not only we didn't have a view, we also had to close the shades as everyone can look into our rooms. Luckily a room with a balcony became free and the team arranged our movement. The second thing — is the TV system. From some odd reason, I had a lot of issues with switching the input source of the TV. I came with my Laptop and tried to connect it to the TV but using the input button just didn't do the trick. Only after disconnecting the TV from the network cable I've managed to change the source to HDMI and even than, it wasn't very easy. The last thing is the late check-out issue. I understand that there are capacity issues sometime, but that's the second time I can't do late check out in this hotel. Gladly, the team provided us with an access to the spa so we can organize before our flight but it's not as good as late check out. Beside these issues, our stay was as lovely as our previous stay and we definitely planning to come back and to recommend this hotel to our friends.

4 * Hotel Central, comfortable and well located very close to the train station and Metro Friedrisch STR.

Hotel from the point of view I have detailed frankly better to be in Berlin and to be a 4 star establishment.

A perfect choice for those who like stepping into the main attractions, transport and cafes. The hotel is located in the centre of Berlin, near the metro and tram station. There is Wi-Fi and a good breakfast. Service at the level.

The hotel is located in the heart of Berlin (zone A) next to the island of museums and the metro. The building itself was built only a few years ago and is made in a modern style. The rooms have balconies, Wi-Fi, the rooms themselves are spacious enough. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. Service at the level. All in all, I recommend this hotel.

Quite nice the hotel, and on top of the proximity to all the monuments emblems of the city is something great. There is no coverage in some rooms so the Wi-Fi connection is mandatory. All great, pretty happy.

Great stay for our last two nights in Berlin. Within walking distance to nice restaurants and shops and transportation; especially close to the main train station. The feel good center was nice, and the room was a pretty good value. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English well. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Ideally located for sightseeing. Also near to station if you are travelling by train from Schonenfeld airport. Lovely room. Small but everything provided. Very new looking bathroom. Great shower. Only had a drink at bar but very nice and attentive staff. Didn’t have breakfast or dinner at hotel as close to lots of nice cafes and restaurants.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast choice was amazing, however the hot food was always served cold which was a shame no matter what time we ate. Most of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of one particular member of staff who told us the s bahn was running on our departure morning and in fact it was not. This resulted in us arriving at the station and having to hastily find out how to get ourselves to the airport, causing us stress. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location. Very close to main city attractions with near by transportation hub. The hotel is very clean and superbly maintained. The front desk team are very effective and will provide you all the necessary information to get around. The room are not spacious but comfort enough to have a good sleep The breakfast here is excellent Hope to be here soon next time.

New & modern hotel conveniently located in Berlin city center. Staff were helpful and friendly. My double room and bathroom was super clean and comfortable if not very large (but certainly adequate). It was very good value for money (compared to other capital cities) although I did not bother with the breakfast which I find expensive in Berlin Hotels. Rooms have a good selection of tea, coffee and complementary water. Recommended.

The Leonardo is an excellent hotel chain with great hotels in Berlin. Leonardo Mitte is on a square near the Friedrichstrasse railway station. There are excellent restaurants on the river very close by. The rooms are comfortable with wooden floors. The staff is very efficient and courteous.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. Room was always clean and tea and coffee stocked when we got to our room. Our room had a balcony which was so nice. The room was snug but we didn't need a lot of space. It had everything we needed. The hotel is nice and central and such artsy decor! I had a wonderful experience there and would go back if I had the chance. Weird thing to review but we were so impressed with the shower and the extractor fan!

A nice hotel, in a good location. Registration is fast. Cozy decor. The elevator looks like a bunker. Corridors are covered with soft carpets: do not go, and swim on the carpet, wandering through the labyrinth of the corridor. The only thing missing in the hallway — a common kitchen and bath, as in the communal room — so many doors on the floor. Doors, by the way, are not for the weak: they open tightly and slam loudly. The room, as in the center of any capital, saves square meters, but entails its brilliance, cleanliness, crunch of fresh sheets and rustle of soft pillows. You fall asleep under the noise of the air conditioner, his own hum will accompany your sleep all night. The most chic number — only for fans of extreme! Superextreme! In the morning you can wake up from a breathtaking flight between the beds, which, according to the planners and in support of local traditions (from the explanation of the manager) created the illusion of one huge bed. The wheels of the beds were faster than me sleeping. The impact of the fall was softened by the already plentiated above the pillow. I love pillows!

No garage, no parking, no service, rotziger reception, tiny rooms, Wi-Fi only with authentication. Well, in this price category and the corresponding staff no longer expect, but a such small carpet like in Zi. 314 is an imposition. Overall, the hotel is now pretty much Bacon and little engaged led.

Our home for 4 nights exllenct service great location close to all intresting places in the city+5 min of walking theres is a train station. The breakfast is the best one I ate in Eroupe.

does not reach the category of hostel. Towels old, thin and worn. Poor service, rude, intolerant, unfriendly. Information services are poor and misleading

I love it best hotels ever.

The Hotel is super clean. The rooms are probably small, but for Berlin this is ok. As it keeps you but only for Sleeping on. Even with an open window in to the whole night, ALONE! The shower is also a man with 150kg plenty of space to bend over. Also be clean. A TV on the you even from all positions to see anything. The Service is top notch. The staff at the Bar was more than just trying every question to accept, although on new year's eve properly Stress had. You gave us the feeling to be welcome. It couldn't be better. Because we have no 'early stücker', we have refrained from. We found this with 17 Euro very expensive. Since we have not participated, we can also not evaluate. The situation in principle is awesome. One is in the vicinity of the government quarter with all connections for the complete Berlin. Very, very recommended.

Really small rooms, but the breakfast if perfect!

The location is good and the rooms could be it. Although these are very small and much more than sleep is not — really but you won't get Yes to sleep after Berlin.
In my room, the carpet was very dirty. Here someone some spilled guess.
And otherwise:
-There is no wardrobe
-in General, the ergonomics of the room is not well resolved
-Wi-Fi is free of charge, but very bad
-Parking cost €20 per day
-Breakfast cost €13 per day (can I find too expensive)
Conclusion: It is better for the same money.

The reception was very friendly, everything was explained well that came after the shock we were three and there was only a double bed! Had an Executive Triple room booked and this was the smallest room is Standart. So back down to reception had it addressed also got a super lie of the ground would not be so painful. But because the room I got no response. So I can only say for couples, it is a super Hotel all friendly, the Breakfast is bombastic and in the upper rooms is still the prospect of the Hammer. Fg.

Our home for 10 nights. Staff are all friendly. Did not try their breakfast. We had room 903, top floor, close to the sauna; enjoyed having a balcony; nice city view. Pretty quiet, besides the air vent. Next to the Spree river. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, and shopping.

We had 10 days here and very, very satisfied. Very friendly staff, especially the Reinigungsladys were delightful. Rooms with large terraces and great views. Very clean Sauna (Finnish + Bio). Disturbed has only the relatively loud ventilation in the room (We prefer the absolute quiet Central heating with radiators and not this Klimaanlagenverschnitt with annoying control console, the then also still quite slow to respond — architects, the such a crap plan and design and build, should even a few days in such a room to spend and be forced to give the stuff to actually use. ) Altogether we can the Hotel highly recommend.

Rooms small, staff greets not but is otherwise friendly. Mobile reception is bad. Wireless Internet only against fee quickly. Good Location. Ventilation in the room can not be operated correctly.

Friendly staff. Rooms are cozy. The bed was good and the bathroom is nice. Location of the hotel is really good only 4minutes walk to the station and 20minute walk to the Hackescher markt.

The desk people very friendly at all times, the internet works very well and the hotel, in addition to being in the city centre, is very well connected. Perfect for visiting Berlin.

Great location at the Spree in the hearth of Berlin walking distance to Friedrich Str. Station, Brandenburger Tor and Mitte. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice and quiet, with coffee/tea and still water in the rooms. Breakfast is great — buffet with something for everyone. If I go back to Berlin, I'll probably book this hotel again.

The hotel was great — new but the employees knew exactly what they are doing, fantastique location — close to the river, shopping, Brandenburg tor and all the rest, and breakfast was faboulos.
