We were really offended by a staff member when we called the so called 24 hour service (at 9 pm…) when our pillows were removed by the maid. Also the hotel is very, very noisy, the beds are really hard and the pillows too soft. This hotel shouldn't have 3 stars…

Don't book at this hotel. I booked a comfort room. FRIDGE — DIDN'T work RADIATOR — DIDN'T WORK Wifi — SLOW, DIDN'T EVEN LOAD Staff — Baaad English Hair dryer — WEAK Area — NOT SAFE Noise from the metro train every 5 minutes. Our room was at ground floor so passersby COULD SEE US even with the curtains closed. No soundproofing Bathroom STINKED before we even use it. Bath water floated inside the bathroom and housekeeping didn't mop it. sheets never changed. don't book at hotel saks. It really sucks. it should be named hotel sucks.
