However, the room service is missing! What a pity!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get an omelet well fried. It just goes muddy or burnt. I have had more than 5, 000 hotel nights professionally worldwide in 32 years and I have never experienced such dilettantism. Finally, a burnt egg dish came thumb-thick! Absolute impudence! Had nothing more to do with an omelet either. I asked the waiter if he would eat something like that and he answers me NO. But the guest should eat it and get cancer, etc.

Otherwise, the hotel is TOP! There is a skybar and even a star restaurant. The lobby is very cozy and so are the rooms. Peronal is very famous to settle everything.

People here aren friendly. Close to public transportation.

No room service and you don't even get a bite to eat.

Very nice and modern hotel! Very nice staff. According to a few small flaws in the room, we were offered a new room directly and we were allowed to enjoy a delicious drink in the cocktail bar, which by the way has a wonderful view. Breakfast is varied, fresh and tasty! Happy to return!

Lovely hotel clean and comfortable. Good choice for breakfast. The staff were pleasent and helpful. The hotel is a little out of the centre of Berlin but the tram station is directly opposite so getting around was no problem. We had a lovely few days here and would highly recommend it.

Overall — great location, stunning hotel and amazing value for the money! Room was really nice and though we had some issues with shower door and duvet, it got sorted pretty quickly once we raised it with the reception. It's not city centre location, but the value for money I think is great, especially if you take into consideration all the transport links literally next to hotel. Really enjoyed breakfast in the hotel and even though it's somewhat standard, everything was fresh and good quality. I will point out that coffee is way better than in some cafés. Had a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people or would stay at it myself should I go back to Berlin at some point in the future.

Lovely hotel. Bedroom and bathroom very clean and homely. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, good selection of food even gluten free. Very convenient for tram and train across the road. Thoroughly enjoyed the break and would stay again.

Located right by the tram and train network, and city centre only 15minutes ride away this stylish hotel was ideal for our 3 night break. The massive king size bed and aircon was perfect in the summer heatwave. The bathroom was well equipped and very clean. All in all we had a great stay and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Your Staff was delightful, extremely friendly and helpful. The spa services were excellent and the cleanliness of the whole Hotel was spotless. Location wise it was perfect, as the tram and Bus stops were in front of the Hotel. I will recommend to everyone I know who visits Berlin.

It's a nice hotel. Convenient transport interchange. There are rooms for smokers. The upper floors overlook Berlin. Delicious breakfasts.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the blanket was in yellow spots and with a hole, as well as in the room there was a spider web, we were brought dessert, no one cleaned the room and a dirty plate stood with us for two days.

A nice hotel, located 10 minutes by tram from Alexander Place. Near the metro station and tram stop. There are many food stores, including a Russian shop, within walking distance.

The reception staff was extremely competent and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate me on my request to check in early. The rooms are comfortable and neat with everything you need. Truly enjoyed the extra large towels! The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of breakfast options. A hotel that I will recommend to anyone anytime!

Super cool hotel! The only bad thing is the location, a bit far away from the center, but to be honest, you can easily get there by public transportation or bike. There is a tram station just in front of the entrance. The hotel is huge! And the rooms are really nice, with very comfortable beds and very stylish furniture. The bathroom I had had shower and bathtub and it was really well arranged. Breakfast and lunch are acceptable, nothing stunning but quite tasty everything. Quite close to the East side gallery (40 minutes walking)

Spacious rooms, the SPA is a cure-all before an evening, and with tram you get comfortably everywhere. A great choice.

This is quite a high-end establishment. The place is comfy and the rooms are well-designed. If you are lucky enough, some of the outlooking rooms have such magnificent views of the surrounding Berlin city. The staff are friendly and helpful! It is also good for large conferences, besides individual getaways.

When you make your reservation it would be useful to have the timetables and the days when it is available the service of massages and treatments I booked the hotel to take advantage of these services but were not available in the day and the hours when I stayed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Was really nice that they would store my luggage, makes me want to consider the hotel again. Location is not the best but it's a big city so it's still understandable. Rooms are small but sufficient and comfortable. The major downside is that breakfast is very limited if you're a vegetarian, let's not even mention a vegan. Overall an enjoyable experience and I'd recommend it.

A good hotel with courteous staff. Good rooms! Has all facilities that one would expect. Air condition, kettle, hair drier etc. I did not find toothbrush but I might have got them if I had asked. The early morning breakfast can be better and a dustbin near there would be great!

I really liked everything! Especially the bag with the present when you choose not to have your room cleaned on the next day. Very good idea! I liked the location, the large and comfortable room, especially the big and clean bathroom and the option to hear the sound of the television when you're having a bath. A great hotel, connected optimally with the city centre. Breakfast average. Staff available.

Hotel of level, very large, large Lobby with restaurant, possibility to make aperitif and free internet for the guests. The rooms are modernly furnished, stand out the bathrooms, with shower and toilet separated from the rest of the bathroom by a glass, comfortable beds a special acclaim for breakfast, really a banquet filled with every well of hate, really there is for everyone or tastes! Recommended!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Too bad we were obliged to stay on this hotel as we had a reservation that one could not cancel. A repeated unpoliteness with several clients. More than a hotel, a factory that translates into a fair of grabs at breakfast. Under the guise of respect for the environment you feel guilty by insisting on the option not to ask for the cleaning of the room during the stay. The room is OK. Temperature control of the room difficult and the air conditioning was very noisy. We ask the question, how is it possible to have 4 *? The stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was great as always. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. It seemed that the whole four days were not properly cleaned.

I went to Vienna House Berlin and Sergio was our host, he was the most lovely host you'll ever meet! We forgot to check out and he made no problem of it and helped us to various accommodations, I was going through a rough time, and Sergio helped me to enjoy the small things of life. Sergio, the man, the myth, the legend. Without him I would probably have not enjoyed the vacation this much. His friendly attitude would put myself in a good moment without blinking. I would personally recommend everyone to go here because of Sergio! He really deserves a raise. One of the nicest persons I've ever met in life.

The! Entire! Hotel staff was outstanding. Courteous and extremely friendly. The room had some shortcomings (the bathroom door jammed a little, the doors to the toilet did not lock with the glass wall to the shower and one of the four Windows had no handle). The breakfast was lavishly covered and delicious. We would stay there again at any time.

I found the Skybar with a really great view over the city. The presentation of the cocktails was original and had a certain flair.
The good transport connections I found also great and despite the relatively large street in front of the house the room was very quiet. I didn't even know about my neighbors.
The staff was basically really nice and accommodating, quite a lot more than I would expect, however I have deducted a point in my rating for the staff in the breakfast restaurant. I quite understand that there is certainly a high load on the constantly changing guests, however I had two mornings in a row 2 waiters who have noticed in contrast to the remaining really nice staff negative. I was not asked if I would like coffee, the table was only half-covered and instead of the table where the guests were already cleaned up, the tablecloth was changed at a table where the guests were just packing their things together. Not exactly the cosy start to the day you want as a holiday maker!
Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and also book it myself again.

Wonderful hotel for a very pleasant stay. Very well placed.

Absolutely appalled. Booked through easyJet arrived this morning. Upon checking in was told we had full use of the spa facilities. Myself and my other half were looking forward to a bit or relaxation only to be told we HAD to take off any swim wear. I appreciate that some may choose to go nudist in these circumstances but for some it's just not an option. I raised this with staff members who told me "it's the norm in Germany". Yes, you will expect German culture in Germany but this hotel welcomes international guests. I also raised several reasons why this policy could discriminate and intimidate others. I was told I wasn't the first person to complain about this and I wasn't the first that day. I'd expect these policies out in a spa in Berlin but not at a hotel with international guests, being nude should really be a choice. So now we've paid for the facilities, can't use them and won't be given anything in compensation because we didn't book directly. Terrible management of complaints!

Top Hotel. Very nice staff, everything professional and straightforward. The rooms are stylish modern and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful and there is something for every taste. I could recommend it and would definitely book again.

A comfortable hotel to visit Berlin.

The hotel has a lovely lobby separated in very welcoming atmospheres. It is very well connected to the airport (S 41 and TXL) and to the centre. On the 14th floor is the skybar where to drink with beautiful views.

Great location with S-train station and large Tram stop next to the door. In 20 minutes you get to any city center landmark. Exceptional service and hospitality. We got checked in as early and 8AM and checked out as late as 3PM — free of charge. Concierge service in the lobby is extremely helpful with printing. The room is shiny clean and well equipped. Great breakfast offers a wide variety of local foods. It is from live green sprouts offered inside their growing vessels to exotic local sausages to raw minced beef to 16 tastes of tea etc. The wellness area includes 2 saunas, steam room, jacuzzi, and relaxation area with leisure beds. Right from the saunas, you can get to open air on a balcony. The entire spa complex is for naked use only.

The SPA is for nudists only, loses points everything else perfect.

A pleasant discovery. Very professionally managed hotel, high-end services, and outstanding conference facilities. For very big groups (300 plus), the basement reception hall is outstanding. Solid breakfast, good fitness room, and good public transportation to get into town (only downside is we are far from the center) …

I was in Berlin for a business trip and stayed at the Vienna House Andel's. Overall I enjoyed the stay, and was quite pleased with the service and the staff. During check-in I asked for a room on one of the higher floors and I got a corner room on the top floor. Lobby and the hallways were well maintained, and had a contemporary touch to it. Had lunch and dinner once each at the Mavericks, and the food was pretty delicious although the menu selection is limited. Also highly recommend the Skybar at the top to wind down after a long day with some decent views.

Nice in every way. Just really huge and it loses on intimacy. Rooms are nicely designed. WLAN signal was not super… Good breakfast. Nice reception staff. Overall positive experience.

Very nice modern hotel, with a varied breakfast buffet and also for the youngest an extra buffet directed, which I found full of cute. I didn't look at the spa area. Super spacious rooms and very nicely decorated, so the TV is a bit far away from the bed or too small as you take it. Otherwise very clean. The room smelled a bit moldy at the beginning, I assume that that came from the bathroom because there is no ventilation. But the smell was quickly gone. Shower is a bit hard to regulate.

Very nice hotel. Had a great stay. Also very clean and good staff. The breakfast is simply excellent! Unfortunately, the water regulation in the shower is quite difficult, either you burn yourself or freeze, finding a medium mass is rather difficult. Outstanding budget Hotel in the east of Berlin. Always happy. The rooms also accept other 4-5 star hotels in Berlin. The price is lower. Also for the parking garage. To the centre by car or BVG.

The management of the spa was a bit ' rough, with order in the changing rooms and cleaning improve. It would also be appreciated an extended timetable until midnight.

Good evening, we were staying at this hotel from 26/8 to 29/8, it is a modern and very nice hotel, I forgot my camera and our guide Mikael spoke with you and told you that it was there, that they had found it in the hall, that we put in contact us the road cont RA refund, we have 2 weeks calling, send an email in English and there is no way to contact to send me my camera, please and nose to do, would appreciate to contact us to fix it, thank you very much.

From the first moment you walk through that doors you feel the Good vibes. The hotel is well disained, the workers are really lovely. The room are clean and big and very comport. The hotel has good location because of the good transportation. The hotel also have spa which is very nice (only naked so it's up to you) Breakfast is very good. I believe every one will enjoy from this hotel. 5 stars in a very good price.

Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with staying at this hotel. The first, gigantic impression (lobby) could not be kept, because, when you looked exactly, it was found that much was very unclean. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly by the previous tenant (toilet probably not at all), the toiletries were not exchanged (were already used), there was a thick layer of dust on all the furniture, bed linen was full of hair and dirt stains and the Remote control had no battery compartment cover. The staff was very nice and accommodating and after I had complained about the shortcomings, I was issued the parking fee for two days hotel stay. The breakfast buffet was fine. All in all, the stay at this hotel was disappointing. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was here for a business event with no overnight stay. The rooms are very spacious and the catering is good. I don't like the ambiance in the basement. In addition, there are always problems with the air conditioning, INSB. On the sides (strong train). Thanks to the connection to the Ringbahn, the hotel is easily accessible from all parts of Berlin.

Great modern hotel. Good size bedroom, comfortable bed, great hidden wardrobe, flat screen TV mounted on the wall and fabulous bathroom. Wonderful breakfast menu. Friendly and very helpful reception team. The views from the Skybar were fantastic. Great location, right opposite the tram and U Bahn. Felt right at home. Wish we'd had time to use the Spa, it looked amazing.

Excellent staff, especially the Italian receptionist Giulio, who was very kind offering us a superior room to the one purchased, giving us all the appropriate information to live to the best of our very short weekend in Berlin.

The rooms are spacious, large and with many amenities. Breakfast: Copious, abundant and quality.
The distance is not a problem, it is at the door of an S-Bahn (surface meter) and a tram. The tram in 7 stops takes you to Alexanderplatz in about 8 min.

Located right next to a tram station, central Berlin lies within a 20 min commute. The surrounding area feels safe and the streets are clean, however the immediate vicinity of the hotel has little to offer for visitors. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and modern with amenities one would expect. A gym, spa and a pool are on site. The gym is usable but small. The hotel's convention centre is spacious and the staff was able to host our 600 person conference with efficiency. Checkin and checkout was fast.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms a little small for a superior 4 but it makes up for everything you have, the room has up kettle to warm water with teas and coffees, minibar, safety box, shoe shine accessories, slippers, a small wardrobe, bathroom with Separate shower and bath, air conditioning, desk, Wi-Fi and etc.

Modern and beautiful Hotel. It has spa, fitness center, restaurant, business center, attentive staff. It has a restaurant on the ground floor, breakfast on the first floor and bar on the 14th floor with views. Convention Center.

We enjoyed our stay at your Hotel very much. The front of house staff and concierge were excellent. The service staff at breakfast were not particularly attentive and had to be asked repeatedly for cups, cutlery, coffee etc. They seemed to move at a very slow pace. Our room was of a very good standard. Unfortunately on the last night of our stay we had to use the air conditioning and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming for a non smoking room. We brought this to the attention of the front desk. We were in Room 706 and believe that there are smoking rooms on that floor. This seems very strange to us as the smell of smoke was being drawn in by the air con when it was on. As non smokers this was most unpleasant. The location of the Hotel was great as the tram station was right outside the door.

Spotless. Modern but elegant. Quiet and with all the comforts. Price slightly below average. Ok.

As indicated above, everything was fine. Particularly pleased with the good attitude towards animals (we were with a dog). Excellent, fast internet, which is very important! Transport: very convenient tram from the hotel and directly to Alexander Platz — just 6 stops. Cozy restaurant and good cuisine (to our taste). In the recreation area there are excellent saunas, jacuzzi, a relaxation room and a good service. What can be improved: air conditioning in the room and area lighting. In particular, a table lamp or other lighting above the desk would be good.

Great hotel, friendly and sympathetic staff, nice spacious and comfortable rooms, huge breakfast full of choices from sweet to savory. It is not central but it has the stop of both the train and the tram a few meters, it is so convenient to reach from the airport and in even 15 minutes you arrive to Alexanderplaz. Recommended!

Hotel was fantastic and helped make our stay in Berlin a very happy, enjoyable and stress free one… Standard of our Delux suite was superb, modern light and comfortable my son loved it. Breakfast was fantastic and lots if variation and choices. Everything was fresh and well prepared by staff. Staff very friendly and polite Sky bar awsum views of Berlin, very popular and worth a visit to sit and unwind. Concierge service was great the guy was very helpful and advised us to purchase a 6 day public transport card and I have to say well worth the money, paid for itself in 3 days. All in all the whole experience was enjoyable the hotel is fantastic and the staff very friendly and professional. Well done all.

Nice stay in the establishment. Nice staff Continental breakfast with choice and quality of products. Just a pity to have the wellness with prohibition of wearing the swimsuit. I could not take advantage of the facilities… I did not want to be naked in front of strangers, foresee may be hours for the modest people like me.

The lobby of the hotel is wonderful, the room comfortable and clean and the staff friendly and helpful, attentive to my every need. Granted free late check-out. In front of the entrance of the hotel public transport efficient to reach the city center.

The hotel was modern clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the wait staff kept the tables clean, brought coffee quickly and made sure none had to wait. We were a bit disappointed that the third bed was quite small. It didn't seem like a family room but a double room with a roll in bed added.

Our second visit, love the Hotel, good location away from the bustle of the city and yet so easy to get into the centre by tram. Great comfortable rooms, superb décor throughout. I stayed at Hotel Andels Vienna in Berlin from 29 June to 2 July 2017 for holiday and I paid Euro 100, 00 more than I had to.
In particular for my stay I had to anticipate Euro 100, 00 by credit card as deposit at the first evening and then I paid the room entirely at the last evening. Result: Doing the bank statement on my return to Italy I checked that I paid Euro 100, 00 more than due because the deposit I was charged. Very bad experience.

We had a weekend and were very happy. Modern Hotel near the center, very plentiful breakfast, very nice bathrooms. A special thanks to the receptionist Davide who was always very friendly, friendly and efficient!

We had a lovely weekend at your hotel. The room was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Staff all over the hotel was helpful, smiling all the time, and nothing was too much when we asked them something. If we found ourselves in Berlin again, definitely will contact you to book a room.

Very good location, we can go everywhere! We found a super Japanese next to the restaurant. Information on the bars and restaurants in the area would have been practical but we came out:-).

Great new hotel with all the services of a 4 star. It is glued to the transports that allow to reach the airports and the center very quickly. The breakfast buffet is very good and very varied. The spa is very large and very clean. I highly recommend.

After several disappointing trips in other Berlin Hotels lands you always back here and finds that there is nothing like family… (we were in the last 10 years about 20 times in Berlin…)
1st layer: perfectly — great public transport connections — very good and easily accessible parking garage (with gate! )
If you must parking in other 4-star hotels on nem gravel place and you would prefer keep with the car all night guard to learn to appreciate something like that also!
2. HR Department: impeccable — absolute respect for the guys and gals in the breakfast room!

Quite nice hotel with reasonable price. 99 euro. Much space for a fare. Pay TV — sky german and english — included.

If the reservation after the "Bed" of extra will be asked for and then 2 single beds, which is not nice. Especially when then only reluctantly, the beds just a sheet over it will be pushed… Room exchange was not possible (although just in the room came in)

The hotel was fine. We went for a swim meet and the location was perfect. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant were great. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be to add Wi-Fi.

To lag, in spite of my in the evenings late arrival, a delayed flight, why would I receive as always very friendly. The check in went like everything in this Hotel is very easy and I got quickly to my room in the 5 floor. There is the possibility of a large selection of pillows to choose from which are on request delivered to your room. However, I was with the bed, so to peace as it is. The rooms are decorated in a modern style. Hotel is to recommend. Rooms are on the first glance chic but down a little usual. The hair dryer could have more power to tolerate…. Hotel was clean, modern and well run. Staff friendly and helpful. Made it a very relaxing stay. Little bit away from things but don't be put off, regular trams made it easy to get anywhere. Would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay at Andels. Hotel ideally located for Velodrome. Staff very good, room and public areas very modern, breakfast very good, only downside was a lumpy duvet and a clicking noise throughout the night but would definitely stay again.

The rooms look from year to year abgewohnter; really clean, they are not. Those who are not so sensitive, will be able to live with. There are rooms directly to the S-Bahn are exposed and are loud. Calm are actually only the room to the courtyard. The Service staff is extra friendly. I had a room with Breakfast; there are the usual Food-Service-Ate: frozen bread, tasteless sausage from the bag, etc, The sky bar offers a beautiful view at night of the city. I have for the money better, but even worse stayed the night.

The Concierge is hopeless. Even though he stands next to the registration desk (when he's around) he doesn't verify information that is given out differently from the registration desk. The end no suggestions on how you can find out or if he will help in any way. I don't think the Concierge at this hotel is very happy. It's hard to be in a foreign city where you rely on information and neither the Concierge nor the person at the registration desk can help or refer you to someone who can assist you. After staying in 5 countries over the course of the month this hotel was the least helpful. Go prepared and don't rely on them for help. Their information conflicts with one or the other or they don't know about what is going on in their own hotel and don't give you any avenue to find out.

A modern Hotel. Very large and generous reception hall, large hallways to the rooms, a good number of lifts, so there is no waiting time. What we immediately noticed, clean, spacious garage, brightly lit. Beautiful large rooms, clean and modern designed bathroom, large shower area. What was optimal, toilet inside of the bathroom by a glass wall separated. Breakfast buffet was beautifully presented, something for every taste, very friendly staff. The Breakfast room is very generous, large Windows, We would always recommend.

Very good hotel with nice Spa area. I was on business in Berlin on the way and it stayed in the Andel. After work I've enjoyed all the advantages of the hotel: delicious food, super cocktails in the sky bar and great spa facilities.
