Review of NH Berlin Alexanderplatz 4*

The Hotel offers for the price, that what I expected. Since I have some Hotelbewertungsplattformen also some of the Negative reviews I read, I wanted to the Hotel first, do not choose. What I can confirm is that the reservation is easily worked, and the staff consistently friendly and auskunftsbereit were. As our company is mainly with the costs (invoice), previously submitted, I was surprised that allegedly is nothing in there. I had corresponding Bestätigungsfax not receive and also the E-Mails had the appearance not to be arrived. I had on the first night of no thought, so I took on the second day again asked to check and see since this was already made by Fax and e-Mail has been received, but had not made the effort themselves to look up, I feel not professional and disappointed me. Then why 4 stars? Apart from the small challenge with the reimbursement, the Hotel was very clean, quiet and I had in my room on the 6th floor of a really good mattress. The Breakfast was the Standard accordingly. Here I was only a little of the warmed buns disappointed. Positive, I have noticed that a coffee machine for Espresso, Latte, etc was available. An added Bonus, I felt the lactose-free milk was available. The room itself was spacious with a good Desk and enough ports for laptop and chargers. There was a kettle incl. Tea and coffee available, what the deal abrundete. Unfortunately, I had no UMTS reception and had me with a small bandwidth to be satisfied. Even if you are everywhere in the Hotel Wi-Fi, this extra pay, which as so often — in my opinion — too expensive.
