It's a wonderful time that I was spent on Swissotel in Berlin, Germany, I will try it again and again, room service is available, clean area just what you can see, room is very good and comfortable bed, bathroom is cleaned, minibar is good also, TV available, Breakfast at the restaurant is great things include all what people need. Staff is very excellent and gentle. At all I love it,,,

Excellent location, breakfasts for 5 degrees. Clean.

Extremely comfortable and spacious room. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced and the bathroom was large and well equipped. The staff were all, without exception kind, helpful and professional. But, for me the best thing was the silence! Without doubt the quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Literally did not hear a sound. Heartily recommend and will stay there again without doubt…

Beautiful 5 star hotel in the middle of Berlin, not far from the Kudam.
Nice that around the corner are pubs and good restaurants.
It should be noted that the pillows or duvets can be replaced free of charge.

The hotel is located very centrally located to Ubahn/S-Bahn in a very nice district of Berlin.
Rooms clean and bright.
We like to come back.
There is also a plus point for the glass elevators and the service of the employees.

Hotel comfort and service has complemented the meeting well. Room clean, food good. Overall positive. Location of the hotel right on the Kudamm was very good for a small shopping tour in the short leisure time during the conference. Parking in the hotel is too little. The evasive appointment in neighboring parking houses was not so nice (400m distance), but coped.

The hotel is decent, clean and centrally located. The rooms are a bit depressing, especially when you face the inside of the building. The breakfast for 16 Euros is good. The AC doesn't work all that well. I didn't manage to cool down the room. I would not want to stay there in the middle of the summer. The internet is really slow. I paid extra for "fast" internet (8 Euros per day) and the speed barely reached 3 MBit down. This is just not acceptable. If your internet sucks, don't charge for it.

Really top hotel, in a top location in Berlin! Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, both in selection and presentation. Especially the delicious waffles stay in the memory.
Nothing to complain about the furnishing of the rooms. And also as far as the style of the rooms is concerned, since this was already described as old-fashioned, is just a matter of taste. Usually, you will be informed about the hotel in advance before you book your stay there.
We would love to come back!

Highly recommended both for the location (near public transport and many shops), and for the quality of the hotel.

A relatively modern and simplistic design. The space of the room is quite large for two persons. The breakfast is also good and in a nice quality!

Location top. Staff very friendly and eager. Breakfast very good. For a top hotel but just unfortunately come in the years. Rather not structural but of benefit and convenience. Arrangement of lamp sockets, hooks and light not helpful and contemporary. Sauna area not yet visited but one does not seem to be particularly proud… Nobody talks about it. You don't read anything.
Rooms with a view of the street from the top are some of the cross-section somewhat impractical and narrow.

Nice staff. You barely noticed. Rooms are very good and clean. Also the breakfast was perfect. Great choice. Lunch and dinner were normal. Nothing to complain about.

Stylish, spacious and comfortable hotel. Modern classic, elegant. An oasis of quiet in a busy city. Convenient location. Good breakfast buffet. I found the bed fairly hard (some people may like that, others may not) and I didn't care much for the pillows, but the bed linens were of very good quality. In their smallish bar I had a cocktail, the taste of which I found disappointing. On the whole the hotel provided very good value for the price.

I need to remove a star because there is no outlet (or It is obviously not provided) at the bed there…
Otherwise good service, which implied friendliness of the staff, clean room, nice bar with delicious long drinks… Happy to return:)

Very good hotel room bathroom with shower and bathtub, TV screen Nespresso coffee machine etc… The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the top also. In large RAS, of course it is always cheaper elsewhere but here value for money at the appointment.

Friendly service, rich food just takes a lot. 1 hour for 1 plate of cheese and one burger while there were no more people is too.

Were here for a meeting. Very nice hotel, good food. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Top location in the middle of the city. The elevators are a little annoying, that you have to drive from the ground floor to the third floor to the lobby and then with other elevators on to the room. We spent a lot of time waiting for lifts. Otherwise everything is great.

Certainly not a cheap hotel but for that you get a lot and so overall in my opinion nevertheless a very good value for money. The rooms are top, the breakfast with the best I have ever gotten in a hotel and the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. For me one of the best hotel chains ever.

Food was good; Places to present were clean and well maintained, only the conference room to present was not ideal as presenter Quasi 2 has almost separate Publikumsberreiche, which concentrate on two screens. When you are on a canvas what is marked and explained, it does not see a part of the audience. As a conference room therefore not ideal.

The hotel is located in a prime location about a five-minute walk from the zoo station or Directly at the subway station Kurfürstendamm. I liked the stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, quiet and otherwise perfectly fine! The window could at least be easily put on tilt. In the bathroom there was a separate shower and bathtub, and in the room there was even a small tablet with which you could go for free on the internet. A bathrobe and disposable slippers were also available. Only the bed and the upholstery I felt as a little thin and hard (no box-spring bed), and also the room was quite small for a 5 star hotel. It was very cheap for a hotel of this category with about €65 per night, and I would very much like to come back for that!

I have stayed in almost all the hotels at the place and can say that in service and friendliness, Swiss beats all other "luxury" hotels by lengths.

Great hotel and rooms. Central location in main shopping street which is a long street. Lots of cafés and restaurants near by. Friendly staff. Steps away from subway station (only U2 and U9 lines). 4 minute walk from a main subway station which can take you anywhere. (Berlin has lots of subway lines that take you everywhere). Would definitely go back.

Me and my partner had a great 2 nights at Swissotel Berlin. Great service, there is nothing too much to ask. Room was very well kept has has great amenities. Breakfast has a wide selection and is very tasty.

The hotel is great! Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, and really well kept. The amenities were great including, and there was lots of really tasty food choices at breakfast. Would definitely go back.

Excellent location in the heart of Berlin and meticulous service with Swiss rigor and punctuality. Nice rooms and very quiet, in spite of the urban center. It is worth booking with breakfast included: everything to ask of mouth! … I will come back because I was surprised at the value of it.

I’ve spent 4 weeks at Swissôtel in the past 2 months. When I come to swissotel I know I can relax. I love this hotel and it’s my favorite place to stay in Berlin. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are nice and clean. The workers are extremely friendly. The executive lounge is also excellent. The bar is also nice to hang out at with a nice drink after a long day. The gym could be improved.

After a little mix up where we were put in a room that hasn’t been cleaned yet — we got a nice business style furnished room with a view. Personal highlight was the breakfast with fresh tea in a pot and a great selection of food. Highly recommended.

I have not had a better welcome from a hotel. The amazing Carsten guided us through the hotel and the local area like we where part of his family. To spare over 30 minutes showing us the local attractions on a map. Then it all turned bad when they didn't give me a wheelchair accessible room and I couldn't have a shower. They offered a free breakfast but then charged us €60 for it? Then another €30 Euro! I rang them to ask why but still on my credit card. They still it was "Generated by the Computer"? Don't know why they offered a free breakfast for the room not being suitable and then charged €90? Don't go there!

In the west central Kuhdamm location this hotel offers all for business travelers. Modern, central, sauna, gym — worth the rate… There is some confusion regarding reception and breakfast location for the new kids.

5 Stars hotel located at the heart of Kudam shopping and restaurants area. Hotel design are modern and rooms are tidy and offers free fast internet and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast can't be better. Quit recommended.

Great service, room was very spacious with a very nice bathroom containing a shower and separate bath. Great location also, a 5 minute walk from the zoo and across the road from lot of nice restaurants including the Berlin hard rock cafe.

Nice place to stay. Continental breakfast no pizzas to order. Nice connectivity to rest of the city very near to zoo.

Excellent Hotel with good Breakfast. The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom is lime/mould-free. The wireless Internet is available in almost every area very well received. The comfort in the rooms is excellent. The Breakfast is very good, has not, however, the predicate is outstanding and deserves. It is everything (up Quark) at the Buffett offered, what you need for a good Start into the day need. However, this should be for a Hotel in this price range of course. It is disappointing, however, the Cappuccino, the consistency and the taste not the quality is sufficient. The staff is perfectly trained, friendly and accommodating in all respects. Here bears any (r) staff in the Breakfast room a Smile.

Great Hotel with super Breakfast. Only the cheap Cappuccino is not quite pure, and if it becomes full then works in the Breakfast room, nothing more (45 minutes for the coffee).

Very good location in the City, upscale amenities and very nice rooms. Friendly and courteous staff. Wonderful and fresh Breakfast.

Very good, but the elevators are incredibly slow (especially if you also take 2 to have a room to come) and the card reader in the Elevator each time a great experience!

A perfect 2 day break in a beautiful hotel.

I had a job interview with the HR Manager Mrs. T. At the beginning of February, and I still have not received a response. It is for such a renowned hotel Chain very sad and frivolous. The head of personnel, during the entire conversation VERY condescending.

It is very good place, we really enjoyed our stay…. For 2days of our event "This Is Bahrain" Very good hospitality. Very good people… Thank you Berlin.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, great restaurants, and easy access to all the sites. Their bicycles are a little over priced, but the rooms are great, the amenities are great and the staff is super helpful. We will stay here again when we back to berlin.

Vacationed there last winter. Wonderful place: spokon, quiet, high level of service, polite staff located in the heart of the shopping district Kurfurstendamm, laps, spend a lot of shops Near the zoo to the aquarium Before the "Reichstag hand" One disadvantage of the Russians there are much more than ozhidaesh see in another country Ksatati them right after new year discounts and the room cost us about 120 euros.
