Great place to stay, rooms are clean and neat! Breakfast was nice and good atmosfere. Allot of placeses to see in the area.

Great place to stay in Berlin. Very clean, comfortable, and great location. The price was awesome as well. The only improvement might be new curtains in room 343 — they are starting to fall apart.

The room was extremely tiny and the bathroom even more. The closet only fits 3 jackets and that's it. This was supposed to be a room for two persons but in reality only one can fit in there. There is no refrigerator in the room. We haven't booked any breakfast, so we called in the reception to know the procedure and we were informed that as usual we can charge the room. When we went to have breakfast they told us that we have to pay first before we enter. We had to come back to our room to bring money in order to allowed us to have breakfast… That was truly a bad experience. I am traveling twice per month all over the globe, never before happened something like this. Truly unprofessional attitude.

I recommend it to everyone. Breakfast in general is not necessary, you can eat on the street for this money.

I stayed here for almost a week for a conference at the city cube Berlin. The hotel is a nice keeping it simple budget hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choices. The one star deduction is due to the fact that they don't really have a twin bed room, the bathroom is on the small side and there is no Minibar in the rooms. The area was off from the center but well connected by Subway and with plenty of choices in bars, restaurants and shops.

Great hotel and nice stuff, except the breakfast guy should be less intrusive and not give an expression that he is always watching our table. He was constantly taking our plates away, as soon as they appeared empty, so he was at our table pretty much every minute. Even we were in the middle of a talk, he kept interrupting us by asking if he can take our plates. He should be less intrusive while performing such tasks, because it was annoying and uncomfortable. Besides the breakfast annoyance, the rest of the experience was great. Rooms were clean and everything functioned well. The stuff at the reception was always nice and wiling to help with anything. The food selection at the breakfast was amazing. The free internet was also much faster then it wrote on the welcome page.

Location is wonderful, staff is very helpful, and the overall room/hotel quality is great. They took care of us with last minute requests both times due to cancelled flights or late arrivals and made sure we got the room that would accommodate best. Thank you Leonardo Hotel Berlin. We will return from the US.

From the Internet it was not clear what a Feel-good Hotel is hiding behind it — everything is extremely nice, very simple and high-quality! We slept superbly, the Breakfast was extensive, very tasty, with great bread selection. Constantly attentive Staff took care of a completely relaxed and enjoyable Start to the Day. In General, the Staff stands out: Always helpful, always nice, always as if you were more than welcome — impressive. We will be happy to visit this Hotel again at any time!

I love this hotel. Excellent bed, good plumbing, Palace, Air conditioning, kettle, tea and coffee in the room, a bottle of water-all for the convenience of the traveler. Well and the location-for fans of opera: next to Deutsche Oper. Favorite Rogaki opposite-also a plus. And a good restaurant of German cuisine Wilhelm Hoeck 1892.

Hotel location is good, the overall facilities are normal, front desk attitude is not good. We booked the room, check-in time to inform us that there is no room, and the hotel also admitted that they made a mistake, and then do not want to find us other hotels, let us solve their own, the responsibility is pushed to us, after the theory, unexpectedly directly left us into the office. At last it took nearly 3 hours to find the hotel manager, to solve the solution, to find us another hotel. The whole mood was messed up particularly badly.

Excellent 3 star hotel with perfect ratio price/quality. Rooms are clean and new. Inside room there are gratis water and tea/coffee. Also in bathroom there was UV lamp with timer. Possible to have bike rent. Staff very helpful, speaks English. Breakfast is good.

Comfortable hotel with excellent service, Metro is a stone's throw from the entrance. Nearby Charlottenburg Castle. It is surrounded by dozens of cafes and several network supermarkets.

Everything is great at the hotel but: the rooms go back out onto the courtyard to the Bauhaus loading dock; The power from 6:00 pm a lot of noise.

We arrived at the hotel due to a traffic jam, very late and completely ready! Desperately wanted to have the room to wash hands etc. It took some time to transport the luggage! There you will be stopped for a long time at the reception, because there is absolutely and immediately to pay for the coming days! This is very annoying and has no level! That makes a bad impression! We've been there many times and club member!

Very nice hotel, good location, quiet, clean, full breakfast and close to the Metro. All the ingredients were put together to ensure that our stay was well in Berlin.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Near metro station and shops. The breakfast is delicious, the buffet. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The only thing is that the mattresses are not orthopedic, very soft. Good option for a family trip to Berlin for a few days.

Very good location, comfortable rooms, super breakfast. The only note a little out of tune the presence of the carpet in the room, in my opinion for reasons of hygiene would always be preferable to another type of floor.

The rooms were pampering, the food varied and good, It was warm and cozy in the hotel, there was an elevator and free Wi-Fi that work well, There was a hot, strong stream of water in the showers. The hotel is located next to a shopping street and a pleasant neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants (Charlatanburg) and a metro station not too far from the hotel. I will definitely come back (only not in March, which is very cold outside)

Great location just a few metres from the Bismarkstraße stop. In 20 min You will reach Alexanderplatz and the main destinations.
-Clean and pretty room, only thing the toiletries have put them only once and that's all.
-Other discomfort, the light that comes into the room already at 7 o'clock in the morning despite the curtains were well closed.
-In the shower there is not even a shelf to support shampoo or bubble bath so we had to leave everything on the sink.
For the rest very kind and helpful staff, especially Mr. Thomas.

Was a few years ago in Munich in this hotel chain. The impression of the home atmosphere remains until today. Over the years, the service for some reason changes for the worse. Very happy for the hotel in Berlin he not only confirmed that Leonardo is in great shape, but also for the unforgettable atmosphere of guesthouse that he gives us every time staying in hotels all over Europe. A lovely location, cozy comfortable rooms, a lovely rich breakfast, sensitivity and staff care are the main moments when choosing a hotel. Leonardo fully corresponds to all these qualities.
So coming to Berlin next time I don't have to find anything to stay. It's Leonardo. Why do we need something else in Berlin?

The small shower room, there is no space to lay the toilet business.
The room was freezing when we arrived, and the AC took a long time to just warm it up.
For the rest, everything is OK.

Generally speaking, this is a good hotel for short stay. But not many choices or varieties of breakfast. It was a pity that the drinking water was offered only on the first day. It could be better if every day one bottle is offered during the whole stay.

Hotel standard is excellent for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great with lots of shops/places to eatein surrounding streets and transport links to central berlin.

The first room we got was on the first floor and directly beneath it was the loading zone for the shops underneath the hotel. We were woken at 5:30 am on Saturday and the noise went on until 6:30 am. There was no chance of sleeping. We were able to change our room on Sunday. However, I would recommend that the rooms there are sufficiently insulated so that everyone can get a good nights sleep. Not everyone wants to be woken at 5:30 am!

Our expectations were met completely, there was nothing to complain about. The small, modern rooms were clean. The location is great, in less than 15 minutes you can take the subway on Potsdamer Platz. Also the staff was very friendly and the breakfast delicious.

We have stayed there many times, it is clean, the rooms are large and also quiet when you get a room backwards. Breakfast is always top, great choice, there is no mess or dirty tables like in some other hotels. However, the beds are a bit getting used to. The two individual mattresses do not have a proper hold on the bed frame as they only lie down so they always slip. Other beds should be purchased here.

In the hotel for business trip at the Berlin Fair. A half hour walk from the fair, the hotel is great, friendly staff, fresh food, clean rooms, Wi-Fi OK, … At 80 meters you will find the entrance of Metro U2 and right in front of an Italian restaurant where I could enjoy a great coffee.

The hotel is lovely, the location is great, very polite and friendly staff, clean and comfortable in the room. Perhaps the only small minus-no towel dryer in the bathroom, it was chilly. I'd love to stay again at this wonderful hotel!

The hotel is centrally located. Very clean and cozy. Finding parking is a bit difficult but if you are in Berlin by public transport It is a great location.

Hotel in terms of amenities okay. Rooms are a bit too noisy and the rooms to Wilmersdorfer Street are too loud. Better to the courtyard if you don't have such a tight sleep. Breakfast at price — performance reasonable/okay.

I spend 7 nights here with my students and we all loved the services and hotel in general. It's in a very nice location. Very close to Metro, restaurants and the mall. The hotel also has a restaurant. I loved their breakfast. This hotel made our trip to Berlin magical. I would book this hotel again.

"Wine o'clock" every evening (wine and cheese in the lobby), and smart phones we could take out on the town (handy for maps) put this hotel well over the top! Also loved the funny signs around the building, the great breakfast, and the English TV channels. Will come back ASAP and recommend it to anyone on their way to Barcelona.

Nice modern and quiet hotel, well placed in West Berlin near the opera, in an area with lots of restaurants. Excellent Breakfast. Only problem is a very slow Wi-Fi connection.

Great solution to visit Berlin without staying in the center. A few minutes from the Charlottenburg castle and connected with two subway lines.

Clean and very polite people. They keep your suitcases if you need them and they are very careful about it. Also next door there is a place where breakfast very cheap and the subway.

Our stay in Leonardo was perfect for a weekend in Berlin. The hotel is quite far away from the city center, but there are excellent connections with public transport. Right in front of the hotel and in the nearby, there are lots of restaurants, coffee places and supermarkets. Our room was super comfortable. Wifi connectivity must be improved.

Perfect stay at this hotel: We were days and I recommend 100%! Clean, cozy, well-heated Hotel with daily towel change, in a perfect location to move to the center and to the airport. Quiet area also at night and at two steps from supermarkets, shops and various restaurants. Absolutely satisfied!

It was incredibly comfortable staying during all the period. I visited Berlin to participate in Berlin Marathon, and the hotel staff organized breakfast from 6:00 am at the marathon day (whereas the start time of breakfast is 6:30 am). The room was comfortable, with free water, tea, coffee. Every morning there was a newspaper near the door. The staff was very polite. Moreover the breakfasts were amazing! Very wide range of dishes! Underground station is near the hotel, so you can get to the city center in 15 minutes by U-Bahn. I highly recommend to stay in Leonardo Hotel!

Very nice hotel, located in the heart of my favorite shopping street in Berlin. Here you have everything, shops, restaurants and easy connection to both of the airports. The U2 and U7 are just two min. To walk. The hotel is central, but still very quiet. The people working there are friendly and helpful, and I will surely come back.

I regularly stay at a Leonardo Hotel, and I am a member of their Advantage Club. Apart from their excellent and consistent overall features and services, there are two which are a must for me: being close to transport and having tea and coffee making tray in the room irrespective of which level room I chose. Thanks Leonardo for always having friendly and professional staff too. That is also a must for me. Professionalism doesn't exclude being friendly — and all staff at Leonardo hotels seem to understand this too.

The rooms were very good the only downside was that there is no door to the bathroom and when you have two teenagers with you it poses a problem.

Great value for money! Room was clean, Bed — comfortable. Charlottenburg palace is within walking distance. Subway, shops, restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast is 12 euro if booked at reception or 15 if you just go to the restaurant. We went to cafe across the road called M&M which was very good and full of locals — mattress needs replacing. Complementary water only on the first night as well for some reason.

Beautiful but also welcoming hotel. The staff were friendly and looking to help. I accidentally left my phone on the S-Bahn and when I had trouble making the call to the train station to see if they had it, the front desk man tried to help me by making the call himself. I enjoyed the very nice balcony and centralized location as well. Breakfast was also top notch. On my next trip to Berlin, I will stay here again.

The location for the price-quality ratio is good! The hotel offers paid parking, the choice at the breakfast buffet is quite extensive as is an international breakfast. The rooms are spacious and quite quiet. The only thing that left me perplexed is when I lost the card to access my room. I went to reception to ask for a new one and they did not ask for any type of document nor the name under which the room was booked! Could have entered anyone! I have worked at hotel facilities around the world and such a thing is inadmissible and very serious! Definitely to improve! For the rest I can not say anything! I recommend it especially for those who work in the fair which is 10 minutes by car.

I stayed in Leonardo Hotel Berlin for 3 nights and I really enjoyed my stay.
The location of the hotel is great, a short walk from the U2 and U7 train station that takes you to all the main attraction in town.
The room was clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants close by and a shopping mall a short walk away.

About 5km out of the city but just around the corner from a train station. Supermarket and fruit shop nearby. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. Great stay so far!

Good service, but the location is not favourable, since it must move enough to get to the Centre, the rooms well and breakfast well, but not great, since every day was the same and not had much variety and elevators were really inefficient, the last day had to wait half an hour to download. In you personal think that is good, but the price not corresponds to the hotel.

Quite a normal hotel. Without pretensions to something great. Their three stars is more than justified. The location is very good. Breakfast not tried is very close to a large number of establishments where you can have a delicious and cheap meal. The only problem is there is no minibar/refrigerator — we were on Christmas vacation, so coped, and here in the warm season will be uncomfortable.

I want to thank all the staff for the beautiful Geburtstagsfrühstück, the card with the signatures and the great the beginning of my 50. Birthday in October 2015 thank you. The staff is very accommodating and very friendly. It has to do with all of them a great deal of pleasure. The jokes in the lift, the Laughter in the hallway and and and. The guests are expected every day an enormous, affordable Buffet. The rooms were very comfortable and excellently prepared. We will come back again. In any case, in the coming year. As a non-smoker in a Smoking room plugged in is really bad. Then stand up and say that it is already too late is the room to exchange is poor, very poor. Was booked specifically a non Smoking! Breakfast: coffees cost extra. Selection is otherwise okay. Attentive staff is something else. I sat for at least ten minutes at the place and was not asked if I drink coffee would like. Not at all.

All perfect and you can't ask for more. Only the access to the car park in the back is a bit difficult for big cars. Really tight turn. Anyway I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Good fast Service and friendly staff. The room was large, clean and adequately furnished. The price was for a good Hotel of this kind and in the very well-to-reach location is really good. Despite the Central location it was quiet at night (6. Floor). The car Park is 14 Euro per day/night overpriced. The open bathroom was a little getting used to, that is, if you're two, you should know well :-) shower and toilet but had, after all, a separate door. For a night that was not a Problem.

We were completely satisfied to stay in the whole 5 weeks! V a the Breakfast Buffet was 1A.

Although isn't exactly at AlexanderPlatz is very close and you can reach this place by tram at a time (they are just two stops away).
The hotel is very new and the rooms are quite correct. The breakfast that offer also is recommended.
