West Berlin, almost the center, is all you need around. Grocery store and pharmaceutical. Several boutiques, Louis Vuitton and Cartier. Under the hotel is a lovely Italian restaurant running from 6 p. M. To 1 a. M. Portion of dorado 20 euros. There's usually no place. The hotel itself has good and hearty breakfasts. But the hotel itself is old, the elevator is a century old, as well as the building itself, but it is a plus. The only negative in the toilets is a chopper on the word from the toilet. So the smell is not avoidable. And the rest is very good. The price is quite consistent with the quality.

➖ Parking is public, for an additional fee of 5 for 6 zone (around the hotel), for a coupon still ask for a pledge in the form of a document. There's no safe in the room, not enough fridge and kettle. No air conditioning. I would like more careful cleaning. There were only two sockets in the room, and one of them was broken. Pictured is a layer of dust visible on the plinth. Waifai is not working, you can only send text messages in the wiber. Fen is also gone. There are no glasses or cups either. There's nowhere to dry.

➕ Hotel is close to the sights of Berlin, we walked. Near the subway and bus stop, several supermarkets, cafes and bars are different. Located in an old but colourful building, it was interesting to see stained glass windows, finishes, elevators, etc. Arrival and departure went well, but we stopped at 14.00 and were evicted at 11.00. That is at the time. There is always a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception. Our receptionist was polite but cold. The room is small, but cozy, everything was relatively clean, but cleaned only where you can see — on baguettes, plinths "lace" of dust. Breakfast is normal: boiled egg, 3-4 types of sausage, 3-4 types of cheese, fresh tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, bread different, jams different, tea, coffee, juice, musli, milk.

Excellent place to stay in the middle of a very posh area. Great shopping surrounds you if you have the wallet to support the costs you would incur. Great Lebanese restaurant across the street. Would stay here again with the comfortable rooms with en suite bathroom. It may not be the most up to date but it represents a part of older Berlin.

The rooms were spacious, but not very clean. Breakfast wasn't bad, but there's not much choice. The hotel is quite close to every public transport. Overall, it's worth its price.

Value for money is good. The breakfast was ok. The staff was polite.

As you can see, this is not the hotel pension KIMA but the remains of the "famous" Berlin wall "

Location very good, many pubs nearby. The rooms might be slightly better equipped, i. E. Flat screen televisions, refrigerators (or a proper kitchen).

The value of the room is very good. We book a 5-bed room. It was really big for 5 people. The room was cozy and warm despite the snowing outside and the low temperature. The reception was very useful. Also, the location is perfect.

A very fair price, making sure the hotel next to Prada etc. Is. SB is quickly reachable (approx. 500m) and the nearest bus stop is also not far away (approx. 100m). The interior design is OK and extremely clean. However, the elevator is already older and stuck in my use… Furthermore, the ambiance is beautiful, as old building.
Overall, I would give the hotel a solid 2.

Have a different apartment than booked. The condition leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom cannot be offered to anyone. The location is top!
It's a pity for the money.

Great old-fashioned house with high ceilings. In the middle of the Kurfürstendamm with clean and functional rooms. Great value for money, nice and courteous staff.
Rich Breakfast. Highly recommended for those who do not need luxury. ;)

More than decent hotel located near Kurfurstendamm, small and old-fashioned single room but all in all clean and ideal for spending a night or two in Berlin.
Breakfast in the average of German hotels.

Great little pension, warm, clean and comfortable if a little austere. Good breakfast and fantastic location. We stayed for several nights, and we're happy with it for the price and location. It is a very simple place, and the corridors could do with a refurbishment, but a good substantial breakfast. To be honest we were out all day in the city and so it fitted our needs perfectly. Very close to major transport routes and posh if eyewateringly expensive shops!

Very friendly staff arrived in the evening. Asked for a kettle, all provided to the room, even treated with their tea and coffee. A beautiful view from the window to the most beautiful street in Berlin. Very good price for such a room.

The House of the. Hotel is relatively old but is very central to the Kurfürstendamm. The rooms are large, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Only Negro River point is the stench from the drain in the bathroom.

Rooms very nice and clean (with stucco ceilings, window bay), very central location (right on the Kurfürstendamm), in the bathroom the drain smells, but otherwise fine, good breakfast. All in all, recommend it.

Very cheap, beds are great. Toilets left to be desired. Very nice rooms, no smoking. Breakfast included in the price.

80s ' charm ' pure. Staff is absent but not really there. But price performance great. And the elevator is the hammer!

Hotel of the cheapest in Berlin that allow dogs and with breakfast included which is quite varied, this in a luxurious neighborhood in the next avenue there is Metro, it is a bit complicated to orientate by the due to the distribution of the rooms and reception somewhat extra The rooms are great, the only thing I have asked for is a double bed and I got two singles, other than happy.

Room stinks of sweat and sewage. Breakfast rolls are served. Except for the location, there was hardly anything good.

Lift got stuck twice during our check in. Rooms are very tired. Location is a +5 but quality of the hotel pulls it down to a 2.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff and good cost-benefit. The daily rate includes breakfast — cold cuts, bread, milk, juice and jam. The place is simple, but very well maintained. It is very close to the subway station and from there you can go directly to the main points in Berlin. It was a pleasant surprise and I recommend this hotel if you are traveling on a budget and want a good place to stay.

Great location, comfortable rooms with high ceilings, good breakfast. It is bad just that Wi-Fi in the far rooms is not caught, and there is only in the dining room and hallway.

Good location, not new structure, good price.

In line with the price, some problems with the light coming from the Windows even in the wee hours of the morning, the tents are not enough, good breakfast although not excellent, cleaning basis, apart from the usual prepackaged sausages, jams. Excellent staff.

Excellent stay in a hotel built in 1910, with for example a very scenic lift and good quality rooms and staff at reception very helpful. The hotel is well positioned, with easy access to the excellent network of public transport in Berlin. We found the price very reasonable in view of all these good points (with for example a breakfast included, which is not so common). In short, an address to remember.

Was in November 2011, stopped there, because the booking issued the convenient location of the hotel, and the photo were good rooms. Really convenient was the only location.

A good place to stay. We have been 2 nights and the room is very wide. The guy on reception is very friendly, he explained that buses and trains we had to catch to visit the areas most cool of berlin. For me, the best of the site, part of the area where it is located, is the rustic style that you have.

WELL I stayed at KIMA. Missed the flight, so arrived a day later, our reservation was held for us. The city centre, the airport is a direct bus to the zoo 10 minutes on foot, and nearby there is an awesome beer bar with 100 Beers (ask the administrator will tell you where to go). What else can a tourist? Separately, I note the Elevator, which is so nice to ride, clean room, and the creaking floorboards and staircase add to the charm. The price in this area of the room is probably the lowest, therefore the hotel is popular, but quiet and pleasant evening You will be guaranteed. Tobacco smoke has not been noticed, the administration apparently took this point into account. Sewage really is a bit strange, but that doesn't stop her cope with their responsibilities. How to avoid bad smells will tell You the staff. I arrived once again in KIMA? DEFINITELY, so how to pay for stained glass, and strained smiles I'm not ready. And here is soulful and speak RUSSIAN, which is sometimes very important.

I had a dispute with the Hotel Kima when I cancelled a booking. We each had different interpretations of the cancellation terms. I cancelled at a date where I believed I should not have been charged; the hotel thought I was liable to pay for the full rate because of a special exemption period. Regardless of who was right or wrong, the hotel approached the whole dispute in a way which was rigid and extremely unhelpful. Clearly the Hotel Kima does not believe that "the customer is always right"; they seem to feel, at least in my case, that the customer's views should not be considered at all. Over the course of the dispute, they repeatedly refused to address the multiple specific issues I raised about contradictions in the cancellation terms; offered no compromises or suggestions of ways to resolve the dispute; did not acknowledge or respond to a compromise I proposed; and even suggested they could charge me full price for a night which fell outside the special exemption period. They made no concession to the idea that I might in any way be justified in my interpretation, instead implying that I was obtuse (they said 99% of their customers understand their terms).
