Give 1 key on 2 x and if you walk not together, very uncomfortable, the reception works up to 20 hours and therefore the key to the room is not taken.

A very private setting and good for a private city visit.

The location of the hotel is great. But that was it. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. My duvet was dirty. In the bathroom, the tiles were missing from the sink. The dust has already stuck to the hair dryer. The walls and ceiling would also have to be painted again. So not recommended. The sockets are partially broken, as well as the lamps above the bed. Even from a 3 star hotel you should expect cleanliness.

Very expensive for the quality. Shower pressure low. No Wi-Fi in the room.

Mouldy Durschvorhänge, on TV 3 channels… With the statement yes the signal is bad in all rooms.
Wi-Fi only in the lobby… and in the room it is not even possible to use your own Internet, let alone to make phone calls…

Friendly owner. Gave me a nice room. Very old hotel, can benefit from some maintenance. I missed croissants in breakfast!

The bad part at this hotel is that you don't have free Wi-Fi in your room as they said on booking, the only spot is the reception; the elevator is not quite an attraction, you don't have a soap/shampoo in room and the towels are not changed by anyone (i stayed 4 nights) and more than that the receptionist gave me the towels at check in and I was obligated to bring them back at check out.

The hotel is very cheap for the Berlin, but too old for European standards. For the condition of the interior the price is unreasonably high. The hotel is neighboured with living apartments and offices and does not have a working lift. The positive side is late check in option and helpful staff.

Ok budget place, clean rooms, hard communication, deposit for key, reception separated.

Was a good cheap hotel for the night. Even got to hear someone through the window playing their piano. It was nice.

All other hotels in the area were booked, so we booked 3 nights in the Arta Lenz.
Positive is to say: friendly staff, very good location, was a quiet courtyard, free city maps, breakfast okay & fresh, but little selection for the price of (€50 6).
BUT reverse ranzte, old (smells frowzy), partially defective installation of room 308. Creaky, uncomfortable spring mattresses. Dirty room floor, foreign hair in bathroom & bed. : (Squeaky & leaking doors and one hears all the guests around, because the walls are felt cardboard…
Bottom line: If you want to really just 2 nights sleep and save money okay location. I would have found not so bad off geranzte set up, would have been clean cleaned the room. So, I've felt unfortunately really uncomfortable and wanted to not even barefoot running around. :/ Would stay again only in case of emergency… What a pity.

Very poor performance by the hotel management.
When massive disturbance of the peace through a tour group of 16 — 18 year olds who has traveled at night to 1, but nothing was done!
The young people could run freely until 4 o'clock in the morning by the hotel and ROAR as they wanted.
Of course we have tried in vain to reach the hotel management or employees, after the personal complaints were simply ignored by the noisy guests to make for peace! With the words: "Calm down immediately. " Necessary measures have been denied by the staff.
On several floors, there were complaints about these guests and simply nothing happened — to 5, these guests were then alone quietly. (good to understand after the busy party in your hotel room)
So thank you very much! That's real IMPERTINENCE!

Who sleeps at night like a couple of hours, which should really find another hotel.

Of the service including breakfast, everything was very pleasant.

The towels are never substituted.

Squeaky doors, Duschabfluss clogs, mold on the tiles in shower cabin, shower enclosure dirty, constantly loud Hoftorknallen…

Very central located Hotel with friendly staff and for really fair price :).

Top hotel in top location for schäppchenpreis.

For the price, capable of more than just okay! We were there 5 nights in a double room (unfortunately, 2 single, twins pushed together beds). No noise from outside, the door of the room is however a bit thin and the Nebenzimmers howled when you Open loudly. Bathroom and rooms were every day to be absolutely clean! The Breakfast is okay, there are (aufgebackene) bread rolls, different types of bread, sausage, ham and cheeses, Cornflakes and muesli, orange juice, coffee, tea, tomato, Mozzarella, olives, Gürkchen, Butter, Margarine and olive oil (if you have no Gourmet claims, should be something for everyone). The staff was nice and, above all, uncomplicated. As I said: those Who have nothing luxurious looking and perhaps a little money want to save money, there is very good hands. A Highlight is the wooden Elevator :-) The location directly on the Adenauerplatz (Kudamm) is top.

Totally enjoyed the hospitality and service. I give it all five stars. The rooms are great. Must hit spot in again.
